Just moved to this area from Sallisaw….was having severe gum/mouth pain issues….went as a “walk-in”…..didn’t have to wait very long. The dentist and staff were great. The dental assistant went above and beyond for me. More than Redbird at Sallisaw ever did.

I came into the outpatient area of the hospital today to have my very first mammogram ever. The lady, and I so apologize that I cannot remember her name, because she was fantastic, was absolutely a pro! She put me at ease, she explained everything as she was doing it and before she did it, she was very quick, but thorough, and just made that experience a piece of cake! I highly recommend if anyone has been putting off a mammogram to make an appointment at Saint Francis in Vinita! You will not regret that decision!

Just a few weeks ago I had to take a trip to the ER because I thought I had vertigo. I went to a different ER first and they let me lay there an hour and a half in massive pain so I went back home. By 9:30 that night I couldn't move my entire right side. I couldn't stand upright without falling over. So I had a friend of mine take me to St Francis ER. I cannot remember the attending Dr's last name, Brian was his first name. He was right on his game, there was no wait time, and he had to have known exactly what was wrong because he gave me the right scans and tests and found a cancerous tumor in my brain. As soon as he got a chance He called and located a neurosurgeon at Tulsa hospital and had a room ready for me before I even left the ER. He and his staff I am eternally grateful to. The security guard that was on duty that night was also extremely helpful and concerned. I've never been more impressed. I had my brain surgery 4 days ago so tumor free now. Thank you Dr Brian I truly appreciate you and your staff. God Bless you

I would be in a very bad place without the help of GLMHC. Depression is a tough foe, but the good people at Grand have been a vital ally and friend in that fight. I owe them everything for all the help they have given me, and I most definitely recommend them to anyone who is struggling with their mental health. There is no shame in getting help. I don't regret doing so and hopefully you won't either.

Got right in and got the help I needed, over helped to be honest. Took a few visits though until I could see the doctor and nurse to get everything figured out with my medication which is understandable but took a bit long. When getting refills they tell me to call in a couple days early but when I do they wont at least call it in to pharmacy until I call the day its due and im out and then I wait and hope meds will be done that day. But other than that just got to be patient. Having adhd that's a difficult task ☺️

It's why Liquor stores & gas station clerks aren't being held up and murdered on the news every other night by desperate homeless drug addicts on the news anymore like the good ol 80's & 90's!

My counselor has helped me in more aspects of my life than just addiction treatment. She has encouraged me to get help with my mental and emotional past. She truly cares about each and every one of her patients and she will tell you how it is and not beat around the bush. And that's what I appreciate about her. I've been employed with Grand Mental Health for about 4 years. I've worked outpatient in Claremore, and now crisis in Pryor. It's a unique place to work with so many caring people with lots of recovery stories themselves and hearts that understand. I never see job postings in Afton, OK though? Is it only outpatient? My son has been suffering from severe mental issues for the past 3 years. None of the “professional” help I’ve sought out helped until I took him to GLMHC. They gave him the counselling and medication needed to overcome many of his problems. It’s still a work in progress, but he’s much better now. Just wanted to say thank you to the GLMHC team!

I voluntarily went in for detox to begin my journey to recovery. I was very observant during my treatment, I read all the reviews before hand and they made me nervous about going. But I took a leap of faith and went for it, I’m ready to start my next chapter!
Is everything perfect, no. But the staff (ALL of them) were very kind and accommodating during my three days there. Is it a 5 Star resort, not even close. If you go in with a good attitude, and simply be kind and courteous, I believe you’ll see quickly what I did. It’s just the beginning of the journey, not the final destination.

Unfortunately, I went through a difficult split up with my children’s mother, and was forced to do paid visitation with my kids. Bartlesville is about an hour away from where I live, so I wasn’t happy about that. After the first visit, I was glad this was the place that had been chosen. Kristina, who is our supervisor is incredibly compassionate and sweet. Everyone seems to take a sincere interest in helping the clients they provide services to, and if anyone finds themselves in a tough spot like I did, this is 100% the place I would refer them to. This place has seriously changed my life. I never imagined I would find an outpatient program that would truly be effective but this place doesnt just want to give you medicine and send you on your way they want to change your negative behaviors and encourage long term sobriety by giving you tools and resources on how to do so. The staff has seriously went above and beyond to help me in any way possible and they have given me so many resources and are so eager to help it brings tears to my eyes. Every staff member greets me by my name even if I don’t know who they are and they all seem to want to work there to help people. The program itself is better than any rehab i have been to and I actually look forward to coming and doing the groups.Thank you to all Quapaw counseling staff!!

This place is wonderful! The staff is very attentive and helpful to all patients, they provide a wide range of services, their programs to treat substance and alcohol abuse include assessments, classes and counseling. This program has helped me improve in a great way.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Probably just people that need to learn to be grateful. But who knows!? Anyway, this place is great. Everyone is friendly. If there are issues they work to resolve them. I've never been able to get this much help all in one place. This organization is truly a blessing that I'm immensely grateful for. I'd recommend them to anyone that's struggling with anything.

I cannot comment on the actual services provided by this agency. However, I have called and spoken with the front desk in regards to clients already receiving services. Every time I call to request information, I am greeted by warm staff who are pleasant to speak with and provide excellent assistance to whatever my inquiry was. I have never had a negative experience with the front desk staff at this agency.

Not giving Jane Phillips 5 stars! These stars are for the best Doctor you guys have on staff!! Dr. Nwaozo is the absolute best doctor i have ever seen in this emergency room and I've lived here for 20 years!! If she's on staff when you're a patient, ask for her!!! My SO has been a patient here 3 times. We love this hospital. The nurses and aides are all amazing, Megan, Natalie, Jon, Rick and Laloni just a few of our favs. Very caring,full of fun and professional. Have always received excellent care here. Would definitely recommend.
