I started the MRC program around February 2026 for severe anxiety and depression. I was in a dark place, with no support from family or friends, and honestly I didn't think anything was going to help me at that point. The first day I arrived the staff were very welcoming but my anxiety was through the roof. I pretty much stayed in my room and only came out for meds and food too scared to really talk to anyone. As the weeks went by, I started getting comfortable then realized my peers were literally going through the same thing I was same with the staff, some of whom had gone through the same program themselves It gave me motivation if they could do it I could do it too. One of the things I struggled with was my schedule. It got so bad it started bleeding into everything like one day I'd sleep at 9pm, the next at 1pm, then I wouldn't sleep at all for three days straight. When I got there I kept missing classes because I was oversleeping or straight up refusing to wake up, so I got a warning that my phone would be taken away. That scared me straight that's when I finally got my shit together lol. Now 5 months later I had lost my job, totaled my car and pretty much everything I owned. A year ago that would've completely broken me. But I was okay. And that was the part that surprised me the most all this time I'd been chasing something that never had any real value to me in the first place. The job was good money sure but it brought me zero happiness. Working 90 hours a week was actively making my depression worse and I didn't even see it happening until I was already in here fighting to get my mind back. So when the termination letter came yesterday there was sadness but there was relief too. That job had become my whole identity a false one built on something that was quietly destroying me. Now today at 8am instead of frantically getting ready for a job that only made me miserable I'm sitting outside bird watching and reading a magazine like I'm 70 years old lol. And that's the lesson that took me almost losing everything to learn chasing something that has no real value to you personally will wear you down piece by piece until there's nothing left. On a 12-hour drive through Oklahoma, I got pulled over thanks to what feels like 100 different speed limit changes from 65 mph to 45 mph. While I was on the side of the road, my mother—who was my passenger—ended up being transported to the hospital by ambulance. When I arrived, Dr. Jeff, Doug, and Nick were absolutely incredible. They were kind, compassionate, quick, and took great care of my mom during an already stressful situation. They even joked that my speeding was what sent her to the hospital, and that little bit of humor was exactly what we needed to break the tension. Their professionalism, bedside manner, and genuine kindness made a difficult day much easier. I can’t thank Dr. Jeff, Doug, and Nick enough for taking such wonderful care of my mother. I would suggest before arriving for your stay that you call and verify what items you are able to bring and what items aren't accepted. Ask about possible medications and scripts your doctor may have you on - they do give some medications and you are even allowed to have some items such as hygiene and OTC meds such as Tylenol. I'd recommend having some cash or change as well, they have a vending machine you'll get access to. You might also get to go on a day trip to Walmart, so if you'd like to spend some money at Walmart - you'll need to bring some! 🤍The last thing I can truly suggest is.... arrive with an open mind and an open heart to allow these loving people to help you become a better/healthier version of yourself. I cannot comment on the actual services provided by this agency. However, I have called and spoken with the front desk in regards to clients already receiving services. Every time I call to request information, I am greeted by warm staff who are pleasant to speak with and provide excellent assistance to whatever my inquiry was. Every staff member I've met has been helpful, lovely, and smiling. Yes, the campus has some bumps and dings, even kids from the most stable backgrounds are careless. It makes sense, but people are working as hard as possible behind the scenes to fix those bumps and dings. The fact that there's a full size gym, a swimming pool that the kids have the opportunity to get into everyday in the summer and as many accoutrements of a family house as possible really makes what looks to me like the best out of a tough situation for some kids.

I was in their IOP. The staff and our group therapist were amazing. The group therapist was so kind and encouraging and was really good at including the entire group in conversation. I am forever grateful to them for everything I have learned. Also Heartland is a wonderful team to work with on the medical side. I did TMS for depression with them and I have to say this is the first time in a long time I don’t feel that constant heaviness and hopelessness anymore. Thank you MRC for all you have done for me. This place has truly changed my life, and it just dawned on me 5 months after completing the program. Sorry in advance for the long post. I started the MRC program around February 2026 for severe anxiety and depression. I was in a dark place, with no support from family or friends, and honestly I didn't think anything was going to help me at that point. The first day I arrived the staff were very welcoming but my anxiety was through the roof. I pretty much stayed in my room and only came out for meds and food too scared to really talk to anyone. As the weeks went by, I started getting comfortable then realized my peers were literally going through the same thing I was same with the staff, some of whom had gone through the same program themselves It gave me motivation if they could do it I could do it too. One of the things I struggled with was my schedule. It got so bad it started bleeding into everything like one day I'd sleep at 9pm, the next at 1pm, then I wouldn't sleep at all for three days straight. When I got there I kept missing classes because I was oversleeping or straight up refusing to wake up, so I got a warning that my phone would be taken away. That scared me straight that's when I finally got my shit together lol. Now 5 months later I had lost my job, totaled my car and pretty much everything I owned. A year ago that would've completely broken me. But I was okay. And that was the part that surprised me the most all this time I'd been chasing something that never had any real value to me in the first place. The job was good money sure but it brought me zero happiness. Working 90 hours a week was actively making my depression worse and I didn't even see it happening until I was already in here fighting to get my mind back. So when the termination letter came yesterday there was sadness but there was relief too. That job had become my whole identity a false one built on something that was quietly destroying me. Now today at 8am instead of frantically getting ready for a job that only made me miserable I'm sitting outside bird watching and reading a magazine like I'm 70 years old lol. And that's the lesson that took me almost losing everything to learn chasing something that has no real value to you personally will wear you down piece by piece until there's nothing left. I'm just grateful I got to learn that here instead of losing myself completely over it. Thank you MRC ❤️

Kyle Windler is as awesome as they come. He went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. My son left Arista after a few days for various reasons, leaving all his belongings behind, including a package I had sent from Amazon. Kyle went out of his way to make sure the Amazon was returned and I received a refund. Everyone on the staff was so courteous and respectful, kind and knowledgeable; it was amazing. NP Johng was extremely thorough, encouraging, personable, patient, kind and knowledeable and answered all our many questions with great respect; not treating my partner as if he was just a number. I've always had a wonderful experience here. I go in once a year for my check up. I get labs done 2 hrs early, then just hang out until my appt. The staff at the clinic and labs have always been great. Recently I went in to have a CT scan done. The folks in room 111 were just as amazing. We had to pay a visit to the ER for my husband on a Sat night. We were dreading a full lobby and long wait, but to our surprise, we were the only ones there. He got right in and he was seen immediately. The labs came back quickly, and he was given treatment which gave him great relief. He did have to wait a couple of hours wait on a scan. On a 12-hour drive through Oklahoma, I got pulled over thanks to what feels like 100 different speed limit changes from 65 mph to 45 mph. While I was on the side of the road, my mother—who was my passenger—ended up being transported to the hospital by ambulance. When I arrived, Dr. Jeff, Doug, and Nick were absolutely incredible. They were kind, compassionate, quick, and took great care of my mom during an already stressful situation. They even joked that my speeding was what sent her to the hospital, and that little bit of humor was exactly what we needed to break the tension. Their professionalism, bedside manner, and genuine kindness made a difficult day much easier. I can’t thank Dr. Jeff, Doug, and Nick enough for taking such wonderful care of my mother. If you’re ever in need of their services, I highly recommend them. I hope the next time I drive through Oklahoma, the only surprise is a good cup of coffee—not another 65-to-45 speed limit change!

I was here from January-2025 to August-2025, honestly it was a good experience, alot of things happend to me that were out of the staffs and in bosses power, as in other clients behavior and such, but unfortunately I did get harrased and assulted by other clients but when i stated that, action was taken immediately, they would separate the client from the other(s), and even though it may have not been far, it was better then being traumatized, these "bad" reviews have too of been caused by bad past staff or a lying child, and I was there as I was 14, I was first on the unit champions& Defenders, but maybe 1 week after, my group switched units with champions (Our sister unit) and we got renamed, but as i stayed kids came, and kids went, but I had a good experience overall, and the meals are okay, I feel like the portions should be increased a little for each unit depending on age group, everyone got the same amount, but alot of kids there would do about anything for extras, even in small amounts, I was one of them sometime but it was always 50/50 whenever I ate, I feel as bedtime is WAY too early for 13+ as its 7:00PM for bedtime, as it is healthy but it was extremely hard for me too get up in the mornings because of the time, the beds are really low on the floor if ur in building 3[unless it has been renovated by now] and in building 7, the beds are a normal height,

I was a client At TLC for at least six months and then discharged honestly for me I had a great time I have no idea these parents are talking about the one in the first photo I was there for that kid the only reason why her therapist told her no for the headphones was because they were working on headphones and then when they got unit headphones she refused to use them for the second one a hold is mandatory you cannot blame the staff they're just doing their job and if your child wouldn't have struggled then she wouldn't have so many bruises apologise but I was here for both of these kids both of these kids were in the wrong during their stay because the one that got into the hold tried to fight a staff so of course the staff has to put them in a hold because that's physical aggression and then as soon as the staff tries to put them in the hold she struggles which causes them to hold her tighter and make them stay longer the more she moves the tighter they get the girl that got bullied because of her autism she did not get bullied because of her autism she got bullied because she would cuss people out she would cuss therapist out obviously I had the same therapist so I can put this on put in that therapist was like the best therapist in the world like I have him again before that therapist left he spoke so many good things about your daughter he spoke good about your daughter even though she did so many bad things to him I'm not saying “this is the kids fault” because basically if I'm saying that I would be telling myself that same thing I'm saying that didn't help your kid and that was your objective go to another place I've been to 2 places TLC and pathways send them to another place if they don't do good especially kids in foster care the caseworker is obviously going to send them to another place if they're not doing better after discharge please this place is done so many good things for me I literally struggled in the beginning I got in so many holds in the beginning so many runways in the beginning as time progressed I got better and they finally let me out and I wasn't in a hold for like 3 months

I used to go here when i was 13/14... and for everyone who has had a bad experience placeing there child here just know as for every place it has its good and bad times. I was forchinat enough to be placed here when it had a good staff systume shout out to ,Michaelis, Doug dear, Melissa, mr Tiny, mark and meany more. I also made a tone of friends who i still keep up with to this day aswell. I had the chance learn alot about myself and my problems and left a better kid who was confident and well more behaved and I still use what I learned there to this day and I'm 30. I'm unsure how the place is doing almost 20 years later or who is working there but this place randomly popped up in my my head and i just felt the need to look it up and leave a review. I would be in a very bad place without the help of GLMHC. Depression is a tough foe, but the good people at Grand have been a vital ally and friend in that fight. I owe them everything for all the help they have given me, and I most definitely recommend them to anyone who is struggling with their mental health. There is no shame in getting help. I don't regret doing so and hopefully you won't either.

There is a button next to the front door you have to press to get buzzed into the building. It’s on the right side of the door. I hope this is helpful because past reviewers have said they couldn’t get access the building. I had a really great experience here. The process does take some time and you have to be patient. But they were truly amazing and helped me so much. I was assigned an emergency case worker, Phil, who has been amazing. He continuously checks up on me and has helped me every step of the way. Phil helped me sign up for all of my appointments (mental, dental and primary care), as well get Medicaid coverage within a week of leaving the crisis center. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. They are the net.

My mother won't go anywhere else and after today, I see why. All around a good experience, but I wanted to give a shout out to the dental assistant, Cameron. She sat with my mom and let her tell story after story while waiting on the medicine to kick in. Cameron was on point during the procedure, but her genuine smile and authentic care came out when she pulled up a chair next to my mom. Well done!!

Commenting as a family member to a patient of PFH, currently! *I had a friend who also went to pfh to get clean about 7 years ago and the change in this place (from 7 years ago to now) is nothing but amazing! The staff are ALL caring, loving, people who want nothing but the best for everyone who steps foot inside this building!* I would suggest before arriving for your stay that you call and verify what items you are able to bring and what items aren't accepted. Ask about possible medications and scripts your doctor may have you on - they do give some medications and you are even allowed to have some items such as hygiene and OTC meds such as Tylenol. I'd recommend having some cash or change as well, they have a vending machine you'll get access to. You might also get to go on a day trip to Walmart, so if you'd like to spend some money at Walmart - you'll need to bring some! 🤍The last thing I can truly suggest is.... arrive with an open mind and an open heart to allow these loving people to help you become a better/healthier version of yourself. Your loved one deserves their love/help to get clean and live a life they are proud of! Get your loved ones back - get with PFH to secure their bed! It'll be worth it 🫶🏼
