Everyone I’ve encountered here has been wonderful. Deedria Woods and Stacy Bacon have helped me get to the point I am now where I am doing mentally better than I have in a long time. First I was Not paid for my 5 star review. Everyone from the front desk, to Sara who is the Best @ putting in the IV. with no pain, everyone in the OR was caring & considerate. Dr. Stewart was excellent in his explanation of the procedure & afterwards his explanation of the results. In recovery Tyler was very considerate.

Well, I’ve been with BHG in Joplin for 10 years now, and I really couldn’t ask for a better place to get real treatment. I’m from California, been on methadone on and off for 30 years. This time I’ve been on it straight since 2008. I moved to Arkansas in 2017 and chose BHG to do my treatment. I’m so happy I chose BHG, it’s honestly the best clinic I’ve ever been to. Ever. My counselor Nancy is the most amazing beautiful soul I’ve met in my life. She is a blessing to me and to the clinic. Every one of her patients love her. The nurses are so sweet and respectful. I have been to so many clinics where the nurses are rude, disrespectful and right down mean. That’s not the case at BHG. I love these nurses. It’s literally a joy to go pick up my medication, I always look forward to seeing the nurses and getting my 5 minutes of chat time with them. These ladies are never rude, even when having a bad day, they all keep their smile and always are respectful. Lisa is an amazing director, (I think that’s what her title is, lol. I’m an old lady so please forgive me if I’m wrong) Lisa is a wonderful young lady, I just adore her. The doctor is one of my favorite people on earth. Every year at my physical, she makes me laugh so much. She is a compassionate and funny soul, and genuinely cares about her patients. BHG truly is the best clinic to go to for real treatment. Every one who works there is so kind and supportive. They really care how you’re doing. And they are there for you when you’re not doing so well. You can’t get better treatment anywhere else.

My mother won't go anywhere else and after today, I see why. All around a good experience, but I wanted to give a shout out to the dental assistant, Cameron. She sat with my mom and let her tell story after story while waiting on the medicine to kick in. Can’t say enough good things about Compass in general, but what made me write this review specifically is one of your psychologists, Cody Bond. As someone who’s seen multiple therapists and psychologists over the course of the last 10 years, Cody is the most notable one I’ve ever had and I’m so thankful for him and everything he’s done for me. Cody’s not just a great psychologist, but a great person in general and he’s never once made me feel dismissed or unheard. I’ve never cried like I lost a family member over losing my psychologist/therapist like I have today. I’m so happy for Cody and his future endeavors but I’m so sad that I’m losing him. Compass has a good one in Cody Bond and I’m so happy to see Compass recognizing him for what he does. He definitely deserves this. Cody, if you see this, thank you so much and have a wonderful life!!! 🤗

This place has seriously changed my life. I never imagined I would find an outpatient program that would truly be effective but this place doesnt just want to give you medicine and send you on your way they want to change your negative behaviors and encourage long term sobriety by giving you tools and resources on how to do so. The staff has seriously went above and beyond to help me in any way possible and they have given me so many resources and are so eager to help it brings tears to my eyes. Every staff member greets me by my name even if I don’t know who they are and they all seem to want to work there to help people. The program itself is better than any rehab i have been to and I actually look forward to coming and doing the groups.Thank you to all Quapaw counseling staff!!

This place is wonderful! The staff is very attentive and helpful to all patients, they provide a wide range of services, their programs to treat substance and alcohol abuse include assessments, classes and counseling. This program has helped me improve in a great way.

The staff was great. They were kind and compassionate...most of them. Was hard to get ahold of the doctor/therapist but they call back when they had time. They helped my daughter in so many ways. I couldn't be more grateful for the care they provided. She is a picky eater due to texture and they provided her with alternatives. Anytime I called to talk to her or see her in person, I didn't have any trouble. She did complain about the food sucking....it was typically hospital/school food but she said it didn't always suck. She said that Pam is a good cook and always liked when she was cooking. The therapist not only helped my daughter but she helped me too. She also said that Jennifer was her favorite staff member. That Jennifer was so kind and caring. Thanks to this facility, I've got my daughter back. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I am forever grateful!

I went to Heartland due to suicidal thoughts. I was in a very bad place and I needed help and Heartland gave me that help. The staff was very nice and I had no problems with them. I especially liked Dave as he kept us entertained throughout the day with different activities when we had time between the scheduled things. He also helped me become much more comfortable there as I had never been to a mental health facility before. Overall I would say Heartland is a place I would prefer to go back to if I need help again.

Was very positive experience for my 16 year old son struggling with anxiety/depression. He had full psychological evaluation with changes in medication. The doctor called twice to update findings and recommendations. My son came home feeling much lighter and more focused

If you need help Don't go here it's worse than prison! They search your room and throw out your food you paid for. Food is uneatable. They almost killed everyone with a gas leak. Making them pay in cash is a no no! About frozen them out overnight due to temp change. I give them minus 5 Stars!!!! Your better off on the streets!

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Probably just people that need to learn to be grateful. But who knows!? Anyway, this place is great. Everyone is friendly. If there are issues they work to resolve them. I've never been able to get this much help all in one place. This organization is truly a blessing that I'm immensely grateful for. I'd recommend them to anyone that's struggling with anything.

I cannot comment on the actual services provided by this agency. However, I have called and spoken with the front desk in regards to clients already receiving services. Every time I call to request information, I am greeted by warm staff who are pleasant to speak with and provide excellent assistance to whatever my inquiry was. I have never had a negative experience with the front desk staff at this agency.

I was here when I was 15, and I have to say it was the best place I had ever been sent to and back then I had been sent to a lot of places. The staff was amazing way back then, now granted I had escaped twice B4 I realized it wasn't so bad, an I made the transition from willow Crest to moccasin bend. Out of the whole time I was there I only had 1 fight and that was when I got to the ranch. And on of the most awesome people I met there at the time. Was Gracie Garcia or it was Gracie Garlic. I believe she was the owner at the times daughter she had a heart of gold

I remember very little but what I do the experience was good unless I myself went down and had to go back to Willow Crest but the staff were nice and helpful and I am thankful to them for helping me. I am 41 now and have kids and they are 20 and 21 and they absolutely love me as their mom. I am proud to have been able to get better so I could be a good mother for my kids so thank you for helping me

We have had excellent care at Wiil's Place. It did take us a few months to begin seevices, but the care has been excellent for our child. We were also referred by Dr. Reed at Wills Place to more services through the Ozark Center. 2 years in and we would not go anywhere else.

Iv taken my son here since he was 3, that's when he was diagnosed with autism, add/adhd, anxiety, depression, and behavior issues. They were the only place that help diagnose him correctly. Always worked with us on getting in and out in a timely manner.

My grandson has a med provider at wills, before the doctor he was seeing never did bloodwork, she did and monitors him changing meds when necessary. He gets counseling thru wills, which has also helped him greatly to open up . He also has case management , and we have one of the best caseworker ever !! We had a few before that was okay, but his current case worker us great really working with him on controlling his behavior ! We have had a great experience !
