The people here are absolutely amazing. They don't badger you when you go in and you haven't paid your bill in a couple of months, they don't prescribe a ton of drugs and keep you all jacked up all day. They want you to functioning adult's and shekinah is amazing. She is so helpful with trying to get a schedule that you can work with and very easy to get along with.

If you've come across this, It's probably fair to say, Life hasn't been a walk in the park lately, And you're looking at possible options to get help. You might be asking yourself, Is MAT right for me? I always tell people, If you have tried other programs, And treatments that have not worked for you, Then MAT is probably for you. The great thing is, BHG has an amazing staff, From Doctors, Nurses, And counselors, That can talk with you, Answer all of your questions, So you can make an informed decision. If you feel this is a good fit for you, The staff are there to help you navigate through the process, And get you on the road to recovery. I love that they make you a part of the game plan, While creating a treatment plan designed to fit each person's specific needs. At this point, You're probably just desperate to have some normalcy back in your life, And probably struggle to remember what life was like "Before". If you've read this, Please do yourself a favor, And pick up the phone and call them, It may be the most important call you ever make, Help is available!! Nobody is going to judge you, Or look down on you, The entire staff is there to help! I love my counselor, And he's available to me any time I need, Not just during normal buisness hours. Can’t say enough good things about Compass in general, but what made me write this review specifically is one of your psychologists, Cody Bond. As someone who’s seen multiple therapists and psychologists over the course of the last 10 years, Cody is the most notable one I’ve ever had and I’m so thankful for him and everything he’s done for me. Cody’s not just a great psychologist, but a great person in general and he’s never once made me feel dismissed or unheard. I’ve never cried like I lost a family member over losing my psychologist/therapist like I have today. I’m so happy for Cody and his future endeavors but I’m so sad that I’m losing him. Compass has a good one in Cody Bond and I’m so happy to see Compass recognizing him for what he does. He definitely deserves this. Cody, if you see this, thank you so much and have a wonderful life!!! 🤗

If you need help Don't go here it's worse than prison! They search your room and throw out your food you paid for. Food is uneatable. They almost killed everyone with a gas leak. Making them pay in cash is a no no! About frozen them out overnight due to temp change. I give them minus 5 Stars!!!! Your better off on the streets!

I went to Heartland due to suicidal thoughts. I was in a very bad place and I needed help and Heartland gave me that help. The staff was very nice and I had no problems with them. I especially liked Dave as he kept us entertained throughout the day with different activities when we had time between the scheduled things. He also helped me become much more comfortable there as I had never been to a mental health facility before. Overall I would say Heartland is a place I would prefer to go back to if I need help again.

Was very positive experience for my 16 year old son struggling with anxiety/depression. He had full psychological evaluation with changes in medication. The doctor called twice to update findings and recommendations. My son came home feeling much lighter and more focused

My child went here and it was an excellent experience from beginning to end. It was a lengthy stay and everyone here was wonderful. As a parent it’s so hard to look at the negative reviews on all these facilities and not know what to believe. This place was recommended to me by a sheriff whose foster child stayed here. He said it was life changing for her in a positive way and I’m so glad we listened to him. We’ve had our child at different facilities and they were not good experiences.

This place has seriously changed my life. I never imagined I would find an outpatient program that would truly be effective but this place doesnt just want to give you medicine and send you on your way they want to change your negative behaviors and encourage long term sobriety by giving you tools and resources on how to do so. The staff has seriously went above and beyond to help me in any way possible and they have given me so many resources and are so eager to help it brings tears to my eyes. Every staff member greets me by my name even if I don’t know who they are and they all seem to want to work there to help people. The program itself is better than any rehab i have been to and I actually look forward to coming and doing the groups.Thank you to all Quapaw counseling staff!!

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Probably just people that need to learn to be grateful. But who knows!? Anyway, this place is great. Everyone is friendly. If there are issues they work to resolve them. I've never been able to get this much help all in one place. This organization is truly a blessing that I'm immensely grateful for. I'd recommend them to anyone that's struggling with anything.

I cannot comment on the actual services provided by this agency. However, I have called and spoken with the front desk in regards to clients already receiving services. Every time I call to request information, I am greeted by warm staff who are pleasant to speak with and provide excellent assistance to whatever my inquiry was. I have never had a negative experience with the front desk staff at this agency.

I was here when I was 15, and I have to say it was the best place I had ever been sent to and back then I had been sent to a lot of places. The staff was amazing way back then, now granted I had escaped twice B4 I realized it wasn't so bad, an I made the transition from willow Crest to moccasin bend. Out of the whole time I was there I only had 1 fight and that was when I got to the ranch. And on of the most awesome people I met there at the time. Was Gracie Garcia or it was Gracie Garlic. I believe she was the owner at the times daughter she had a heart of gold

I remember very little but what I do the experience was good unless I myself went down and had to go back to Willow Crest but the staff were nice and helpful and I am thankful to them for helping me. I am 41 now and have kids and they are 20 and 21 and they absolutely love me as their mom. I am proud to have been able to get better so I could be a good mother for my kids so thank you for helping me
