This place saved my life. Seriously the staff are wonderful compassionate caring people and go above and beyond to help clients who are seeking recovery and are serious about it! I absolutely recommend the Lafayette House to women seeking shelter for substance abuse and safety from domestic violence, children are welcome too. They offer so many services. I would use this hospital for rehab for my loved ones over and over. It is clean, very well maintained and ALL the staff is wonderful! Dr J has been such a blessing and is wonderful to my grandma. She doesn't just come in once a day but numerous times to see how she is. Every single nurse and nurse tech has been so compassionate and does their job so well. They don't run loved ones off as long as they are quiet and respectful and allow someone to stay over night with their loved one. My family is very impressed with everything!

I would give Dr J & the whole staff at Freeman East Rehab 10 stars! We are so grateful for the compassion, support, time and encouragement each and every person has given my mother this past week. Our lives changed so suddenly after she suffered a brain tumor and I truly wish no one had to go through this but after a craniotomy at Barnes we feel very fortunate to have such a nice rehab close to her family and home! We are so impressed with Dr J. She has spent countless hrs evaluating, answering our questions and literally holding Mom’s hand. The nursing staff has been phenomenal. The therapists have gone above and beyond helping her, dietary and housekeeping have as well.

Can’t say enough good things about Compass in general, but what made me write this review specifically is one of your psychologists, Cody Bond. As someone who’s seen multiple therapists and psychologists over the course of the last 10 years, Cody is the most notable one I’ve ever had and I’m so thankful for him and everything he’s done for me. Cody’s not just a great psychologist, but a great person in general and he’s never once made me feel dismissed or unheard. I’ve never cried like I lost a family member over losing my psychologist/therapist like I have today. I’m so happy for Cody and his future endeavors but I’m so sad that I’m losing him. Compass has a good one in Cody Bond and I’m so happy to see Compass recognizing him for what he does. He definitely deserves this. If you need help Don't go here it's worse than prison! They search your room and throw out your food you paid for. Food is uneatable. They almost killed everyone with a gas leak. They will go beyond everything and everyone it might take a little while but then they are awesome if you need to reschedule they will try to come get you they go beyond them selves to help you plus you have a iPad that you take home. To help with your appointments they are kind and they don't loose there temper Ive needed rides they will come and get you and take you to your appointments at grand lake mental health they take me to Walmart and anywhere else I need to go to you just have to have patients

This is a review for a wonderful Lady, Jessie Russell, contract health. Jessie, is on top of things. I never have to worry, getting my referral’s & she has hit the ball out of the park. The surgeon’s she made sure was very good at their job before sending anywhere. I am 4 surgies down since December 16, 2024. Everything goes so smooth when she is the one taking care of me💕 she does what she says she will do. Jessie, is definitely a huge asset for Cherokee Nation-Vinita Clinic. I came into the outpatient area of the hospital today to have my very first mammogram ever. The lady, and I so apologize that I cannot remember her name, because she was fantastic, was absolutely a pro! She put me at ease, she explained everything as she was doing it and before she did it, she was very quick, but thorough, and just made that experience a piece of cake! I highly recommend if anyone has been putting off a mammogram to make an appointment at Saint Francis in Vinita! You will not regret that decision!

Just a few weeks ago I had to take a trip to the ER because I thought I had vertigo. I went to a different ER first and they let me lay there an hour and a half in massive pain so I went back home. By 9:30 that night I couldn't move my entire right side. I couldn't stand upright without falling over. So I had a friend of mine take me to St Francis ER. I cannot remember the attending Dr's last name, Brian was his first name. He was right on his game, there was no wait time, and he had to have known exactly what was wrong because he gave me the right scans and tests and found a cancerous tumor in my brain. As soon as he got a chance He called and located a neurosurgeon at Tulsa hospital and had a room ready for me before I even left the ER. He and his staff I am eternally grateful to. The security guard that was on duty that night was also extremely helpful and concerned. I've never been more impressed. I had my brain surgery 4 days ago so tumor free now. Thank you Dr Brian I truly appreciate you and your staff. God Bless you

I have really enjoyed this rehab facility more than any other place I have ever been too by far. The facility is top-notch. Cabins are so nice and comfortable with only two clients per cabin. The food is made fresh every day that is better than five star restaurants in my opinion. So much food with plenty of left overs. The staff are amazing! They care!!!! They actually care about you and your recovery. They spend the time every day teaching us how to manage our lives and pushing the clients to find themselves. Really find themselves and why they use and how to stay sober mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The outings from the facility are so fun which include things like Top golf, canoeing, trails, rivers, and more. You will find what you need here to make a change to your life. If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. What a joke of a place that claims to be for mental health. If you need help, please go somewhere else. Anywhere else. After a 5 hour process, my daughter was turned away. We went to another facility and after extensive evaluation, she was admitted. If it were up to Burrell to save my daughters life and they were the last straw, they would have absolutely let her die. Thank God I was with her and got her somewhere else. What a shame they call themselves a crisis center.

The Lakeland staff was incredibly friendly, answered all of my questions(some, numerous times), and made me feel much better in a situation which made me absolutely miserable.
I cannot emphasize enough how their patience and politeness made such a situation even remotely bearable.
Both the psychologist and psychiatrist were patient, and they made me feel like at least someone understood.
Even the guy who delivered the food for my restricted diet was very friendly. Lakeland did everything it could to satisfy my needs.
I had a list of names to give a shout out to the members of the staff, but I misplaced it. I will post them as soon as I find it.

Not sure where all the 5 star reviews came from. Worse billing department. Not only they charge you lots of money, they are also a headache to deal with if you set up a payment plan. They do not like bill pay from your bank, if you use bill pay they will post your payment almost a week late and then send you to collections without notification even though it was their fault.

They are Human Beings! It provides them a safe civilized place to acquire what they themselves(& the Dr. too of course) feel they need in about 5 minutes a visit. Like the convenience store. And with that outta the way most of them have nothing to do other than focus on Thier lives & get jobs & eventually start weening themselves off because that being treated with a little dignity and self respect(UNHEARD OF in addict culture) becomes the addiction! It's the one thing or technically 2 we've never felt. Dignity & Self Respect! It's why Liquor stores & gas station clerks aren't being held up and murdered on the news every other night by desperate homeless drug addicts on the news anymore like the good ol 80's & 90's!

My counselor has helped me in more aspects of my life than just addiction treatment. She has encouraged me to get help with my mental and emotional past. She truly cares about each and every one of her patients and she will tell you how it is and not beat around the bush. And that's what I appreciate about her. She makes sure that I am doing ok as I'm weaning myself of the methadone currently and helps me with problems that I don't speak to anyone else about. So M. I have been a patient here with Fremont Hills Psychiatry for about 4 years now. The ladies at the front desk are like family, especially Tina! They treat me with such kindness and respect and always go out of their way to help. My prescriptions get handled promptly and on time using the medication voicemail or MyMercy app. My psychiatrist Dr. Sharma is phenomenal. We’ve really built a strong foundation for the mental health therapy I need and I’m fortunate to have a caring psychiatrist with a great sense of humor that genuinely cares about my well being. Over these past years with Dr. Sharma my mental health has improved drastically and I’m able to live a healthy life. I’d strongly recommend this clinic to others.
