This is a review for a wonderful Lady, Jessie Russell, contract health. Jessie, is on top of things. I never have to worry, getting my referral’s & she has hit the ball out of the park. The surgeon’s she made sure was very good at their job before sending anywhere. I am 4 surgies down since December 16, 2024. Just moved to this area from Sallisaw….was having severe gum/mouth pain issues….went as a “walk-in”…..didn’t have to wait very long. The dentist and staff were great. The dental assistant went above and beyond for me. More than Redbird at Sallisaw ever did.

I came into the outpatient area of the hospital today to have my very first mammogram ever. The lady, and I so apologize that I cannot remember her name, because she was fantastic, was absolutely a pro! She put me at ease, she explained everything as she was doing it and before she did it, she was very quick, but thorough, and just made that experience a piece of cake! I highly recommend if anyone has been putting off a mammogram to make an appointment at Saint Francis in Vinita! You will not regret that decision!

Just a few weeks ago I had to take a trip to the ER because I thought I had vertigo. I went to a different ER first and they let me lay there an hour and a half in massive pain so I went back home. By 9:30 that night I couldn't move my entire right side. I couldn't stand upright without falling over. So I had a friend of mine take me to St Francis ER. I cannot remember the attending Dr's last name, Brian was his first name. He was right on his game, there was no wait time, and he had to have known exactly what was wrong because he gave me the right scans and tests and found a cancerous tumor in my brain. As soon as he got a chance He called and located a neurosurgeon at Tulsa hospital and had a room ready for me before I even left the ER. He and his staff I am eternally grateful to. The security guard that was on duty that night was also extremely helpful and concerned. I've never been more impressed. I had my brain surgery 4 days ago so tumor free now. Thank you Dr Brian I truly appreciate you and your staff. God Bless you

Best most through eye exam I have ever had and I've been in glasses since I was 10. So relaxing I was falling asleep. The most helpful when picking out frames. I got down many frames and they didn't even seem to mind, super nice and helpful. They called yesterday to tell me my glasses are in. 12 days. Far cry from 6- 8 weeks!!! They got their ducks in a row. Can't wait to pick them up my new glasses with the no glare tint and anti-scratch coating.

I love this clinic! Dr Kirk is the most caring doctor I have ever had anywhere. The dentist department is super also. Kory Andrews is the best! My teeth always feel so clean after being cleaned by her. Thank you to the entire facility!

I moved to GROVE in November and did not establish a primary care yet, but I was sick about three weeks ago with whatever it is it’s going around. I called the VINITA clinic sincr they’re larger. They said they had no idea if they could get me in even though I would come as a walk-in, they said they usually just take established patients Which can take a month or more. I call Jay. They got me right in that day. The doctor I saw was wonderful. He acted like he had all the time in the world. He explained things really well and I probably did not have to wait over 10 minutes to see him

They will go beyond everything and everyone it might take a little while but then they are awesome if you need to reschedule they will try to come get you they go beyond them selves to help you plus you have a iPad that you take home. To help with your appointments they are kind and they don't loose there temper Ive needed rides they will come and get you and take you to your appointments at grand lake mental health they take me to Walmart and anywhere else I need to go to you just have to have patients

I've been employed with Grand Mental Health for about 4 years. I've worked outpatient in Claremore, and now crisis in Pryor. It's a unique place to work with so many caring people with lots of recovery stories themselves and hearts that understand. I never see job postings in Afton, OK though? Is it only outpatient? My son has been suffering from severe mental issues for the past 3 years. None of the “professional” help I’ve sought out helped until I took him to GLMHC. They gave him the counselling and medication needed to overcome many of his problems. It’s still a work in progress, but he’s much better now. Just wanted to say thank you to the GLMHC team!

I voluntarily went in for detox to begin my journey to recovery. I was very observant during my treatment, I read all the reviews before hand and they made me nervous about going. But I took a leap of faith and went for it, I’m ready to start my next chapter!
Is everything perfect, no. But the staff (ALL of them) were very kind and accommodating during my three days there. Is it a 5 Star resort, not even close. If you go in with a good attitude, and simply be kind and courteous, I believe you’ll see quickly what I did. It’s just the beginning of the journey, not the final destination.

This place has seriously changed my life. I never imagined I would find an outpatient program that would truly be effective but this place doesnt just want to give you medicine and send you on your way they want to change your negative behaviors and encourage long term sobriety by giving you tools and resources on how to do so. I remember very little but what I do the experience was good unless I myself went down and had to go back to Willow Crest but the staff were nice and helpful and I am thankful to them for helping me. Words can not express my appreciation to CAAIR. I had sent my grandson to military schools, at least 3, 30 day rehap programs nothing has worked. He has been in and out of trouble with law Enforcement and was not sure what to do. Drugs had consumed his life and I was at a lost what to do. I was not sure I’d one day I would find him dead.
By pure chance I came across The CAAIR Program. After speaking with them, they reached out to him and he decided it was time to get help.
My grandson loved this place. Never once did he call and want come home. It was not easy for him but he adjust and just finished one year program. His choice was to remain at CAAiR in transition program, continue working.
I’m so thankful for CAAIR for returning my grandson to me. He went in as a child and came out a man and understand he does not want that life again.

I've been to 7 rehabs in my life and this is the best one. Everybody was cool and knowledgeable especially Tommy and Dylan my only problem was the detox center lost some of my belongings and made no effort to find them or reimburse me for my loss. Other than that it was great. I would like to add the Wes was the house manager of the sober living place I stayed at he was awesome. Super supportive and understanding. He made me feel at home and always had an open ear or a shoulder to cry on. He's nonjudgmental and forgiving. He set a good example for me and the men there

Here at TSR the employees are exceptional from the intake personnel Hailey, speakers Alyssa and Dick, and CIT’s Dylan and Tommy. I recommend this rehab to anyone who is serious in sobriety. If you've come across this, It's probably fair to say, Life hasn't been a walk in the park lately, And you're looking at possible options to get help. You might be asking yourself, Is MAT right for me? I always tell people, If you have tried other programs, And treatments that have not worked for you, Then MAT is probably for you. The great thing is, BHG has an amazing staff, From Doctors, Nurses, And counselors, That can talk with you, Answer all of your questions, So you can make an informed decision. If you feel this is a good fit for you, The staff are there to help you navigate through the process, And get you on the road to recovery. I love that they make you a part of the game plan, While creating a treatment plan designed to fit each person's specific needs. At this point, You're probably just desperate to have some normalcy back in your life, And probably struggle to remember what life was like "Before". I've never been to treatment of any sort and I had serious doubts about BHG... My experience here has been nothing short of amazing and there are not words to describe my gratitude and appreciation for the extremely professional staff... From day one I was made to feel welcomed and cared for... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BHG to anyone in need of treatment and I only wish I had found them sooner...
