If you've come across this, It's probably fair to say, Life hasn't been a walk in the park lately, And you're looking at possible options to get help. You might be asking yourself, Is MAT right for me? I always tell people, If you have tried other programs, And treatments that have not worked for you, Then MAT is probably for you. The great thing is, BHG has an amazing staff, From Doctors, Nurses, And counselors, That can talk with you, Answer all of your questions, So you can make an informed decision. If you feel this is a good fit for you, The staff are there to help you navigate through the process, And get you on the road to recovery. I love that they make you a part of the game plan, While creating a treatment plan designed to fit each person's specific needs. At this point, You're probably just desperate to have some normalcy back in your life, And probably struggle to remember what life was like "Before". If you've read this, Please do yourself a favor, And pick up the phone and call them, It may be the most important call you ever make, Help is available!! Nobody is going to judge you, Or look down on you, The entire staff is there to help! I love my counselor, And he's available to me any time I need, Not just during normal buisness hours. My grandson has a med provider at wills, before the doctor he was seeing never did bloodwork, she did and monitors him changing meds when necessary. He gets counseling thru wills, which has also helped him greatly to open up . He also has case management , and we have one of the best caseworker ever !! We had a few before that was okay, but his current case worker us great really working with him on controlling his behavior ! We have had a great experience !

I live alone and am old 75...am new to OK....not yet found good health care...but I had an asthma attack...recently...had not been able to get my brand name asthma meds locally...except recently pharmacy staff at walmart spent many hours...personal time..and they got my asthma meds !!!! When every other local pharmacy didn't even try.... But...I could only afford 1 month...I had been without 4 yrs....so 30 days was not enough....ona Sat. Morning...I could not find 1 rescue inhaler!! That's panic to asthma sufferers...I called ER...they treated me great...not like a sick old lady...saw I was hyper anxious..making it all worse.. They gave me a comforting treatment with cool steroids...I could breathe....AND they gave me a rescue inhaler...giving me time to try to refill my script...

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like this one needed to be written. Matt Lapham has been one of the biggest blessings during my time at True Self. What makes Matt different is that he has been where many of us have been. He understands the struggles, the setbacks, and the challenges of recovery because he’s lived it himself. That experience allows him to connect with people in a way that can’t be taught. Matt goes above and beyond for every single client, often without looking for any recognition. Whether it’s making sure someone has hygiene products, helping people find clothes and socks, taking clients to food banks, or simply being there when someone needs support, he’s always finding ways to help. If someone is in need, Matt is usually already working on a solution before they even have to ask. One thing that always stands out is the way he takes care of everyone at the house. He cooks dinner every night without complaint, and somehow manages to make it feel like a home instead of just a place to stay. The meals are always great, and it’s clear he puts his heart into everything he does. Matt also teaches classes at True Self, and every class leaves an impact. He has a way of making people think deeply about their recovery, their choices, and their future. Even when he doubts himself or feels like he could have done better, those of us listening know he’s doing an amazing job. His honesty, experience, and passion for helping others come through every time he speaks. True Self is fortunate to have someone like Matt Lapham. The amount of time, energy, and compassion he pours into helping others is truly inspiring. He may never realize how much of a difference he makes, but I can honestly say that he has made a positive impact on countless lives, including mine. Thank you, Matt, for everything you do.

I was their recemtly with sleep apnea, and the hosp. I was their a few times in the past. But the room ought to be nicer, like a TV. The room cost enough in 2026. Without a TV, to occupy your short time you have, to go to sleep. Everyone is different, and deserve how they relax to proceed on with the sleep study.

IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A REHABILITATION CENTER, LOOK NO FURTHER... Amazing.. Groups were not just textbook.. There is true passion and concern in the counselor's hearts... Also I prolly shouldn't have had as much fun as I did at a rehab, but with that being said I don't feel like I could have came out of any other facility with the mindset I'm in.. I have really enjoyed this rehab facility more than any other place I have ever been too by far. The facility is top-notch. Cabins are so nice and comfortable with only two clients per cabin. The food is made fresh every day that is better than five star restaurants in my opinion. So much food with plenty of left overs. The staff are amazing! They care!!!! They actually care about you and your recovery. They spend the time every day teaching us how to manage our lives and pushing the clients to find themselves. Really find themselves and why they use and how to stay sober mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The outings from the facility are so fun which include things like Top golf, canoeing, trails, rivers, and more. You will find what you need here to make a change to your life. This is your answer to finding the right place to go to!!!!!
