Cody’s not just a great psychologist, but a great person in general and he’s never once made me feel dismissed or unheard. I’ve never cried like I lost a family member over losing my psychologist/therapist like I have today. I’m so happy for Cody and his future endeavors but I’m so sad that I’m losing him. Compass has a good one in Cody Bond and I’m so happy to see Compass recognizing him for what he does. He definitely deserves this. She said that Pam is a good cook and always liked when she was cooking. The therapist not only helped my daughter but she helped me too. She also said that Jennifer was her favorite staff member. Overall I would say Heartland is a place I would prefer to go back to if I need help again. They arrived early, they were fast, friendly, and had the recliner assembled within 20 minutes after arriving. Their job fee was more than fair. It helped me and them. I highly recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about Compass in general, but what made me write this review specifically is one of your psychologists, Cody Bond. As someone who’s seen multiple therapists and psychologists over the course of the last 10 years, Cody is the most notable one I’ve ever had and I’m so thankful for him and everything he’s done for me. Cody’s not just a great psychologist, but a great person in general and he’s never once made me feel dismissed or unheard. I’ve never cried like I lost a family member over losing my psychologist/therapist like I have today. I’m so happy for Cody and his future endeavors but I’m so sad that I’m losing him. Compass has a good one in Cody Bond and I’m so happy to see Compass recognizing him for what he does. He definitely deserves this. Cody, if you see this, thank you so much and have a wonderful life!!! 🤗

I've been employed with Grand Mental Health for about 4 years. I've worked outpatient in Claremore, and now crisis in Pryor. It's a unique place to work with so many caring people with lots of recovery stories themselves and hearts that understand. I never see job postings in Afton, OK though? Is it only outpatient? I've been thinking about moving to that area, and wondered about a possible transfer to this clinic? But never see any jobs posted for this area... Just curious.

My son has been suffering from severe mental issues for the past 3 years. None of the “professional” help I’ve sought out helped until I took him to GLMHC. They gave him the counselling and medication needed to overcome many of his problems. It’s still a work in progress, but he’s much better now. Just wanted to say thank you to the GLMHC team!

This place has seriously changed my life. I never imagined I would find an outpatient program that would truly be effective but this place doesnt just want to give you medicine and send you on your way they want to change your negative behaviors and encourage long term sobriety by giving you tools and resources on how to do so. The staff has seriously went above and beyond to help me in any way possible and they have given me so many resources and are so eager to help it brings tears to my eyes. Every staff member greets me by my name even if I don’t know who they are and they all seem to want to work there to help people. The program itself is better than any rehab i have been to and I actually look forward to coming and doing the groups.Thank you to all Quapaw counseling staff!!

The staff was great. They were kind and compassionate...most of them. Was hard to get ahold of the doctor/therapist but they call back when they had time. They helped my daughter in so many ways. I couldn't be more grateful for the care they provided. She is a picky eater due to texture and they provided her with alternatives. Anytime I called to talk to her or see her in person, I didn't have any trouble. She did complain about the food sucking....it was typically hospital/school food but she said it didn't always suck. She said that Pam is a good cook and always liked when she was cooking. The therapist not only helped my daughter but she helped me too. She also said that Jennifer was her favorite staff member. That Jennifer was so kind and caring. Thanks to this facility, I've got my daughter back. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I am forever grateful!

I went to Heartland due to suicidal thoughts. I was in a very bad place and I needed help and Heartland gave me that help. The staff was very nice and I had no problems with them. I especially liked Dave as he kept us entertained throughout the day with different activities when we had time between the scheduled things. He also helped me become much more comfortable there as I had never been to a mental health facility before. Overall I would say Heartland is a place I would prefer to go back to if I need help again.

If you need help Don't go here it's worse than prison! They search your room and throw out your food you paid for. Food is uneatable. They almost killed everyone with a gas leak. Making them pay in cash is a no no! About frozen them out overnight due to temp change. I give them minus 5 Stars!!!! Your better off on the streets!

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Probably just people that need to learn to be grateful. But who knows!? Anyway, this place is great. Everyone is friendly. If there are issues they work to resolve them. I've never been able to get this much help all in one place. This organization is truly a blessing that I'm immensely grateful for. I cannot comment on the actual services provided by this agency. However, I have called and spoken with the front desk in regards to clients already receiving services. Every time I call to request information, I am greeted by warm staff who are pleasant to speak with and provide excellent assistance to whatever my inquiry was. I have never had a negative experience with the front desk staff at this agency.

I was here when I was 15, and I have to say it was the best place I had ever been sent to and back then I had been sent to a lot of places. The staff was amazing way back then, now granted I had escaped twice B4 I realized it wasn't so bad, an I made the transition from willow Crest to moccasin bend. Out of the whole time I was there I only had 1 fight and that was when I got to the ranch. And on of the most awesome people I met there at the time. Was Gracie Garcia or it was Gracie Garlic. I remember very little but what I do the experience was good unless I myself went down and had to go back to Willow Crest but the staff were nice and helpful and I am thankful to them for helping me. First I was Not paid for my 5 star review. Everyone from the front desk, to Sara who is the Best @ putting in the IV. with no pain, everyone in the OR was caring & considerate.
