The people here are absolutely amazing. They don't badger you when you go in and you haven't paid your bill in a couple of months, they don't prescribe a ton of drugs and keep you all jacked up all day. They want you to functioning adult's and shekinah is amazing. She is so helpful with trying to get a schedule that you can work with and very easy to get along with.

I've been employed with Grand Mental Health for about 4 years. I've worked outpatient in Claremore, and now crisis in Pryor. It's a unique place to work with so many caring people with lots of recovery stories themselves and hearts that understand. I never see job postings in Afton, OK though? Is it only outpatient? My son has been suffering from severe mental issues for the past 3 years. None of the “professional” help I’ve sought out helped until I took him to GLMHC. They gave him the counselling and medication needed to overcome many of his problems. It’s still a work in progress, but he’s much better now. Just wanted to say thank you to the GLMHC team!

I remember very little but what I do the experience was good unless I myself went down and had to go back to Willow Crest but the staff were nice and helpful and I am thankful to them for helping me. I am 41 now and have kids and they are 20 and 21 and they absolutely love me as their mom. Haven’t had such a good time at a doctor’s visit in a long time. Dr. Alumno was professional, helpful, and fun. The nurse who led me into the appointment, wish I remembered her name, was punctual, kind, and welcoming. The one who helped me with lab testing, Kayla, was efficient, and humorous. Love this place.
