I cannot comment on the actual services provided by this agency. However, I have called and spoken with the front desk in regards to clients already receiving services. Every time I call to request information, I am greeted by warm staff who are pleasant to speak with and provide excellent assistance to whatever my inquiry was. I had a terrible experience with my first child but the changes this place has made are incredible couldn t have asked for a better experience bringing my 2nd baby into this world!! Everyone was very comforting and was very attentive to my babies, my husbands and my needs!! Everybody was very informative too making sure I understood everything bout my care plan and my discharge care too! The employees in labor and delivery definitely went above and beyond their job requirements!! Highly recommend the womens center for having your baby!

This place saved my life. Seriously the staff are wonderful compassionate caring people and go above and beyond to help clients who are seeking recovery and are serious about it! Just a few weeks ago I had to take a trip to the ER because I thought I had vertigo. I went to a different ER first and they let me lay there an hour and a half in massive pain so I went back home. By 9:30 that night I couldn't move my entire right side. I couldn't stand upright without falling over. So I had a friend of mine take me to St Francis ER. I cannot remember the attending Dr's last name, Brian was his first name. He was right on his game, there was no wait time, and he had to have known exactly what was wrong because he gave me the right scans and tests and found a cancerous tumor in my brain. As soon as he got a chance He called and located a neurosurgeon at Tulsa hospital and had a room ready for me before I even left the ER. He and his staff I am eternally grateful to. The security guard that was on duty that night was also extremely helpful and concerned. I've never been more impressed. I had my brain surgery 4 days ago so tumor free now. The people here are absolutely amazing. They don't badger you when you go in and you haven't paid your bill in a couple of months, they don't prescribe a ton of drugs and keep you all jacked up all day.
