Not sure why all the bad reviews. Probably just people that need to learn to be grateful. But who knows!? Anyway, this place is great. Everyone is friendly. If there are issues they work to resolve them. I've never been able to get this much help all in one place. This organization is truly a blessing that I'm immensely grateful for. I'd recommend them to anyone that's struggling with anything.

I cannot comment on the actual services provided by this agency. However, I have called and spoken with the front desk in regards to clients already receiving services. Every time I call to request information, I am greeted by warm staff who are pleasant to speak with and provide excellent assistance to whatever my inquiry was. I have never had a negative experience with the front desk staff at this agency.

You might be asking yourself, Is MAT right for me? I always tell people, If you have tried other programs, And treatments that have not worked for you, Then MAT is probably for you. The great thing is, BHG has an amazing staff, From Doctors, Nurses, And counselors, That can talk with you, Answer all of your questions, So you can make an informed decision. If you feel this is a good fit for you, The staff are there to help you navigate through the process, And get you on the road to recovery. I love that they make you a part of the game plan, While creating a treatment plan designed to fit each person's specific needs. I came into the outpatient area of the hospital today to have my very first mammogram ever. The lady, and I so apologize that I cannot remember her name, because she was fantastic, was absolutely a pro! She put me at ease, she explained everything as she was doing it and before she did it, she was very quick, but thorough, and just made that experience a piece of cake! I highly recommend if anyone has been putting off a mammogram to make an appointment at Saint Francis in Vinita! You will not regret that decision!

Just a few weeks ago I had to take a trip to the ER because I thought I had vertigo. I went to a different ER first and they let me lay there an hour and a half in massive pain so I went back home. By 9:30 that night I couldn't move my entire right side. I couldn't stand upright without falling over. So I had a friend of mine take me to St Francis ER. I cannot remember the attending Dr's last name, Brian was his first name. He was right on his game, there was no wait time, and he had to have known exactly what was wrong because he gave me the right scans and tests and found a cancerous tumor in my brain. As soon as he got a chance He called and located a neurosurgeon at Tulsa hospital and had a room ready for me before I even left the ER. He and his staff I am eternally grateful to. The security guard that was on duty that night was also extremely helpful and concerned. I've never been more impressed. I had my brain surgery 4 days ago so tumor free now. Thank you Dr Brian I truly appreciate you and your staff. God Bless you

To help with your appointments they are kind and they don't loose there temper Ive needed rides they will come and get you and take you to your appointments at grand lake mental health they take me to Walmart and anywhere else I need to go to you just have to have patients

I've been employed with Grand Mental Health for about 4 years. I've worked outpatient in Claremore, and now crisis in Pryor. It's a unique place to work with so many caring people with lots of recovery stories themselves and hearts that understand. I never see job postings in Afton, OK though? Is it only outpatient? My son has been suffering from severe mental issues for the past 3 years. None of the “professional” help I’ve sought out helped until I took him to GLMHC. They gave him the counselling and medication needed to overcome many of his problems. It’s still a work in progress, but he’s much better now. Just wanted to say thank you to the GLMHC team!

I voluntarily went in for detox to begin my journey to recovery. I was very observant during my treatment, I read all the reviews before hand and they made me nervous about going. But I took a leap of faith and went for it, I’m ready to start my next chapter!
Is everything perfect, no. But the staff (ALL of them) were very kind and accommodating during my three days there. Is it a 5 Star resort, not even close. If you go in with a good attitude, and simply be kind and courteous, I believe you’ll see quickly what I did. It’s just the beginning of the journey, not the final destination.

I remember very little but what I do the experience was good unless I myself went down and had to go back to Willow Crest but the staff were nice and helpful and I am thankful to them for helping me. I am 41 now and have kids and they are 20 and 21 and they absolutely love me as their mom. I am proud to have been able to get better so I could be a good mother for my kids so thank you for helping me

The people here are absolutely amazing. They don't badger you when you go in and you haven't paid your bill in a couple of months, they don't prescribe a ton of drugs and keep you all jacked up all day. They want you to functioning adult's and shekinah is amazing. She is so helpful with trying to get a schedule that you can work with and very easy to get along with.
