The people here are absolutely amazing. They don't badger you when you go in and you haven't paid your bill in a couple of months, they don't prescribe a ton of drugs and keep you all jacked up all day. They want you to functioning adult's and shekinah is amazing. She is so helpful with trying to get a schedule that you can work with and very easy to get along with.

We tried over 50 facilities for this patient and Brookhaven is the only one who could treat brain injury, mental health issues AND was willing to work with Medicaid. The case manager was very helpful and caring. Unfortunately Medicaid would not fund but I’m so grateful for the help!

I've been to the location on Harvard. It's good for what it is. If you're in crisis, or you have an addiction issue go to Harvard Avenue. If you are dual diagnosis or you have just mental health I 110% recommend this location. Everybody here is absolutely wonderful. However, I don't have children so I cannot attest to a family going here. However, if you are just an adult and you are married without children or your children are grown. Go here, it is absolutely wonderful. There's an intake coordinator named Marianne. She is great! I went there today. I've been having a very hard time the last couple of weeks with my mental health. I used to abuse substances and I haven't in almost 4 years but I've been having a very hard time recently with mental health and they got me through it the last couple of days. I might have have ended up in the psych ward for the first time in many years if it wasn't for this place. So again I cannot attest to the children part of their title. But as far as families. They are solid at this place. They care.

Love them. Started just over a year ago, they set me up with an amazing counselor and worked around my schedule to make appointments. My care team was amazing and everyone was super helpful. I stopped going a few months ago and they reached out making sure I was alright and offered to help get me set up again if I wanted. I don’t currently need their services but if I ever do I will definitely go back.

I have had nothing but a good experience since starting 3 years or so ago. Myself and my family have used several different services, all of which were positive experiences. Ive had a care tem and they are the best. They have kept track of me and reached out routinely. I'm very grateful for their services. I just can't rave enough. If ever there was an issue as they too are human and suffer life as we do. Who knows what the reason, but I always treated everyone with kindness ( I think) and showed them understanding, knowing it's a high pressure job with difficult people struggling with life. For all the many who have been a part of all of our treatments, we thank you. 🙏

My mental health team are always expedient are very helpful whenever I need refills or advice about whatever I need.

The reception is always very friendly and courteous and is willing to help with any need of the patient.

I went here years ago when it was dual diagnosis, I spent little 30-45 days here . I actually liked it there .but that's been 🤔 2006 maybe 2007 . Yes the food then came from the jail . But I ate it .

If you aren't stuck in denial and tell all the truth and truly wonder what its like to be healthy, then you will know this place is great, recommend to anyone who is wondering what its like to be normal, patient for 7days

This placed saved my sons life! The staff is incredible, professional, caring and loving. They’re also tough and demanding. The schedule each day is rigorous and restrictive. My son went in a full blown addict and came out two months later as the normal kid he used to be. I credit the staff 100%. If your child needs help, and wants help, these folks can help. If your child refuses help then there’s little that can be done. That may explain the poor ratings left by others. You have to put in the work to get the results you want. Convince your kid that they need the help. Then take them in. Best of luck!

Talking with a SW has helped me..along with meds

Kaitlin Hartman is an absolute Angel and unlike any practitioner I have ever met in my life. She Listens she cares she goes above and beyond and has truly contributed to saving my life. I highly recommend her. You hear a lot of people say bad things about Ozark guidance but I've never had a bad experience. And when it comes to just counseling and not just medication

I go to therapy, RDS, and see a doctor here. I really enjoy having people to talk to about my life. It’s a great place. RDS goes on weekly outings to places in the area.

So far I am very happy with this establishment. Compared to the VA this place and the staff are a dream. For the first time in a long time I have found somewhere that wants to actually help without throwing pills at me.

My son warmed up to Brian very quickly and the front staff was very nice to us.
