Went into Emergency room with a very high temp. Check in was very quick. My Nurse Jessica Baker was kind and attentive. She took me back to a cubicle in which vitals were taken. Dr. Jones came and question me about what might be my problem. He was thorough and very professional.
From other staff members I received an EKG and a chest X-ray. After all the tests, Dr. Jones said I had picked up a viral infection and prescribed what I needed.
I have been to this hospital many times in my life with accidents and illness always with excellent results. I highly recommend Miami Oklahoma Integris.

Very happy with grand lake they helped me out a lot and they re always so kind. This place has truly helped me be a better me. The reason I gave a 4 star tho is due to the fact that they don t know how to awnser the phone. I will call 5 times and when I get transferred over to Claremore they never pick up the phone. Then when you go in there they are all on there cell phones or just talking which is super frustrating. There were 8 people behind the counter when I came in.

Labor and delivery!!!!Had a excellent experience here delivered twins here and DR.JONES and DR .LEE delivery them he is great and made me feel comfortable through out whole time here.Nurse KELSEY works night she was awesome and I loved her she helped me learn breast feeding it was first time to breast feed all because the guidance and encouragement from her and my day nurse her name is GRACE she was also the reason my breastfeeding was successful i couldnt of done it without them these two made experience just amazing I so grateful for them thank you and for the whole team in deliveryAlso Miranda at pediatrics is a awesome nurse she personally makes sure my babies get their appointments and referrals thank u Miranda!

I recently gave birth here and the entire care team is top notch! From my nurses to midwife and all in between, I felt so supported and encouraged during my labor, delivery, and postpartum care so far. Their holistic approach and comprehensive care has made my experience into motherhood a positive one.Their pediatric department is also lovely and so good with allowing you to perform most tasks related to your child and not taking away your autonomy.Can't recommend these facility enough for women and kids!

Just a few weeks ago I had to take a trip to the ER because I thought I had vertigo. I went to a different ER first and they let me lay there an hour and a half in massive pain so I went back home. By 9:30 that night I couldn't move my entire right side. I couldn't stand upright without falling over. So I had a friend of mine take me to St Francis ER. I cannot remember the attending Dr's last name, Brian was his first name. He was right on his game, there was no wait time, and he had to have known exactly what was wrong because he gave me the right scans and tests and found a cancerous tumor in my brain. As soon as he got a chance He called and located a neurosurgeon at Tulsa hospital and had a room ready for me before I even left the ER. He and his staff I am eternally grateful to. The security guard that was on duty that night was also extremely helpful and concerned. I've never been more impressed. I had my brain surgery 4 days ago so tumor free now. Unfortunately, I went through a difficult split up with my children s mother, and was forced to do paid visitation with my kids. Bartlesville is about an hour away from where I live, so I wasn t happy about that. After the first visit, I was glad this was the place that had been chosen. I remember very little but what I do the experience was good unless I myself went down and had to go back to Willow Crest but the staff were nice and helpful and I am thankful to them for helping me. I am 41 now and have kids and they are 20 and 21 and they absolutely love me as their mom. I am proud to have been able to get better so I could be a good mother for my kids so thank you for helping me

My husband and I are really grateful to the staff at this hospital. I came in because I was in labor and everyone was really kind to us. Especially Nurse Shelley, who was one of the nurses who was supporting me when I was having my baby. I really felt very comfortable with her and she helped me get cleaned up after having my baby. I also want to thank nurses April W and Sydney G, who were always looking out for my daughter and me. Thank you for everything. Everyone is really good and does their job with a lot of love.

I had a terrible experience with my first child but the changes this place has made are incredible couldn t have asked for a better experience bringing my 2nd baby into this world!! Everyone was very comforting and was very attentive to my babies, my husbands and my needs!! Everybody was very informative too making sure I understood everything bout my care plan and my discharge care too! The employees in labor and delivery definitely went above and beyond their job requirements!! Highly recommend the womens center for having your baby!
