They started breaking ground at 5 stars and it's almost impossible to go below that based on their mission and staff alone...

The staff are all so nice & caring. I've not had not one bad experience there. The place is always clean and the staff is so kindly with everyone.

They like to taunt people! If I didnt have so much clean time they would bother me but they cant! Im sure the people that are fresh into there journey i hope you don't have to start here cause this place truly not a place to start something that is already so hard! They just make it so much harder not all but most! They also said I kept singing the form they could talk to my old drs they were old for a reason they wouldnt even build there own goals with me ! Idk how they sleep at night but I pray for them on they daily to get in gear with what people need! Thanks

This is a great community hospital. They have always given excellent care to my family and me. Thanks to the doctors that have helped us.

The experience from walking to leaving was amazing. They took amazing care of my mother.

I came into the outpatient area of the hospital today to have my very first mammogram ever. The lady, and I so apologize that I cannot remember her name, because she was fantastic, was absolutely a pro! She put me at ease, she explained everything as she was doing it and before she did it, she was very quick, but thorough, and just made that experience a piece of cake! I highly recommend if anyone has been putting off a mammogram to make an appointment at Saint Francis in Vinita! You will not regret that decision!

I have been going for two years and the staff have always been helpful, kind, and considerate. The lab personnel are professional and well-trained in their jobs. Twice a serious condition was detected and an immediate referral was made. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Whoever sat up the grand lake inpatient units had to have really cared. It's nice to have a place to go when your on okygen and in big trouble

They will go beyond everything and everyone it might take a little while but then they are awesome if you need to reschedule they will try to come get you they go beyond them selves to help you plus you have a iPad that you take home. To help with your appointments they are kind and they don't loose there temper Ive needed rides they will come and get you and take you to your appointments at grand lake mental health they take me to Walmart and anywhere else I need to go to you just have to have patients

I've been employed with Grand Mental Health for about 4 years. I've worked outpatient in Claremore, and now crisis in Pryor. It's a unique place to work with so many caring people with lots of recovery stories themselves and hearts that understand. I never see job postings in Afton, OK though? Is it only outpatient? I've been thinking about moving to that area, and wondered about a possible transfer to this clinic? But never see any jobs posted for this area... Just curious.

My son has been suffering from severe mental issues for the past 3 years. None of the “professional” help I’ve sought out helped until I took him to GLMHC. They gave him the counselling and medication needed to overcome many of his problems. It’s still a work in progress, but he’s much better now. Just wanted to say thank you to the GLMHC team!

I voluntarily went in for detox to begin my journey to recovery. I was very observant during my treatment, I read all the reviews before hand and they made me nervous about going. But I took a leap of faith and went for it, I’m ready to start my next chapter! Is everything perfect, no. But the staff (ALL of them) were very kind and accommodating during my three days there. Is it a 5 Star resort, not even close. If you go in with a good attitude, and simply be kind and courteous, I believe you’ll see quickly what I did. It’s just the beginning of the journey, not the final destination. Again, a huge thanks to all the staff that worked so hard day in and day out to help me!

IN LAYMAN'S TERMS DON'T BRING YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE IT WAS MY FIRST AND ONLY EXPERIENCE EVER GOING TO A CRISIS CENTER I GO THERE TO SEEK MENTAL HEALTH HELP THEY TREAT ME HORRIBLY SO NO COMPASSION IGNORED ME IGNORED MY REQUEST WHEN I SAID I COULDN'T BREATHE WHEN I FINALLY WAS RUSHED TO EMERGENCY ROOM I FLATLINED BECAUSE THEY OVERDOSE ME AND GAVE ME 200 MG OF THORAZINE FIRST TIME EVER EVEN TAKING THE DRUG IN MY LIFE AND IT'S JUST A HORRIBLE PLACE AND HORRIBLE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE AND THE WORKERS WILL CURSE AT EACH OTHER IN FRONT OF A CLIENT AND CRISIS AND NOT EVEN CARE AND I WOULDN'T BRING MY DOG THERE THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED AND SENT TO MCDONALD'S TO WORK AND BEING A HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL MYSELF I AM APPALLED THAT THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA HASN'T SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN BY NOW

A cool atmosphere but you can still feel safe. They are so supportive! I owe my life and my childrens' life to them

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Probably just people that need to learn to be grateful. But who knows!? Anyway, this place is great. Everyone is friendly. If there are issues they work to resolve them. I've never been able to get this much help all in one place. This organization is truly a blessing that I'm immensely grateful for. I'd recommend them to anyone that's struggling with anything.

I cannot comment on the actual services provided by this agency. However, I have called and spoken with the front desk in regards to clients already receiving services. Every time I call to request information, I am greeted by warm staff who are pleasant to speak with and provide excellent assistance to whatever my inquiry was. I have never had a negative experience with the front desk staff at this agency.

I had to come to the hospital twice in the same day 😂 both visits turned out great. I'm new to the area, I've been to several different hospitals throughout my life. I always get nervous coming in to get seen, and I understand everyone's experience may be different according to their perspective. The day I went, each staff here was amazing, from front desk lady to the Dr. I wish I remembered all their names. I do remember MARTIE♡ who took the time to listen, gave me options in regards to my personal situation, and I was grateful to have such a caring team who did exceedingly well. And all the people complaining or griping- keep in mind they are HUMAN just like you, and encounter many people with different types of issues, working around the clock to do what they have been TRAINED to do! So if a nurse has an attitude or there's a long wait, remember there are only certain amount of healthcare workers in a building. If there's a lifethreatening emergency in a different area and it's all hands on deck then you WILL be waiting. It's not their fault there's not enough help to go around and tend to each patient in timely manner but remember we all need grace and they are doing the BEST they can. Now with that being said they did provide me with excellent care and I think people should pray and work on having thick skin and instead of focusing on problems, direct their efforts towards finding healing and solutions. Make necessary life changes such as diet or eliminating unhealthy habits to take care of the one body we have. God bless you all, and thank you for reading.

I am giving four stars because my stay at Claremore Hillcrest Hospital was good, but my room was very small and the thermostat was broken. I want to thank my nurses Brittney, Hanna, and Mallory. They were very nice to me. Thank you to the surgeon who took out my appendix.

TERRIBLE EXSPERIENCE, AFTER MANY MONTHS OF HASSLING WITH VA, TO GET SERVICE IN THE COMMUNITY , INSTEAD OF DRIVEING TO MUSGOGEE, FINALY GOT DATE FOR SURGERY FOR TRIGGER FINGER ON RIGHT HAND, BEEN BOTHERING ME FOR YEARS, OCVT 7, 7AM WAS MY TIME TO BE AT OUTPATIENT CLINIC AT CLAREMORE HILLCREST, I SHOWED UP GOT ALL WIRED UP IN HOSPITAL BED READY TO GO, WAS INFORMED 2 HOUR WAIT , THEN 1.5 HOUR WAIT , AT ABOUT 10:45 AM TOLD ABOUT 12PMI WAS ANGRY BEEN THERE SINCE 7 AM, BIG HASSLE HAD TO HAVE SOMEONE WITH ME, I GOT ANGRY TOLD THEM TO UNHOOK ME GOT DRESSED LEFT, LOST MY VA BENIFIT STILL HAVE THE BAD FINGER, REAL BAD EXSPERIENCE, POOR PERFORMANCE FROM AND STAFF THERE.
