Can t say enough good things about Compass in general, but what made me write this review specifically is one of your psychologists, Cody Bond. As someone who s seen multiple therapists and psychologists over the course of the last 10 years, Cody is the most notable one I ve ever had and I m so thankful for him and everything he s done for me. Cody s not just a great psychologist, but a great person in general and he s never once made me feel dismissed or unheard. I ve never cried like I lost a family member over losing my psychologist/therapist like I have today. I m so happy for Cody and his future endeavors but I m so sad that I m losing him. Compass has a good one in Cody Bond and I m so happy to see Compass recognizing him for what he does. He definitely deserves this. This placed saved my sons life! The staff is incredible, professional, caring and loving. They re also tough and demanding. The schedule each day is rigorous and restrictive. My son went in a full blown addict and came out two months later as the normal kid he used to be. I credit the staff 100%. If your child needs help, and wants help, these folks can help. If your child refuses help then there s little that can be done. That may explain the poor ratings left by others. You have to put in the work to get the results you want. Convince your kid that they need the help. Then take them in. Best of luck!

I have a extreme phobia of the dentist to the point I can't even eat but the lady at the desk is so nice. She talks to me and helps give me courage about my appointments. All of the dentist and other people who work there are so kind with me and give me all the time I need. They even schedule me in the late afternoon hours so there isn't as much people there which makes it alot easier for me. They keep me so calm and explain everything they do to me before even doing it. Best visit to the dentist in a long time, Dr. Mahoney and her staff are amazing. My apt was at 11:30, due my health issues I was super late and not feeling well. There are alot of different services , case managers, help w rides, resource officer or manager, everyone's great. Therapists, Psychiatrist. I recommend all services. Just a big caseload so it takes a couple months between some services like dental. Therapy is mainly virtual.

I don't have alot of faith in most doctors ,nor did I have huge expectations when I headed to this Clinic. I live in Raymore and was struggling to find anyone that would see a new patient & certainly not one with upper respiratory symptoms ! Dr. Patterson's office agreed to see me & I had an appointment within a few hours I was impressed with the entire staff. Definitely worth the drive!

The people here are absolutely amazing. They don't badger you when you go in and you haven't paid your bill in a couple of months, they don't prescribe a ton of drugs and keep you all jacked up all day. This has truly been one of the greatest experience of my life. I have struggled with severe depression most of my life. Even though I have had substance abuse in the past, it was not my main focus. My mental heath was my main concern. I have been to mental hospitals in the past but they only treat with medication. I was looking for something where I could get stable on the right medication and learn how to live life again. Synergy offered me exactly what I needed. They completely understood the mental state that I was in. They evaluated my moods and medication until they found what really worked for me. They encouraged me to be present in my own life. At a mental hospital, they will allow you to lay in bed and hide away. At synergy, they offer classes that help you rediscover your true self. They provide activities and help you learn how to reconnect with others. The food that they provide is amazing and very nutritional. The staff in incredibly helpful and they truly care about each individual that walks through the door. Once you are here, you belong. I am so glad that I made the choice to come to Synergy. This has truly been a pivot point in my life.

I am so glad that I came to Synergy. It has been an absolute life changer. The staff is phenomenal, very kind and understanding. The property is amazing and beautiful. Even the food is healthy and delicious. I would recommend Synergy to anyone that is needing help and is willing to follow the program. It really works and like I said, a life changer!!

Bhg Joplin & You can save your life! Each staff member has played a huge part in my successes. Staff is always available and willing to help with anything I needed. Our nursing staff is the very best. Genie and colleagues never disappoint and work hard daily to make sure I get what I need. Honestly, from the front desk back, everyone plays a vital role in a person's ability to maintain Sobriety . They save "it takes a village to raise a kid"....well it take's "EVERYONE AT BHG JOPLIN TO GUIDE AN ADDICT LOOKING TO SAVE HER LIFE! Not just one employee! Freedom is yours.....GO TAKE IT BACK! My experience here has been nothing short of amazing and there are not words to describe my gratitude and appreciation for the extremely professional staff...
