I love that they make you a part of the game plan, While creating a treatment plan designed to fit each person's specific needs. At this point, You're probably just desperate to have some normalcy back in your life, And probably struggle to remember what life was like "Before". If you've read this, Please do yourself a favor, And pick up the phone and call them, It may be the most important call you ever make, Help is available!!Nobody is going to judge you, Or look down on you, The entire staff is there to help! I love my counselor, And he's available to me any time I need, Not just during normal buisness hours. Everyone I've encountered here, Are there because they care, It's not just a paycheck to them. No matter what you decide to do, Or avenue you choose to take, I wish you all the best in your journey. Just know they're here if you need, And the staff truly care, And want to help you get better! Recovery is possible!!

Bhg Joplin & You can save your life! Each staff member has played a huge part in my successes. Staff is always available and willing to help with anything I needed. Our nursing staff is the very best. Genie and colleagues never disappoint and work hard daily to make sure I get what I need. Honestly, from the front desk back, everyone plays a vital role in a person's ability to maintain Sobriety . They save "it takes a village to raise a kid"....well it take's "EVERYONE AT BHG JOPLIN TO GUIDE AN ADDICT LOOKING TO SAVE HER LIFE! Not just one employee! Freedom is yours.....GO TAKE IT BACK! I PROMISE IT'S WORTH IT!

I've never been to treatment of any sort and I had serious doubts about BHG... My experience here has been nothing short of amazing and there are not words to describe my gratitude and appreciation for the extremely professional staff... From day one I was made to feel welcomed and cared for... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BHG to anyone in need of treatment and I only wish I had found them sooner...

Great place to get sober and stay off the streets. The only issue I have with the BHG here in springfield is the over pricing for treatment. I came from a bhg in okc and it is144 cheaper than here. Someone is taking advantage of people here. And in okc you have the option to either dose the pill form or the liquid. Sooo hmmm but I don't think it's from the clinic itself. I believe the state of missouri has their hand in the cookie jar!

So thankful finding this place! Everyone is very nice and professional. I have nothing negative to say. The negative comments are due to people who are upset due to their payment issues. If you don't pay obviously they will wing you off until you are back at a 0 level. This is the 2nd clinic I been to and ylthey are helpful, nice,professional and they genuinely care. Highly recommend going here if needed. Thank you all!

Just wanted to comment on the staff. I spoke with Julie in administration about a problem that I had and honestly I had no idea where to even begin. She took the time to be compassionate and understanding, even though her office just happened to be the first one that I knocked on. Thank you Julie for being a wonderful person and help steer me in the right direction.

Went through the detox program and the staff was beyond my expectations! They are lucky to have Tiffany! Not only amazing staff but a great program that works to your personal needs! Houses were the best around!! Highly recommend!!!

I've been to many different rehabs... and eagle crest is top 3 best ive ever experienced.Michelle with case management,alleviated any and all stress in regards to Tansitioning to the next phase. Rhonda may was ALWAYS smiling and taking care of the clients. Cole made us laugh and was always checking on us. Patrick and Megan are some of the best counselors/people I've ever met and they are definitely not there for the money. They are there because they care about the clients. I loved the experience and it had changed my life!!!!! I recommend this facility to anyone who is struggling with addiction and they want a better life

I have a really hard time going to the doctor. When I had been at cox I d come in with an issue and for a year I heard varying responses such as I m overweight (which for clarification I was and am still about 135 lbs, 5 7 and work out), I need to eat healthier, I m depressed, and so on. As it turned out my gallbladder was failing on me. I spent a year dealing with nurses and doctors who told me I was a liar and never took me seriously until one surgeon did. I d come to my old family doctor about my throat and they recommended I see a therapist for anxiety. As it turned out I had bronchitis. It s been two years and I needed to see the doctor again on account of some issues. My doctor Addison was so nice and so helpful. She took my concerns seriously and was very thorough. The staff is nothing but nice. It was easy to make an appointment. I had blood work done and the nurses were quick, efficient, and respectful. I just wanted to say something positive. 100% recommend

The staff of this location is amazing. Everyone from the front desk all the way until check-out is friendly and kind. I can't believe how listened to I feel by my PA. I recommend them to everyone who needs new care or is dissatisfied with their current care.
