I have really enjoyed this rehab facility more than any other place I have ever been too by far. The facility is top-notch. Cabins are so nice and comfortable with only two clients per cabin. The food is made fresh every day that is better than five star restaurants in my opinion. So much food with plenty of left overs. The staff are amazing! They care!!!! They actually care about you and your recovery. They spend the time every day teaching us how to manage our lives and pushing the clients to find themselves. Really find themselves and why they use and how to stay sober mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The outings from the facility are so fun which include things like Top golf, canoeing, trails, rivers, and more. You will find what you need here to make a change to your life. I've been to 7 rehabs in my life and this is the best one. Everybody was cool and knowledgeable especially Tommy and Dylan my only problem was the detox center lost some of my belongings and made no effort to find them or reimburse me for my loss. Other than that it was great. I would like to add the Wes was the house manager of the sober living place I stayed at he was awesome. Super supportive and understanding. He made me feel at home and always had an open ear or a shoulder to cry on. He's nonjudgmental and forgiving. He set a good example for me and the men there

Here at TSR the employees are exceptional from the intake personnel Hailey, speakers Alyssa and Dick, and CIT’s Dylan and Tommy. I recommend this rehab to anyone who is serious in sobriety. The information that was given was so inspiring. Dylan and Tommy are awesome in giving true knowledge of the topic as well as provide so many ways to accomplish sobriety. True Self Recovery has led me to understand the true meaning of serenity.

I checked myself into the Cox North treatment center about 2010. Got set up on Suboxone. Unfortunately I ended up getting fired before I could finish the treatment and had to get off it all by myself. And I was on 24 mg a day three pills. I wish I'd have been on 2 mg a day. When I tried winning it down myself I realized 2 mg a day was keeping the problems away if you know what I mean. But it does work! Your poop's going to be pretty loose for a long time if you were on opiates but Imodium will help LOL anyways don't give up people!

BHG Springfield has had its ups and downs the past year and a half I’ve been there. Recently, I’ve seen a significant improvement. For a while, it was an hour-two hour wait for dosing, which was tough with a job. But it’s been much smoother recently. I’ve always enjoyed the staff throughout my entire time as a patient. The golden rule has honestly been my moral compass in life, I believe it makes a world of a difference.
I have a wonderful, empathetic counselor (all of them have been wonderful to me) and the nurses are sweet. The newer front desk lady has also been AMAZING too. There’s been a new director and she’s been nothing short of being lovely to me!. Prior to our new director, I had no idea who the director was, lol! It’s always nice for the team to know my name, despite the many patients that come for treatment. I don’t expect it, ever, but it’s just a simple act of kindness that is rare in my day to day.
I used to dread coming here (mostly for the long wait and the discussions openly held in the waiting lobby, but I’ve learned to tune it out) but I haven’t had an issue recently.
I will say I wish they took private health insurance— I pay out of pocket and it’s a dent, but that’s the price I signed up for my treatment. I have continued to live a happy and healthy life while on medicated assisted treatment. It’s allowed me to build my life while staying stable after a decade of OUD. In year one for a few months I was on a grant, which was a life saver, thanks to my counselor!! I don’t think grants are offered anymore, but I could be wrong.
I can’t thank BHG South enough for giving me stability back into my life.

Everyone's experience is different, but the entire staff was very polite and pleasant. They took time and answered every question I had. The front desk staff was amazing. The nurse and Doctor was also amazing. Other than the long initial visit wait time, no complaints from me so far.

Counselors with Patience, Understanding, and Respect
Springdale Treatment Center is a life saving/life changing Treatment Center. Every counselor here is rooting and advocating for the addict. The entire staff has always treated me with patience, understanding, and respect. A way us addicts don’t get treated very often. This program in conjunction with the use of methadone has saved my life and given me my life lost to drugs back; my relationships/kids, resolved legal issues, my health, and financial independence are all resolved or on their way to being resolved because of this program with the use of methadone. Just like anything in life…. if you follow the rules and do what you agree to do upon signing up the program will work for you and you will have success. :) You don't have to be sick anymore. Get in Recovery.

I want to thank everyone there that helped me and to help me understand exactly how the place worked and how it could help me. I would say this never been a big doctor fan. But the two gentleman that help me was absolutely help and funny that help keep the overall feeling down and delightful. Even the RNs and staff was great. I love this place, I have no idea how there can be negative reviews. I am low income with decent insurance and I paid nothing out of pocket here. The entire staff is like family. They are fun and are always there for you. I wanted to die coming in here and now I can't wait to live. They gave me the tools to find and keep sobriety in addition to giving me resources and support outside of the inpatient. I felt loved and cared for. I literally get teary eyed even typing this. I have just completed my stay at Synergy. It has been a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend to anyone needing/wanting recovery. The classes are incredible. The staff are very caring. I feel they have set me up for success upon leaving. I feel prepared and have a plan for entering back into the community!

I attended IOP services for substance abuse for over a year after completing residential treatment at Synergy Recovery Center. I feel the outpatient structure and knowledgeable staff were the key to my success. They was comfort knowing that I had an array of services available from maintenance to inpatient treatment. I also appreciate the general counseling side in which my loved ones without substance abuse are able to utilize. Synergy in general gave me the tools to take control back over my life. I am forever grateful.

I was able to get the best help I was able to get. Piney ridge helped me throughout the way. They have great staff and administration personnel that are there to truly help kids in the United States. I am forever grateful of Piney Ridge and I would highly recommend other states to look into sending kids to this program if need be.

I have read most of the reviews for this place. I know I cannot speak to the other families experiences but I can try to explain ours.
We had a child go through this program from July 2023-January 2024. Of course during that time we dearly missed our child. At first, we were extremely skeptical of the staff and the changes in therapists when he started. I know these places have turn-over and it concerned us. But we moved forward with them.
Our story has a fantastic finish. He made it through the program and was deemed ready to come back to us. The therapists and nurses there were fantastic, in keeping us informed of his progress. We attended all the visitations, day passes, overnite passes and family sessions throughout the process. What we seen in return was a confused child going in but a changed young man coming out. He changed drastically in his thought process and his coping skills.
We could see the changes as he moved through the program. We can't say enough about the results for our family and owe this facility all the credit for helping us get back our young man, no longer confused about his place in our family.
I don't know enough of the names of the staff but EVERYONE involved at the facility showed us patience, compassion and caring for our child. At the first day we met with our intake person, the nurses who would care for him and later that week the assigned therapist(s). Everyone showed us understanding with this traumatic transition. They provided resources and responses for our questions.
These folks have such a hard job treating these lost kids. We have the upmost respect for everything they do. Give this place a try and follow their steps. I'm sure you will see the results.

I had a great expierence here and learning new thing the staff is so supportive i appreciate every staff on the girls unit(East) and my therapist(best therapist i have ever had)
Thank you Ms.Ryan.C and Ms.Kourtney.H i appreciate you guys so much you both have helped me through the toughest time i had at PRTC you both were there for me when i was self-harming, Trying to end my life, acting out, fighting and when i had panic attacks i still have the notes that you both gave me they stay in my wallet and i read them when i miss you guys i still have the cow stuff animal from Ms.Kourtney i sleep with it because i feel safe when i have it because i know who gave it to me and that the person who gave it to me cares and was a safe person i got comfortable with.
I miss you guys and thank you every one for everything you guys did to help me get through treatment. I miss you Ms.Ryan and Ms.Kourtney and i love you guys with boundaries also thank you Ms.Sch'Vannia for helping me and discharging me On june 30th.

The Lakeland staff was incredibly friendly, answered all of my questions(some, numerous times), and made me feel much better in a situation which made me absolutely miserable.
I cannot emphasize enough how their patience and politeness made such a situation even remotely bearable.
Both the psychologist and psychiatrist were patient, and they made me feel like at least someone understood.
Even the guy who delivered the food for my restricted diet was very friendly. Lakeland did everything it could to satisfy my needs.
I had a list of names to give a shout out to the members of the staff, but I misplaced it. I will post them as soon as I find it.

I've never had a problem with them. The pharmacist is a very caring man who stops what he is doing, even lunch, to assist me. The nurses have always answered my questions. The transition center though needs lots of improvement. But the Bradford one is fantastic
