Can’t say enough good things about Compass in general, but what made me write this review specifically is one of your psychologists, Cody Bond. As someone who’s seen multiple therapists and psychologists over the course of the last 10 years, Cody is the most notable one I’ve ever had and I’m so thankful for him and everything he’s done for me. Cody’s not just a great psychologist, but a great person in general and he’s never once made me feel dismissed or unheard. I’ve never cried like I lost a family member over losing my psychologist/therapist like I have today. I’m so happy for Cody and his future endeavors but I’m so sad that I’m losing him. Compass has a good one in Cody Bond and I’m so happy to see Compass recognizing him for what he does. He definitely deserves this. Cody, if you see this, thank you so much and have a wonderful life!!! 🤗

I went to Heartland due to suicidal thoughts. I was in a very bad place and I needed help and Heartland gave me that help. The staff was very nice and I had no problems with them. I especially liked Dave as he kept us entertained throughout the day with different activities when we had time between the scheduled things. He also helped me become much more comfortable there as I had never been to a mental health facility before. Overall I would say Heartland is a place I would prefer to go back to if I need help again.

My child went here and it was an excellent experience from beginning to end. It was a lengthy stay and everyone here was wonderful. As a parent it’s so hard to look at the negative reviews on all these facilities and not know what to believe. This place was recommended to me by a sheriff whose foster child stayed here. He said it was life changing for her in a positive way and I’m so glad we listened to him. We’ve had our child at different facilities and they were not good experiences.

Well, I’ve been with BHG in Joplin for 10 years now, and I really couldn’t ask for a better place to get real treatment. I’m from California, been on methadone on and off for 30 years. This time I’ve been on it straight since 2008. I moved to Arkansas in 2017 and chose BHG to do my treatment. I’m so happy I chose BHG, it’s honestly the best clinic I’ve ever been to. Ever. My counselor Nancy is the most amazing beautiful soul I’ve met in my life. She is a blessing to me and to the clinic. Every one of her patients love her. The nurses are so sweet and respectful. I have been to so many clinics where the nurses are rude, disrespectful and right down mean. That’s not the case at BHG. I love these nurses. It’s literally a joy to go pick up my medication, I always look forward to seeing the nurses and getting my 5 minutes of chat time with them. These ladies are never rude, even when having a bad day, they all keep their smile and always are respectful. Lisa is an amazing director, (I think that’s what her title is, lol. I’m an old lady so please forgive me if I’m wrong) Lisa is a wonderful young lady, I just adore her. The doctor is one of my favorite people on earth. Every year at my physical, she makes me laugh so much. She is a compassionate and funny soul, and genuinely cares about her patients. BHG truly is the best clinic to go to for real treatment. Every one who works there is so kind and supportive. They really care how you’re doing. And they are there for you when you’re not doing so well. You can’t get better treatment anywhere else.

This place saved my life. Seriously the staff are wonderful compassionate caring people and go above and beyond to help clients who are seeking recovery and are serious about it! I absolutely recommend the Lafayette House to women seeking shelter for substance abuse and safety from domestic violence, children are welcome too. They offer so many services. My mother won't go anywhere else and after today, I see why. All around a good experience, but I wanted to give a shout out to the dental assistant, Cameron. She sat with my mom and let her tell story after story while waiting on the medicine to kick in. Cameron was on point during the procedure, but her genuine smile and authentic care came out when she pulled up a chair next to my mom. Well done!!

We have had excellent care at Wiil's Place. It did take us a few months to begin seevices, but the care has been excellent for our child. We were also referred by Dr. Reed at Wills Place to more services through the Ozark Center. 2 years in and we would not go anywhere else.

Iv taken my son here since he was 3, that's when he was diagnosed with autism, add/adhd, anxiety, depression, and behavior issues. They were the only place that help diagnose him correctly. Always worked with us on getting in and out in a timely manner.

My grandson has a med provider at wills, before the doctor he was seeing never did bloodwork, she did and monitors him changing meds when necessary. He gets counseling thru wills, which has also helped him greatly to open up . He also has case management , and we have one of the best caseworker ever !! We had a few before that was okay, but his current case worker us great really working with him on controlling his behavior ! We have had a great experience !

I feel we, as a family, were blessed by God the day my son began his journey here. He has been helped far beyond our wildest dreams. Diagnosed Schziophrenic and other problems and past addictions. He is still in treatment but to talk to him now compared to when first admitted is night and day. I'm so thankful to staff and Doctors. They are kind and respectful to his family, these things mean a lot along with great communication about and concerning him. He didn't start out here but their programs, compared to place he came from, are excellent.
