I am writing to share my experience at Synergy, which has far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped onto the property, it felt like home. The staff is nurturing, loving, and supportive, offering a holistic approach to recovery that equips clients with unique skills and tools. The opportunity to experience new things in a safe, well-balanced environment helps the brain establish new pathways, supporting the skills taught during the stay. Furthermore, the clients you go through recovery with become your biggest fans and closest friends. Synergy also provides informative resources to continue introspection, healing, and growth after departure. My stay focused on Complex PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. Although I was initially nervous about taking this step for myself in an environment with mixed treatment needs, I quickly realized I made the right decision. I cannot recommend Synergy enough. I checked myself into the Cox North treatment center about 2010. Got set up on Suboxone. Unfortunately I ended up getting fired before I could finish the treatment and had to get off it all by myself. And I was on 24 mg a day three pills. I wish I'd have been on 2 mg a day. When I tried winning it down myself I realized 2 mg a day was keeping the problems away if you know what I mean. But it does work! Your poop's going to be pretty loose for a long time if you were on opiates but Imodium will help LOL anyways don't give up people! Rick Byrd

Only for the fact the switchboard operator tabby is the only person who has gone above and beyond for me . Otherwise getting answers , asking for a transfer of psych dr it was sent to the wrong department and all anyone wanted to do was not answer or call back I went from 60mg of Prozac to nothing for 3 weeks because of a mistake in their end. Alright, here's what's up. The therapists you get are hit or miss but if at all possible, request one D. Wolf. She is fantastic at her job, has exceptional credentials and a solid background doing what she does. She is a remote worker and I've been seeing her for I can't quite remember how long but long enough and I hope to continue speaking with her. She is probably one of the few people who can actually listen and give solid, genuine advice and guidance. These people have reviews and surveys they have done on them for how they perform on duty. The surveys are hard to work with on a phone and since I don't care about owning a tower computer. You guys, and her bosses, can read mine here, publicly. Give the woman a raise, cover her medical and guarantee her a spot on your board of directors when the time is right. She deserves every bit of praise she can hear. Her background alone should've earned her a spot a long time ago. For Dr. D. Wolf, 10/10. I hope she earns a place in your guys hall of heroes and can retire knowing she has done the Ozarks a valuable service. She deserves to be able to raise her doggos and relax.

i dreaded going into satop as i heard horror stories and was worried i was gonna be made to feel like a terrible person.. after the first day, i was happy to go back with no problem. Jim is the absolute sweetest and doesn’t make you feel low. He encourages you the entire time. Darrell was amazing through my assessment. UPDATE SINCE BELOW REVIEW: I went into office again today and Kim took great care of us. Found out case worker had been on vacation. New Peer worker called immediately and made arrangements. Thank you. It is encouraging now. I give Derrick the assessor 5.0, but after the assessment we were told my son would be contacted within 24 hrs. 24 hours no contact, next day no contact. I've gone in office to inquire, told case worker would call. 2 additional phone calls...still no help. My son was so encouraged during accessment. Now I have to tell him no one there cares!! Btw...also left voice mail on case worker's phone...still nothing.

My mother won't go anywhere else and after today, I see why. All around a good experience, but I wanted to give a shout out to the dental assistant, Cameron. She sat with my mom and let her tell story after story while waiting on the medicine to kick in. Cameron was on point during the procedure, but her genuine smile and authentic care came out when she pulled up a chair next to my mom. Well done!!

This place is probably one of the best places for mental health and addictions centers . These people go the extra mile to help you succeed in life even with the added problems a person might have or be going through . I appreciate the services provided to us thru various places like probation and parole and cox health and even the police and fire men who might have thought about getting a person some much needed assistance .
