I'm glad I didn't let the bad reviews keep me from getting help with the Burrell Connection Center. Went in at 1pm and was through the initial process of checking insurance, getting basic information about the visit and scheduling with an evaluator within the hour. Everyone was very nice and made the process very easy. Already did an at home telehealth visit with the evaluator by 3 and then got a call from a scheduler before 5. I'm very impressed. Thanks Laura Adam's and everyone else for making this process easy for us 🙏

Only for the fact the switchboard operator tabby is the only person who has gone above and beyond for me . Otherwise getting answers , asking for a transfer of psych dr it was sent to the wrong department and all anyone wanted to do was not answer or call back I went from 60mg of Prozac to nothing for 3 weeks because of a mistake in their end. But I was referred to crisis because I was crying for any one to understand

Mercy Clinic Behavioral Health is a wonderful clinic, the psychologists are great, they helped me to face the most difficult moments in my life. The facilities are very nice and comfortable, they genuinely care and show sincere compassion for their patients, I will never be able to pay them for everything that have helped me, they are my favorite people.

Wonderful clinic with amazing psychologists! Dr. Kohler was a brilliant psychologist and helped me through navigate through the worst time of my life after a traumatic event occurred. I am only sad that he no longer practices. Their waiting rooms are very spacious and have plenty of light which helps ease your anxiety and stress while you wait. They are great at helping you schedule appointments to fit around your work schedule! You can even book appointments out 3 in advance which is quite nice! Each doctor is different in how they set their own schedule for the days/hours in which they work though, so do keep that in mind when you're researching a particular psychologist at their practice that you'd like to make an appointment to see. If you do not have a referral from your PCP (primary care physician) or elsewhere (such as the emergency room, etc) you might be in for a bit of a long wait. It could be 3+ weeks or likely much more to be able to even get scheduled to have just your initial appointment for your evaluation with a psychologist, which from what I remember with Dr. Kohler was significantly more money/a higher copay than the regular therapy visits are. But it is *definitely* well worth every penny!!! I had different insurance with my work the year before I started seeing Dr. Kohler and had to see a therapist at Burrell and I can honestly say that I felt like I walked into a really bad section of Commercial Street after dark... And when I started to have a severe panic attack the therapist at Burrell did nothing to try to get my breathing stabilized or to try to get me back to any kind of a calm state, nor did he even offer me a single tissue and I was hysterically crying... It was completely inhumane... But here it is completely different! They genuinely care and show genuine compassion for their patients. I will never be able to repay Dr. Kohler for how much he has helped me. He was my favorite therapist.

Lisa and Michelle were great. Im not going to lie,at first i was just going bc i had to. Halfway through it all started making sense and i wanted to change. Lisa takes pride in actually trying to help you. This is easy unless you make it hard.

The knowledge and tools that you need to remain successful in your recovery is crucial. This out patient class provides in depth information into behaviors that you can use for a successful ongoing lifestyle of recovery. Lisa is highly qualified and very knowledgeable in this field listen keep a open mind and give it your all because if your here in the first place you need to take in all you can because your life depends upon your willingness to grasp your situation truthfully. These people here care probably more about you than you do about yourself. Michelle and Lisa care about your success in recovery and put alot of effort into filling you with the tools you’ll need to get back on your feet and live a healthy lifestyle. These ladies lead by example. Thank you for all you do to help make the community safer for everyone.

Wonderful faculty they really do care about your well-being they care about you they care about what you're doing they just completely care about you they're wonderful people and they come from the heart and that's what's most important they genuinely just super really care and I think it's a beautiful thing

I am so grateful to all of the staff at ROS, they literally made the biggest effort, I will forever be grateful for each and every person there that was part of my early recovery, As of today I have continued my sobriety for over a year and I pray that I never have to live the way I did ever again.

I could not be more grateful to the CSTAR team! I truly believe that they helped save my son from the dark path he was on. He was admitted into the inpatient treatment program so we got to experience all of what CSTAR offers. I would personally like to give a shout out to Jordan, Chris, James, and Angie. Thank you for all that you do and this career you have chosen. It is not easy but hopefully rewarding to see the change in these young adults/kids. You all are very much appreciated :)

Amazing experience here!! Had a 30 day stay and it is absolutely mind blowing how great the staff treats the patients, everyone here is an 11/10 professional in my opinion, I would recommend this place to anybody struggling with addiction/mental health issues, they really help you get to the route causes of everything that is happening in your brain. It is so worth it to come here!

A Life-Changing Experience As a mother, there are no words to truly express what it feels like to watch your child struggle and not be able to do anything to help. I reached a point where I was searching for help and finding Synergy Executive has been nothing short of life changing. Since being at Synergy, we have seen incredible changes in him—and every single one has been positive. He is becoming healthier, stronger, calmer & more hopeful. The changes we are seeing have given us hope for his future. A huge positive and something that was desperately needed is that Synergy treats the person, not just the addiction. They have provided support, accountability, structure, compassion, and tools that are helping him build a completely different life. One of the things that has touched me the most is seeing the friendships he has made there. He has genuinely connected with the other guys & staff and made friends with all of them. Those friendships and the sense of brotherhood he has found have been such an important part of his journey. Another proud mom moment is that he attended every single class and participated in every activity while he was there including Art, Pickleball, Basketball, Swimming, Acupuncture, Cupping, Massages, Yoga and Meditation! I will forever be grateful for the entire Synergy team, - the Counselors, the Chefs, the RA's, all of you for what you have done and the huge impact you have made in his life and mine. Thank you for helping him and more importantly, helping him build a life worth living!! I cannot recommend Synergy Executive enough. If someone in your family is struggling and looking for help, this is the place you need to call! Definitely a 100 out of 10!

Words can't even describe what this place has done for me. If you're struggling, need help, or know someone that needs help then this is the place to go. I found myself, I made friends that I will have for the rest of my life, and counselors and teachers were absolutely amazing and educated in what they are teaching, and the RA's go above and beyond to help you with your everyday needs. Thank you again Synergy for helping me and giving me the tools I need to stay on the right path!10/10
