So far so good. Dr Reed is very nice and seems to actually listen to you compared to a lot of know it all doctors I'm used to. Staff is friendly as well and I'm always right in and out the door in less than an hour. They also helped me with payments for my visits because my insurance deductible was too high and visits would have been too expensive without their help.

I could not be more grateful to the CSTAR team! I truly believe that they helped save my son from the dark path he was on. I was admittedly very nervous to go to a new office for my mental health care after Compass Health took over Phelps Health. However, I have never had better mental healthcare. I am so pleased. The first psychiatric NP they set me up with was a very bad match, but I was able to be switched to a new one, which I really appreciated. The new psychiatric NP I got was just amazing. My CSS (Community Support Specialist) is really helpful in my mental health journey. Every CSS I've met is caring, kind, and I feel like they genuinely care about my mental health and well-being. I recommend Compass Health as they have been instrumental in my life and mental health, as well as helping me grow as a person.

I finally felt loved again. I had lost the appreciation of my family and had lost my girlfriend. When I first came to this place, they welcomed me with so much love that I remembered how that felt, after a while, I made amends with my family and apologized to my ex for everything I had put her through. I'm happy that they opened my eyes and showed me that the past can not be changed, the present goes on, and the future is a complete mystery.

This placed saved my sons life! The staff is incredible, professional, caring and loving. They’re also tough and demanding. The schedule each day is rigorous and restrictive. My son went in a full blown addict and came out two months later as the normal kid he used to be. I credit the staff 100%. If your child needs help, and wants help, these folks can help. If your child refuses help then there’s little that can be done. That may explain the poor ratings left by others. You have to put in the work to get the results you want. Convince your kid that they need the help. Then take them in. Best of luck!
