So far so good. Dr Reed is very nice and seems to actually listen to you compared to a lot of know it all doctors I'm used to. Staff is friendly as well and I'm always right in and out the door in less than an hour. They also helped me with payments for my visits because my insurance deductible was too high and visits would have been too expensive without their help.

Hello people I was one a member at birch tree communities mountain view site when I was there in the beginning I was 19 years old I have been successfully discharged I had a long history of anger issues I have been safely removed off of all my medication but one just to help me sleep. It doesn't matter what your past was like the only person that can change your future is you honestly I know I'm not perfect neither is the person standing next to you everyone makes mistake mine have made me wiser and pain has made me stronger there's going to come a point in your life that you are going to have to face your past and except the fact that you can not do anything about it but you can make a choice about your future the only person that can change is you and I believe that recovery is possible I did recover I'm 30 yrs old now I have 3 more years until my land is payed for I'm a certified mechanic and certified x-ray welder no matter where you are in life you always have the chance to start over again the only person that can do that is you. Acceptance it one of the biggest keys in life ( some times we have to relive the past in order to heal from it ) 💯

I finally felt loved again. I had lost the appreciation of my family and had lost my girlfriend. When I first came to this place, they welcomed me with so much love that I remembered how that felt, after a while, I made amends with my family and apologized to my ex for everything I had put her through. I'm happy that they opened my eyes and showed me that the past can not be changed, the present goes on, and the future is a complete mystery.

Rise was the best treatment I have had in years I have been in and out treatment facilities and once I got to rise I felt like my hole life changed I thank all the staff there especially mrs Kaitlyn She changed me for the better

The staff really cares, and is mostly made up of those in long term recovery, and the program they have is great. This place was the beginning of my new life.

I was there twice the first time i was not ready and didn't want it the second time i completed successfully the staff are amazing and loving i would honestly recommend anybody that needs treatment to try to go there-Isaiah willis

Just wanted to comment on the staff. I spoke with Julie in administration about a problem that I had and honestly I had no idea where to even begin. She took the time to be compassionate and understanding, even though her office just happened to be the first one that I knocked on. Thank you Julie for being a wonderful person and help steer me in the right direction.

I’ve never had a bad experience. Each staff member goes above and beyond to accommodate you. This is my first VA experience and this clinic has made my experience wonderful all around.

The Searcy VA goes above and beyond to meet the medical needs of local Veterans. Every appointment I have attended proves that the level of care for the Searcy VA exceeds all expectations. I am glad my local VA clinic is so outstanding so I don't have to go to the main hospital in Little Rock.

Went for my first time today!! Talk about friendly and welcoming people!!! Not a single thing can I complain about this place!!! My medical team (team 4) was super nice, made sure I was truly taken care of and ensured every question was answered! I cannot express the true welcoming they expressed and showed!!

I don't know anything about this place because there are no reviews. If you have been in business for over 30 years, you would expect tons of reviews. I don't know, makes me wonder where they all are or went.

Southeast Missouri Behavioral Health in an excellent place to go for counseling they provided me with the necessary tools to cope with my problems and keep fighting to overcome my condition. Thanks to the help that I receive here now I'm a new person, full of energy and with the determination to change and leave behind my dark past.

George and his staff are compassionate, and great sources of first hand knowledge throughout their treatment services. They work in a timely fashion. I recommend his business to anyone who needs it.

Our family have used Dr. Ellis and his staff for about 18 years. He is a very kind and compassionate caregiver and I trust his clinical judgment. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I need thus place and went here 3 years now I'm discharged with out away to get my medication

Was constantly bounced around from therapist to therapist (4 different ones in a single year). My last therapist straight up ghosted me and stopped picking up the phone when I would call her for our regularly scheduled appointments. Not to mention they put me on a medication they refused to refill and made me go through horrific withdrawals.

Counseling Associates have been a rock for me every since I have been going there and they have great A psychiatrist and therapist... If it wasn't for them I truly don't know what or where I'd be right now. Thank you for all y'all have done for me.

I’ve had a great experience here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My counselor does great work and makes me feel comfortable. I have been able to manage life changing events with ease thanks to the help of my counselor and the rest of the staff at counseling associates.

I could not be more grateful to the CSTAR team! I truly believe that they helped save my son from the dark path he was on. He was admitted into the inpatient treatment program so we got to experience all of what CSTAR offers. I would personally like to give a shout out to Jordan, Chris, James, and Angie. Thank you for all that you do and this career you have chosen. It is not easy but hopefully rewarding to see the change in these young adults/kids. You all are very much appreciated :)

UPDATE SINCE BELOW REVIEW: I went into office again today and Kim took great care of us. Found out case worker had been on vacation. New Peer worker called immediately and made arrangements. Thank you. It is encouraging now. I give Derrick the assessor 5.0, but after the assessment we were told my son would be contacted within 24 hrs. 24 hours no contact, next day no contact. I've gone in office to inquire, told case worker would call. 2 additional phone calls...still no help. My son was so encouraged during accessment. Now I have to tell him no one there cares!! Btw...also left voice mail on case worker's phone...still nothing.

The mental health department was a smooth process from the assessment, to the psych appointment, to the receptionists & therapist. Thank you

My son has been going to therapy here for two weeks, and it has been an amazingly positive experience. His counselors have connected with him through their own struggles, and he is thriving under their treatment. I cannot recommend these therapists and this facility enough!
