I feel confident trusting the team with my health care. Just a great bunch of people devoted to their careers. Very kind and understanding staff, wish they had better doctors who had more experience and not just from books, and truly MO needs to up their Recovery Laws and policies, coming from WA state things here are much more rigorous and chronic pain is treated more seriously for addicts in WA, but all my care there was through the VA. So far so good, love my counselor, and all the staff are so nice and helpful!! Wish they had more group therapy options.

Jason the dosing nurse is an exceptional human being. He thinks of how to best serve every client individually based off of what he knows about you. He does so EVERYDAY regardless of how his day is going or how he feels.

BHG was and continues to be an answered prayer for my family and I. My wife never thought she could get better and now lives a full life that she credits to God and BHG. It is a miracle.

Great place that always schedules appointments quickly. Receptionists are friendly and doctors fully committed.

With complex chronic health condition it is beyond AMAZING to have a health care provider that is willing to go the extra steps. Without Ashley Walker, APRN, I wouldn't be where I am in my health journey. I greatly appreciate all she & Cheyenne have done for me over the years. Referrals within BRMC have not been an issue to arrange as well as to other facilities in & out of state. If timing has been a factor it has been from the receiving facility & not on this clinic's end. Appointments with Ashley are made as quickly as possible & more often than not I can be seen on day I call as long as there is availability. Recommend to call early for same day appt. I've used Ashley for my child since a newborn & plan to continue to do so. We go to health dept for immunizations but Ashley takes care of everything else.

My daughter is receiving great care from Hope and has made great improvements with her problems.

Dr Z was so nice and educated. He took his time to really get to know me so he can help me properly.

This place has been awesome for both myself and my daughter. Our therapist is great and takes time to listen.

I was scheduled for a procedure, went in through the ER, the desk clerk was very nice, she had nearly all my paperwork ready. All I had to do was give a copy of my meds and insurance cards for her to copy. I was called back within minutes the nurse was extremely nice. Was put in a room where they took my vitals and explained everything, everyone was knowledgeable and explained every detail of what would take place . I could not have been more pleased with my experience and want to say that everything was very clean, very impressive, I hope if I ever have to go there in the future that I will be as pleased as I was with this visit.

The doctors were very efficient most of the staff was very helpful. The front desk staff in the ER however was very rude and made fun of my inquiries.... I was without a ride and a very nice staff member helped cover a taxi ride back home for me.

Senior Care was very good.

I finally felt loved again. I had lost the appreciation of my family and had lost my girlfriend. When I first came to this place, they welcomed me with so much love that I remembered how that felt, after a while, I made amends with my family and apologized to my ex for everything I had put her through. I'm happy that they opened my eyes and showed me that the past can not be changed, the present goes on, and the future is a complete mystery.

Hello people I was one a member at birch tree communities mountain view site when I was there in the beginning I was 19 years old I have been successfully discharged I had a long history of anger issues I have been safely removed off of all my medication but one just to help me sleep. It doesn't matter what your past was like the only person that can change your future is you honestly I know I'm not perfect neither is the person standing next to you everyone makes mistake mine have made me wiser and pain has made me stronger there's going to come a point in your life that you are going to have to face your past and except the fact that you can not do anything about it but you can make a choice about your future the only person that can change is you and I believe that recovery is possible I did recover I'm 30 yrs old now I have 3 more years until my land is payed for I'm a certified mechanic and certified x-ray welder no matter where you are in life you always have the chance to start over again the only person that can do that is you. Acceptance it one of the biggest keys in life ( some times we have to relive the past in order to heal from it ) 💯

Rise was the best treatment I have had in years I have been in and out treatment facilities and once I got to rise I felt like my hole life changed I thank all the staff there especially mrs Kaitlyn She changed me for the better

I personally attended to treatment at FCC a few months ago and the results were completely amazing, I don't know if there is another place as good as this one so what I can recommend you is to receive treatment here.

I started the substance abuse program and had the best case workers!!!! Jenee, Colton, Misty, and Andrea! Because of my legal issues I have to leave but if I'm in need after the program I'm in.... I will definitely return! Breaks my heart i cant stay honestly! I had a great group helping me!!! And I trusted them all! Would highly recommend anyone dealing with addiction here!!! Thank you all! 😭💚💚💚 So thankful for the time I had with you all! Truly helped change my life around!!!

I see Dr. Milton for my PTSD and med management. He along with the rest of my care team have been phenomenal! The new therapy manager was great about getting me in for an assessment- a stark contrast to the previous process in place. Would recommend to anyone needing mental health services!!

So far so good. Dr Reed is very nice and seems to actually listen to you compared to a lot of know it all doctors I'm used to. Staff is friendly as well and I'm always right in and out the door in less than an hour. They also helped me with payments for my visits because my insurance deductible was too high and visits would have been too expensive without their help.
