I want to point out Shayna care coordinator, she goes above and beyond to help someone ! My son was a patient here for a month and a half. I think treatment team did a lot to help him ! Unfortunately he made some choices good and bad really ! He did try but probably needed more attention with his medications for his mental health issues. They all did a lot to help him. I would recommend them if you want to stay clean and learn more skills to cope !! 💯 %.

I've not personally used your resources but know of several close friends and family members who have. Majority of them have kept to the guidelines and resources they learned from their time spent with your faculty. I've seen their lives do a 360 in just short period and true change. Very kind and understanding staff, wish they had better doctors who had more experience and not just from books, and truly MO needs to up their Recovery Laws and policies, coming from WA state things here are much more rigorous and chronic pain is treated more seriously for addicts in WA, but all my care there was through the VA. So far so good, love my counselor, and all the staff are so nice and helpful!! Wish they had more group therapy options.

The only place in town that I could find a cognitive therapist . PTSD is difficult but with a cognitive therapist I came a long way. Highly recommend for your mental health issues . Several different psychiatry and therapist depending on your needs and type of health problem. Only issue is hello, We need a cognitive therapist in Branson Missouri. Springfield is at least a 35 to 45 min Drive.

I am forever grateful for the Dr's and Staff at Cox Health Hospital! My self and my family were in from out of state for a vacation, the last night of our stay, I fell and seriously injured my leg.. From the Ambulance ride, to the ER, to the Registration (Katie), the ER Dr, absolutely everyone we came in contact with was AMAZING! God orchestrated every step, and every interaction that I had. I had to have emergency surgery the very next morning, Dr. Efird, & surgical team Incredible! I went to Urgent Care Saturday 8-16-25 morning around midnight. We were visiting in Branson and I was very uneasy going to a hospital away from home. The kindness and care I received from everyone from checking in through diagnosis and treatment. I had a nurse who came in and stayed with me every chance she could to make sure I didn’t need anything and just really to comfort me. I hope this message gets back to her. I can’t thank her enough.

Centerpointe put a child on a psychiatric medication and then did not follow up with the authorization needed after they released her from care. They have been contacted serval times over 4 days without follow up or follow through. Meanwhile a child is going through withdrawals which can be life threatening with this type of medication. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HER FOR HELP!!

Even though I was not a patient, my brief visit to Centerpointe triggered my PTSD within minutes due to the staff’s complete disregard for ADA service animal law. My trained PTSD service dog was initially denied entry, then I was isolated in an empty room for most of the visit after asserting my rights.
When I returned to address the situation, I was told “doctors can override federal law” and refuse service dogs — an astonishing and unlawful claim showing zero ADA training or oversight.
Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, staff may ask only two questions:
1️⃣ “Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?”
2️⃣ “What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?”
This facility’s actions were discriminatory, unethical, and unlawful. Avoid Centerpointe if you value respect, accessibility, and basic human decency. They offered a basic letter of apology without any admittance of fault. Sad place to try and make people happy

This is a place for grown folk who can handle life on life terms. You stay clean get to work pay your bills and grow as person spiritually and mentally and physically. If you come to just have a roof over your head and not be here to grow up you will not succeed. It's setup as if you were living on your own at an apartment with rules and rent. Simple grown folk stuff. Go to meetings like in normal life and be in for bed. Not hard. If you need help there are people everywhere here that can help you. Wether they have been clean for a month or for a year. Yes there will be some there who are still in the beggining of recovery and need to develope into adults. Addicts aren't perfect. Only Jesus is. So learn the rules. If you don't know them then ask the front desk for a copy. I like it here. Praise Jesus. That's the God that made you. If you don't try at changing or make an attempt to you won't grow and you have to want it. It's your own fault if you don't succeed here. Because you didn't try hard enough they can send you in the right direction but you have to go in that direction instead of your own path.

Was kicked out because I was “abusing my medication” when I told them to prove it and said they can’t. I worked crazy hours doing Amazon flex and fell asleep in my car in front of the sober living so Jason the monitor told the big boss not Wes. They will lie when they are done with you and try to get you to go out and get drunk or use so it’s an endless cycle and wind up back at the residential treatment. Also I’m pretty sure the dude in the back left room when I was there was an undercover officer, not sure but I could care less anymore I’m just glad that I’m Sober and hope all of you out there struggling can kick it as well! and also this little short dude named Jesse will try to get in close with you and then make up lies he also works for them. Don’t be stupid guys if you go live here. Just keep your guards up.

I have been a patient here with Fremont Hills Psychiatry for about 4 years now. The ladies at the front desk are like family, especially Tina! They treat me with such kindness and respect and always go out of their way to help. My prescriptions get handled promptly and on time using the medication voicemail or MyMercy app. My psychiatrist Dr. Sharma is phenomenal. We’ve really built a strong foundation for the mental health therapy I need and I’m fortunate to have a caring psychiatrist with a great sense of humor that genuinely cares about my well being. Over these past years with Dr. Sharma my mental health has improved drastically and I’m able to live a healthy life. I’d strongly recommend this clinic to others.

Gateway showed me the way to save my life! I'm going to talk about the app. I love it. I have had struggles with having a daily routine my whole life. This app is something I use daily. There have been days when I was struggling that I would just scroll through people's posts and comment on all of them. It would help me get out of my head . This is coming from someone who stayed a week. Mr. Jimmy had amazing food and Mr. Corey, Ms. Tabitha was positive except for when she called a girls sister annoying because she was sick and Ms. Tabitha was making excuses for why her sister couldn't talk. It was very hard to leave because I made great friends and an even better roommate. My roommate was always talking to everyone about anything and I loved it. Of course I missed my other friends but I missed her more. There was also a non-English speaker who they would only include if ms. Lydia was in. I also know Mr. Michael's grandson.
