So far so good. Dr Reed is very nice and seems to actually listen to you compared to a lot of know it all doctors I'm used to. Staff is friendly as well and I'm always right in and out the door in less than an hour. They also helped me with payments for my visits because my insurance deductible was too high and visits would have been too expensive without their help.

I want to point out Shayna care coordinator, she goes above and beyond to help someone ! My son was a patient here for a month and a half. I think treatment team did a lot to help him ! Unfortunately he made some choices good and bad really ! He did try but probably needed more attention with his medications for his mental health issues. They all did a lot to help him. I would recommend them if you want to stay clean and learn more skills to cope !! 💯 %.

I've not personally used your resources but know of several close friends and family members who have. Majority of them have kept to the guidelines and resources they learned from their time spent with your faculty. I've seen their lives do a 360 in just short period and true change. Very kind and understanding staff, wish they had better doctors who had more experience and not just from books, and truly MO needs to up their Recovery Laws and policies, coming from WA state things here are much more rigorous and chronic pain is treated more seriously for addicts in WA, but all my care there was through the VA. So far so good, love my counselor, and all the staff are so nice and helpful!! Wish they had more group therapy options.

best serve every client individually based off of what he knows about you. He does so EVERYDAY regardless of how his day is going or how he feels.

BHG was and continues to be an answered prayer for my family and I. My wife never thought she could get better and now lives a full life that she credits to God and BHG. It is a miracle.
This is an excellent example of the way health care should be. Casey Duncan and the professional staff including lab techs; their all very accommodating, and methodical workers. The only place in town that I could find a cognitive therapist . PTSD is difficult but with a cognitive therapist I came a long way. Highly recommend for your mental health issues . Several different psychiatry and therapist depending on your needs and type of health problem. Only issue is hello, We need a cognitive therapist in Branson Missouri. Springfield is at least a 35 to 45 min Drive.

My wife has been to Cox in Branson several times in the last few months. Everyone we came in contact with was so friendly and polite. Dr. McMurry and staff are super friendly and professional! The ER staff are super helpful and knowledgeable! The 5th floor nurses and nurses aides are superb! Shout out to Kimmie and Nicky! Also a shout to the Cancer Center staff and Doctors!

I am forever grateful for the Dr's and Staff at Cox Health Hospital! My self and my family were in from out of state for a vacation, the last night of our stay, I fell and seriously injured my leg.. From the Ambulance ride, to the ER, to the Registration (Katie), the ER Dr, absolutely everyone we came in contact with was AMAZING! God orchestrated every step, and every interaction that I had. I had to have emergency surgery the very next morning, Dr. Efird, & surgical team Incredible! The Fifth Floor Staff (ROCKSTARS) (Tami, Chris, my seven brew queen, Marcus, Danielle, my nurse w/ink) please, please forgive me I left anyone out ...You all made such an impact on me!! So much love for all of you!! Thank you for all of the hard work you do everyday!!! Kara, my roommate, I pray you are doing well. God's Blessings!!

I went to Urgent Care Saturday 8-16-25 morning around midnight. We were visiting in Branson and I was very uneasy going to a hospital away from home. The kindness and care I received from everyone from checking in through diagnosis and treatment. I had a nurse who came in and stayed with me every chance she could to make sure I didn’t need anything and just really to comfort me. I hope this message gets back to her. I can’t thank her enough.
Rise was the best treatment I have had in years I have been in and out treatment facilities and once I got to rise I felt like my hole life changed I thank all the staff there especially mrs Kaitlyn

I was there twice the first time i was not ready and didn't want it the second time i completed successfully the staff are amazing and loving i would honestly recommend anybody that needs treatment to try to go there-Isaiah willis
I started the substance abuse program and had the best case workers!!!! Jenee, Colton, Misty, and Andrea! Because of my legal issues I have to leave but if I'm in need after the program I'm in.... I will definitely return! Breaks my heart i cant stay honestly! I had a great group helping me!!! And I trusted them all! Would highly recommend anyone dealing with addiction here!!! Thank you all! 😭💚💚💚 So thankful for the time I had with you all! Truly helped change my life around!!!

I see Dr. Milton for my PTSD and med management. He along with the rest of my care team have been phenomenal! The new therapy manager was great about getting me in for an assessment- a stark contrast to the previous process in place. Would recommend to anyone needing mental health services!!
If anyone talks to Harold at the clinic he is awesome!!! He won’t stop until you have answers and are taken care of!!! Harold rocks!!!

They are always great there. Very considerate staff and medical staff. They are kind and honestly care about their patients. I recommend any vet use them even just for routine things.
With complex chronic health condition it is beyond AMAZING to have a health care provider that is willing to go the extra steps. Without Ashley Walker, APRN, I wouldn't be where I am in my health journey. I greatly appreciate all she & Cheyenne have done for me over the years.
Referrals within BRMC have not been an issue to arrange as well as to other facilities in & out of state. If timing has been a factor it has been from the receiving facility & not on this clinic's end.
Appointments with Ashley are made as quickly as possible & more often than not I can be seen on day I call as long as there is availability. Recommend to call early for same day appt.
I've used Ashley for my child since a newborn & plan to continue to do so. We go to health dept for immunizations but Ashley takes care of everything else.

This is a place for grown folk who can handle life on life terms. You stay clean get to work pay your bills and grow as person spiritually and mentally and physically. If you come to just have a roof over your head and not be here to grow up you will not succeed. It's setup as if you were living on your own at an apartment with rules and rent. Simple grown folk stuff. Go to meetings like in normal life and be in for bed. Not hard. If you need help there are people everywhere here that can help you. Wether they have been clean for a month or for a year. Yes there will be some there who are still in the beggining of recovery and need to develope into adults. Addicts aren't perfect. Only Jesus is. So learn the rules. If you don't know them then ask the front desk for a copy. I like it here. Praise Jesus. That's the God that made you. If you don't try at changing or make an attempt to you won't grow and you have to want it. It's your own fault if you don't succeed here. Because you didn't try hard enough they can send you in the right direction but you have to go in that direction instead of your own path.

This facility is wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. They also employ many in recovery that really help you to picture things on the “other side”. I felt fully supported in my recovery. The classes and guest speakers really helped to prepare me for my life after addiction. The massages and other perks didn’t hurt either.

my time at Synergy has been the most impactful and rewarding experience of my life. before walking through the doors, i could not comprehend that freedom from addiction was available for me. it is the hardest thing ever to willingly sit with, and work through everything that’s been holding us down for so long. i’m glad that Synergy is where i got to do just that. every second was worth it because of the freedom that i get to experience now. the staff is very supportive and heavily equipped to handle the things that people walk in here with. it is clear that the staff cares about the person as a whole and not just their addiction. the facility is incredible and truly feels like home. that alone makes the healing process feel slightly less heavy. truly, Synergy is the best place to begin your recovery journey. GO TO REHAB!!

I've been to 7 rehabs in my life and this is the best one. Everybody was cool and knowledgeable especially Tommy and Dylan my only problem was the detox center lost some of my belongings and made no effort to find them or reimburse me for my loss. Other than that it was great. I would like to add the Wes was the house manager of the sober living place I stayed at he was awesome. Super supportive and understanding. He made me feel at home and always had an open ear or a shoulder to cry on. He's nonjudgmental and forgiving. He set a good example for me and the men there

Here at TSR the employees are exceptional from the intake personnel Hailey, speakers Alyssa and Dick, and CIT’s Dylan and Tommy. I recommend this rehab to anyone who is serious in sobriety. The information that was given was so inspiring. Dylan and Tommy are awesome in giving true knowledge of the topic as well as provide so many ways to accomplish sobriety. True Self Recovery has led me to understand the true meaning of serenity.
