Synergy has been nothing but wonderful since we started taking our daughter in 2023. Everyone we have ever dealt with has been so kind and accommodating. My daughter has made incredible strides and adores “Mrs. Morgan.” We went from biweekly appointments to once a month— and now we go as needed because my daughter has learned the tools to work through big emotions as well as confidently knows she is SEEN! I was able to get the best help I was able to get. Piney ridge helped me throughout the way. They have great staff and administration personnel that are there to truly help kids in the United States. I am forever grateful of Piney Ridge and I would highly recommend other states to look into sending kids to this program if need be.

I have read most of the reviews for this place. I know I cannot speak to the other families experiences but I can try to explain ours. We had a child go through this program from July 2023-January 2024. Of course during that time we dearly missed our child. At first, we were extremely skeptical of the staff and the changes in therapists when he started. I know these places have turn-over and it concerned us. But we moved forward with them. Our story has a fantastic finish. He made it through the program and was deemed ready to come back to us. The therapists and nurses there were fantastic, in keeping us informed of his progress. We attended all the visitations, day passes, overnite passes and family sessions throughout the process. What we seen in return was a confused child going in but a changed young man coming out. He changed drastically in his thought process and his coping skills. We could see the changes as he moved through the program. We can't say enough about the results for our family and owe this facility all the credit for helping us get back our young man, no longer confused about his place in our family. I don't know enough of the names of the staff but EVERYONE involved at the facility showed us patience, compassion and caring for our child. At the first day we met with our intake person, the nurses who would care for him and later that week the assigned therapist(s). Everyone showed us understanding with this traumatic transition. They provided resources and responses for our questions. These folks have such a hard job treating these lost kids. We have the upmost respect for everything they do. Give this place a try and follow their steps. I'm sure you will see the results.

I love this place i was a resident at PRTC from 9/29/22-6/30/23 I had a great expierence here and learning new thing the staff is so supportive i appreciate every staff on the girls unit(East) and my therapist(best therapist i have ever had) Thank you Ms.Ryan.C and Ms.Kourtney.H i appreciate you guys so much you both have helped me through the toughest time i had at PRTC you both were there for me when i was self-harming, Trying to end my life, acting out, fighting and when i had panic attacks i still have the notes that you both gave me they stay in my wallet and i read them when i miss you guys i still have the cow stuff animal from Ms.Kourtney i sleep with it because i feel safe when i have it because i know who gave it to me and that the person who gave it to me cares and was a safe person i got comfortable with. I miss you guys and thank you every one for everything you guys did to help me get through treatment. I miss you Ms.Ryan and Ms.Kourtney and i love you guys with boundaries also thank you Ms.Sch'Vannia for helping me and discharging me On june 30th. I just came home from here 2 weeks ago. This place is AMAZING!! I didn't want to go at first, I read the reviews here, on day 3 I was finally settled in and knew I couldn't have been at a better place. The staff is exceptional!! It is a very intense program, but it's wonderful. Classes are 7 days a week, 8am-7pm, lots of breaks in between, plus lunch and dinner breaks. The food was exceptional! You definitely will not go hungry here!! When it was my day to go, part of me didn't want to leave, I had made great friends there and this place had become my safe place. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing help. This place will save your life if you let them!! **Edit to add, 6 months post treatment, still sober (237 days). My brother is now a resident there, he's on day 4 today. This place is amazing!!** Update: 09/09/25, still sober!! 802 days!! Still recommending this place to people!!!

so far ive been so blessed with them in where im at in life. I haven't made it to them yet bc of prescription problems but they helped make it happen with a grant when I told them what I was going through and what I planned with my life but I truly needed help and Paige has been more than helping and understanding before I have even got there. I will know more when I get there tomorrow but so far they have been more than understanding and helpful when im at a very tough time in my life.

It's amazing. They saved my life and marriage. I was broken when I got there . I didn't care if I lived or died. The counselors care so much about us. I graduated June 10 it was such a blessing being there.

If you've come across this, It's probably fair to say, Life hasn't been a walk in the park lately, And you're looking at possible options to get help. You might be asking yourself, Is MAT right for me? I always tell people, If you have tried other programs, And treatments that have not worked for you, Then MAT is probably for you. The great thing is, BHG has an amazing staff, From Doctors, Nurses, And counselors, That can talk with you, Answer all of your questions, So you can make an informed decision. If you feel this is a good fit for you, The staff are there to help you navigate through the process, And get you on the road to recovery. I love that they make you a part of the game plan, While creating a treatment plan designed to fit each person's specific needs. At this point, You're probably just desperate to have some normalcy back in your life, And probably struggle to remember what life was like "Before". If you've read this, Please do yourself a favor, And pick up the phone and call them, It may be the most important call you ever make, Help is available!! Nobody is going to judge you, Or look down on you, The entire staff is there to help! I love my counselor, And he's available to me any time I need, Not just during normal buisness hours. Everyone I've encountered here, Are there because they care, It's not just a paycheck to them. No matter what you decide to do, Or avenue you choose to take, I wish you all the best in your journey. Just know they're here if you need, And the staff truly care, And want to help you get better! Recovery is possible!!

I was in the Autumn unit. I went in for a suicide attempt and came out better then ever. I wanna give a shout out to Mrs Rhonda, Bam, Kaitlyn, tyrek, thomas, Mrs Carol, Mrs Jay Moss, Cam, Shameka, Blake, and mrs yam. They helped me in ways I never thought was possible. They need a raise for sure. They put up with so much bull crap and still worked with a smile and did their jobs to more then their best. They are all wonderful people. Thank yall so much for changing my life.

This is the program I didn’t know I needed! Most people view this program as punishment for traffic violations, however, having a good attitude and a willingness to learn, the program was a breeze! I highly recommend it to better yourself as an individual! All the staff was polite and professional! And my counselor, Diane was the best! I learned quite a bit from her!

The classes were engaging and my counselor, Denise, was very good at helping me work through my past trauma. We got to the core reason of why I was drinking, and made a plan for me to prevent relapse. I will recommend this program if I need to to anyone.

I absolutely love this place !!The people that work here care it's not just a paycheck for them it's about helping people that society far to often turns there back on,and that is something that makes people want to come back they are a positive support system...they make sure you get your medicine, if the pharmacy is out of your medicine they will find another that's close to you.Its always a calm environment and they have a great sense of humor 😉 I believe that's important in their line of work Shout out to Jinie(not sure if I spelled that correctly lol)and our amazing counselor! Yall are killin it on a daily basis....BTW my son also goes here we love yall 💙

Between the ups and downs of being an addict and all the places I've tried to get help and the Drs I've been to. This place and staff in Conway Arkansas have helped in every way without judgment. I've wanted to give up so many times but thanks to the wonderful counselors to the reception desk to the Lady running the show they have helped get me back on track and it's not always about the medicine sometimes it's just being able to talk to the right people

I came to Springwoods Behavioral Health very reluctantly and I was hotter than A Weld Bead & felt very forced to sign myself in. I decided This Is The Last Effort I will make to get Over “My Issues”. The first day I stonewalled everyone & Felt Betrayed & Alone. After no sleep that night I was Tired, Hangary, Cranky & Still Mad! I Prayed Right Off as I Knew Jesus Could Calm Me Down and He Did😇I got to thinking I may as well Pay Attention and Be Me & Not Angry but Happy & Joyful! The first lesson Ted Presented Us was Direct, To The Point and Very Positive. It Really Got My Attention and I Bought into The Program. I paid attention and really enjoyed the support that was offered by Everyone. Love is In The Air Here❤️It was a bit sad for me to leave. I am a better person because of These People Who Go All Out To Help So Many. You Can’t Buy Happiness but You Can Learn How To Be Happy. It Rubs Off on the People who’s Company You Keep & They Become Happier. A Small Act of Kindness Has A Ripple Affect & becomes Huge. My adult son was having a MH crisis and was taken to Springwoods adult unit. If you've never had to deal with anything like this, it can be a scary ordeal. Thank God he was taken to Springwoods. I've heard so many good things about the staff and doctors there. I havnt been there, but they took such good care of my son. I actually got my old son back. Life throws you some unexpected things once in a while. KK and I are so grateful for these kind people. I know they see a lot and my son is just one more person in a MH crisis in this country, but he was treated like an individual, with respect. Thank you all
