I can honestly say that I left a different person than the one who arrived. The program helped me understand myself on a much deeper level, recognize the patterns that had been keeping me stuck, and develop tools that I know I will continue using long after treatment. I left feeling more grounded, hopeful, and connected to who I truly am. The counselors and RAs are all incredible. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in every woman who comes through the program. I always felt supported and cared for, without ever feeling judged. The program itself is truly amazing and creates space for real healing. Not only from addiction, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually as well. The setting is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and extremely comfortable. It feels warm and home-like, which made such a difference during such a vulnerable time. The food is also delicious, and you can tell how much care goes into it. Synergy gave me so much more than I expected. I learned an incredible amount about myself, built meaningful relationships, and began creating a life that I genuinely want to protect. From the moment I stepped onto the property, it felt like home. The staff is nurturing, loving, and supportive, offering a holistic approach to recovery that equips clients with unique skills and tools. The opportunity to experience new things in a safe, well-balanced environment helps the brain establish new pathways, supporting the skills taught during the stay. Furthermore, the clients you go through recovery with become your biggest fans and closest friends. New Peer worker called immediately and made arrangements. Thank you. It is encouraging now. I give Derrick the assessor 5.0, but after the assessment we were told my son would be contacted within 24 hrs. 24 hours no contact, next day no contact. I've gone in office to inquire, told case worker would call. 2 additional phone calls...still no help. My son was so encouraged during accessment. Now I have to tell him no one there cares!! Btw...also left voice mail on case worker's phone...still nothing. He didn't come off judgemental or in the slightest way threatening or act like he was better than his patients. We felt like he treated us like we were on the same level. Even if you are forced to go here, if you go through him, it will be alot less anxiety for you, and he seems too honestly care about his patients along with having patience.
