While it's true that the nature of our work often calls for overtime, the feeling of looking at my check and knowing the impact I'm making makes every extra hour absolutely worth it. The company has implemented many positive changes, especially when it comes to bonus incentives, which are a true motivator and show that our hard work is genuinely appreciated. The relationships among staff here are fantastic; we truly operate as a cohesive team, supporting each other and fostering a collaborative environment. One of the things I love most is that every day is different. This keeps the work engaging and ensures we're constantly learning and adapting. But the absolute highlight, the reason I'm truly here, is the kids. They are amazing to work with, and building genuine relationships with them is at the core of what I do. The building could definitely use some maintenance and updating work but my Granddaughter loved the staff, she felt as though they cared and wanted to see her succeed. The kids on the other hand she said were the worst of the worst. She was only there for evaluation for 1 month, but still refers to the staff as caring
