Rusk Rehabilitation is a first rate place. My PT Miranda was the best possible physical therapist very professional and caring. Tracy was my occupational therapist and was top notch and caring as well. Can't imagine having a better place for Rehabilitation . The second week that I was there every meal for the entire week had something missing or incorrect but the food itself was excellent

Great place to get sober and stay off the streets. The only issue I have with the BHG here in springfield is the over pricing for treatment. I came from a bhg in okc and it is144 cheaper than here. Someone is taking advantage of people here. And in okc you have the option to either dose the pill form or the liquid. Sooo hmmm 🤔 but I don't think it's from the clinic itself. I believe the state of missouri has their hand in the cookie jar!

So thankful finding this place! Everyone is very nice and professional. I have nothing negative to say. The negative comments are due to people who are upset due to their payment issues. If you don't pay obviously they will wing you off until you are back at a 0 level. This is the 2nd clinic I been to and ylthey are helpful, nice,professional and they genuinely care. This place has changed our lives. We had been in and out of short term admissions at the hospital for 6 months. We finally broke down and decided to try the residential option. When i say we were devastated and scared.. i truly mean that. But this place has poured into our daughter and after 2.5 months she is home! Greg Shank (her therapist) has made such an impact on her. His purpose from the Lord was to impact kids and change their life in the best of ways. Family therapy every week was a joy and something we looked forward to. We will always be so grateful for him. Jeremy made the admission and discharge process so easy and he checked on us everytime he knew we were there. Receptionist was always so kind. We got to talk to our daughter every day. The staff in Breummer cottage was incredible, they welcomed our daughter with open arms and were essential in this process. We couldn’t be more thankful for KVC!!

KVC Springfield is amazing & I will be forever grateful. My young son had been hospitalized approximately 7 times for suicidal ideation & aggression, in a 10 month period. He was also suspended from school several times. At KVC, he received needed trauma therapy, kept up with his education (receiving quality 1 on 1 tutoring from a Springfield tutor, had access to quality nursing staff, and benifited from 24/7 empathic staff. Since his release, he has remained in school, exhibiting good behavior. Although there have been a few hiccups at home, mostly late evening and bedtime, his behavior has been manageable. For kids in chronic mental health crisis, suffering from trauma, KVC is a wonderful resource. Thank you

I stayed here for 8 days, it’s not the worst place, though it was reletively strict as I stayed on the 4 north unit. It genuinely helped me and most of the staff were very nice people especially nurses. I’d personally like to avoid going to these places of course but here wasn’t so bad. make sure to research all what they do it’ll make you feel a lot better to be prepared!

Neutral discharge but because of this place i had a complete shift in my behavior and im now married with a 3 year old little girl so thanks yall i appreciate the help!
Also i dont remember anyones name except for isaac but i remember a cranky woman that also cared about us and one of the night time staff that would hollar at me to quit calling after i left lol

I have been to other locations specifically a neighboring county and I would say the Troy location has gone above and beyond my expectations based on my previous experiences in other locations. They are all very friendly, understanding, and even got me in quickly when I missed an appointment. Natasha is awesome nurse Bethany is great and the drs, therapists, front desk, and counselors are all really friendly and as accommodating as they can be!
