We utilized every service our state and local community: offered mental health services, behavioral health services, in-home support, wrap around, inpatient, short-term residential over night staff in our home, and still our family was unstable without solutions to actually help our child heal his complex PTSD from his foster youth abuse history. 2025-2026 Calo staff is responsive and transparent with parents. Amazing team leads who are passionate about their work saving these kids lives by providing a safe space for them to heal in positive relationships. Therapy team is top notch with people moving their families to Lake Ozark to do this special work. Our son is safe and well connected and moving forward in his healing in ways we could not support at home: multiple therapy groups, family therapy, individual therapy, Neurofeedback, animal assisted therapy and OT. The school teachers are the best and this is the first school where our son is actually participating in academics! Our son is having so much fun (it’s like summer camp all year round), he did not realize how much time had passed. He also says he enjoys school! That is a HUGE win! I've gone in office to inquire, told case worker would call. 2 additional phone calls...still no help. My son was so encouraged during accessment. Now I have to tell him no one there cares!! Btw...also left voice mail on case worker's phone...still nothing. Over the past year, the road to recovery hasn’t always been easy. Addiction infects the entire family and we’ve all needed help healing. Crossroads has provided that healing with support groups and education from experts in the area. Together we are putting our life back together and I am forever grateful that they literally answered the call, dropped everything and met us in our hour of need. When I first placed the call to the director, she invited us to a parent meeting. Immediately, we were welcomed by other families in the same situation. Once our son started the program, the counselors were so supportive and in communication with us, the parents, every step of the way. The fellowship of the kids, holding each other accountable, and the focus on sobriety in every aspect of the program has been the foundation that has allowed my son to have over a year sober. The kids have support, the parents have support, and together the community takes care of each other. Always friendly, helpful, and care about the patients. Never had to wait to long to see the Dr. and the nurses are very thorough. The nurses aids are kind as far as if you need anything, like an extra blanket for your loved ones that are with you. Very clean rooms. There cafeteria food is very affordable, which is very helpful when you have to eat there. Just love the care that is given at St. Mery's. Oh yeah, can't forget about the beautiful gardens. When you're dealing with a sick loved one it's nice to take a breather and walk through the gardens. Great experiences, considering the circumstances. Thank you all for the hard work put into this beautiful hospital.

10/10, for a quick and easy visit with some of the best hospitality and bedside manner I have ever witnessed, let alone received! I came in for what I had thought was going to be a quick scan, lasted about an hour (not bad at all), and the service, lemme tell you, the service was simply top notch. Between here and the Jeff City VA Community Clinic, they've got some stellar nurses, doctors, and medical staff. A special thank you to the student and staff who did my ultrasound!

If your child’s reactive behaviors keep your family in safety protocols, constant crisis and recovery cycles, inpatient and short-term residential placements that are not making a dent, then CALO is the place to explore as the solution you’ve been praying for. We utilized every service our state and local community: offered mental health services, behavioral health services, in-home support, wrap around, inpatient, short-term residential over night staff in our home, and still our family was unstable without solutions to actually help our child heal his complex PTSD from his foster youth abuse history. 2025-2026 Calo staff is responsive and transparent with parents. Amazing team leads who are passionate about their work saving these kids lives by providing a safe space for them to heal in positive relationships. Therapy team is top notch with people moving their families to Lake Ozark to do this special work. Our son is safe and well connected and moving forward in his healing in ways we could not support at home: multiple therapy groups, family therapy, individual therapy, Neurofeedback, animal assisted therapy and OT. The school teachers are the best and this is the first school where our son is actually participating in academics! Our son is having so much fun (it’s like summer camp all year round), he did not realize how much time had passed. He also says he enjoys school! That is a HUGE win! We have seen measurable progress in his self regulation and safety. I LOVE the family days when we parents are on campus and in the kid’s homes doing activities together.

UPDATE SINCE BELOW REVIEW: I went into office again today and Kim took great care of us. Found out case worker had been on vacation. New Peer worker called immediately and made arrangements. Thank you. It is encouraging now. I give Derrick the assessor 5.0, but after the assessment we were told my son would be contacted within 24 hrs. 24 hours no contact, next day no contact. I've gone in office to inquire, told case worker would call. 2 additional phone calls...still no help. My son was so encouraged during accessment. Now I have to tell him no one there cares!! Btw...also left voice mail on case worker's phone...still nothing.

I couldn't have been any more pleased with the treatment I received at Compass Health dentist office in Keene today. Hygienist DeJahand Dr Priya had me in and out in less than 90 minutes with X-rays, initial examination, cleaning and sealing which also included a couple other treatments. These ladies were first rate; efficient and focused. Even the price was right which was important as I'm a self-pay. Going back for two fillings on Monday and, quite frankly, I'm kind of excited to get it done. Highly recommend you give these folks a try. Thanks DeJah and Dr. Priya.

My Experience at Perimeter Behavioral Health Working at Perimeter Behavioral Health has been an incredibly rewarding experience. While it's true that the nature of our work often calls for overtime, the feeling of looking at my check and knowing the impact I'm making makes every extra hour absolutely worth it. The company has implemented many positive changes, especially when it comes to bonus incentives, which are a true motivator and show that our hard work is genuinely appreciated. The relationships among staff here are fantastic; we truly operate as a cohesive team, supporting each other and fostering a collaborative environment. One of the things I love most is that every day is different. This keeps the work engaging and ensures we're constantly learning and adapting. I’ve seen a lot of negative and positive reviews of crossroads. I was a patient there for a couple years a long time ago. Around 2003 or so. I relapsed a lot unfortunately. That’s part of my story I guess. All I can say is my best friends to this day, my best man in my wedding, the guys that still call me to this day, weekly we’re all crossroads graduates. I’m not scared one bit to say I went there. What it did for me is plant the seed. Gave me hope. Taught to actually laugh again, I did learn tools. At the time I didn’t use them to well. That’s okay. I do now. A lot. I often think of time there and wish man, I freaking miss it. We had an absolute blast. People told me they love me. Those same people to this day still express that to me. So no, I wasn’t traumatized. I wasn’t in a cult. I was trying to save my life. Literally. Looking at where I am now. I’d say it worked. I’d definitely send my kid there if needed. I mean hell, in my blood line it’s always there 😇😂😉. I’m grateful for it. Always.

After a harrowing experience with our son, we were referred to Crossroads where we found answers, support and community. Over the past year, the road to recovery hasn’t always been easy. Addiction infects the entire family and we’ve all needed help healing. Crossroads has provided that healing with support groups and education from experts in the area. Together we are putting our life back together and I am forever grateful that they literally answered the call, dropped everything and met us in our hour of need. That doesn’t happen, anywhere else, ever. Crossroads isn’t for everyone, they know this and I have experienced them help other families with direction and referrals if the issue is outside of their scope. Responsible and responsive - THAT’S the mental healthcare our city so desperately needs. It’s what we all want for our children

The Crossroads Program saved my son and my family. We were desperate to find a program that would help our teenage son. When I first placed the call to the director, she invited us to a parent meeting. Immediately, we were welcomed by other families in the same situation. Once our son started the program, the counselors were so supportive and in communication with us, the parents, every step of the way. The fellowship of the kids, holding each other accountable, and the focus on sobriety in every aspect of the program has been the foundation that has allowed my son to have over a year sober. The kids have support, the parents have support, and together the community takes care of each other. I highly recommend The Crossroads Program for any family and their children looking for help to navigate the disease of addiction.
