I came in for what I had thought was going to be a quick scan, lasted about an hour (not bad at all), and the service, lemme tell you, the service was simply top notch. I was a patient at their clinic in Jefferson City, MO, located at 227 Metro Drive for one year. During that time, I was seeing a psychiatrist, a therapist, a nurse, and 2 Peer Support Specialists. Friendly staff who actually returned my call and promptly were able to get me scheduled. I ended up not needing their services and when I called to cancel they were even more polite than before. I had called to approximately four other businesses that claimed to provide the same service, only one other place answered their phone with no appointments available for three weeks. Another place did finally call me back days later however. I would definitely recommend checking these guys out first and save yourself a goose chase. Thanks again!

Really good facility and has helped more than any place I’ve ever received help/treatment. Great staff, really clean place, helpful and productive caregiving. They teach communication skills, learning respectful and affective manners, self control and ability to be aware, mindful and insightful of self and others around us. And most importantly help the kids learn how to utilize resources and choose to control as well as contributing patience to set goals to let things take time needed. As well as maintaining the idea to be active in being responsible by having chores and set routines. Workers throughout always act on situations in needs and impact the clients and their views because of their true genuine positivity in they’re methods. They always have consistent, structured groups and activities, constantly making sure the kids have fun. Consistently giving engaging life skills and how to function in an everyday life in the outside world. Full of good energy, love, compassion, kindness, reliable, consideration towards each client, but still holding ground to teach kids to take no for an answer, showing and modeling negative, hateful, disrespectful or ignorant behaviors are not acceptable. Really healthy and effective place. BUT ONE DOWNSIDE IS KYLA IS A HORRIBLE THERAPIST😉

Phoenix is an exceptional treatment center for those ready for change. Committed clients receive unmatched support from a dedicated staff who prepare them to rejoin society effectively. Compass Health is legit. They did not press me to get sober. They guided me into it. They used the teqniue of harm reduction. Seems weird and backwards. God tells us in his word not to argue about words. With my Father in heaven using Compass's Health Network. I am 4 months clean today and thankful. Glory to God in heaven. In Jesus Christ name. Amen. This facility has offered our family real hope for the first time. The people here really care about the kids, and their model grows connection unlike other residential and acute care facilities. The animal therapy is also unique and such a help for the kids. Our therapist is amazing. I’m very grateful to have found Calo.

My therapist, the friends I made and my family are the reason I was able to get through my time there. Anyone reading this for reassurance, look no further. It’s difficult to put into words how much this facility saved my life. I arrived a hopeless, angry broken person, and for the first time in 25 years, I feel whole. I didn’t know how to express what I felt, and so I tried to isolate myself.. But they would include me anyway. They gave me love when I couldn’t love myself. They were patient and kind and compassionate to every broken part of who I was.. they refused to give up on me. The experience was profound. The group structure of the program ensures that each individual feels equally connected and heard, coupled with individualized counseling sessions with a primary counselor. I cannot say enough positive things about this facility the staff and the experience I had there. All I can say is that no matter what your situation or circumstances, if you are looking for help and somewhere safe to heal, I highly, highly recommend this facility in Carbondale Illinois.

Gateway foundation is an amazing program and the clinicians and all the staff are truly a well oiled machine and work great together to provide caring effective treatment to get you on the path of sobriety and recovery. the place has clean housing great food great treatment program and extracurricular activities.
