Amazing place! Wish I could've stayed longer. I met some awesome people there! The cabins are clean and cozy. They're like hotel rooms without a TV. Special shout out to Kelly, Arielle, Jordan, Star, Johnny, Scott, and all the other desk staff, nurses, kitchen staff, ( I gained 10 lbs while I was there from all the good stuff) and housekeeping staff. You guys will always hold a special place in my heart!

I was at Valley Hope for 30 days in January 2023. I desperately needed rehab and because I wasn t covered by insurance had to pay for my treatment. It was, without a doubt, the best money I have ever spent and I would do it again without hesitation. Valley Hope gave me the tools I needed to live a life free from alcohol. The staff are ALL wonderful and caring. I love Valley Hope!!!!

We enjoyed our stay! We had caring helpful staff! The privacy for each patient is takin seriously. I would highly recommend coming here because they allow husband and wife, your phone, and they provide the successful lectures to help u make it out in the real world. Their food is relatively good quality, and the portions are more than u may need. They provide medicated assistance to help you with the withdrawals. The staff are very friendly and truly put your total care at heart. Every patient is accommodating, and welcoming. This does help everyone coming in a lot! Mama cleans her butt off and leaves you feeling cared for and like your her own kid! She puts her all into her hard work and is a very kind, caring soul! Kellie will help u along the way figure out what is bothering you and get to the root of the problem you have, only if you re ready. James does this as well. Two very good counselors who have been through their own situations and use this to help others. Ronda always puts your health above and goes above and beyond to make sure u are taking care of. Shes a wonderful nurse! Allison is very sweet and kind hearted and will do anything it takes to make u feel at peace and have that active listening skill, she is persistent and so is Mel. They both are great at what they do! The lectures are very educational and give u all the tools you may need to out into your tool box to take with you when you leave. Going to The Aviary was a great experience and exactly what I needed at the time. I was very anxious to go to a recovery center and this far exceeded my expectations. The program was very informative and helpful, staff was excellent, and the food was good. Mike, Ralph, and Sarah (coach) will always be in my heart for the help they provided. Bryan (CEO) cares deeply about what they can do to help make this the best recovery center out there. If you need help this is the place to go. Thank you so much!

Overall, it's an amazing place. The food is great, the staff is wonderful, and the accommodations are excellent. The daily schedule is similar to a 9-5 job, with many opportunities to try or learn something new.

I just finished my 30 days here and I can t say enough amazing things about this place. My counselor Sarah and also Andy played such an integral part in my recovery and even more importantly the aftercare. Aside from meeting so many others there that I could relate to and consider friends the staff was the utmost important when it came to giving me the tools I needed to stay clean at home. And they definitely handed them over. To anybody scared of recovery or struggling to find the right place with the right people I can t recommend this place enough.

This is my 2nd visit to compass dentistry with the same dentist. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the questions I had. And the dentist was awesome as usual. He always explains all of my options and possible outcomes good or bad. I would recommend them to my friends and loved ones.

Absolutely hands down best ever. I filled out all paperwork on line. Super easy check in. Bam they were call us in. Super sweet educated staff eager to help us understand our many questions, Top off all 3 family members radom ages still one location. Then pharmacy in house too absolutely blessed my family with more time not driving to separate locations then to pharmacy too. And i got my first bday card ever from doctors or pharmacy and im old.I set out for a long day and omg it was all over so fast and efficient. Thank you to everyone staffed. I felt like a million bucks today.

I feel extremely blessed to have this medical facility available for my medical needs, I absolutely love the Genoa pharmacy girls they are the absolute best in the profession The Check in personnel are great Doctor Baltis is very professional and impressive with his knowledge, I feel his personal concerns with my issues.Lisa,is my choice to get professional medical assistant when Dr Baltis is fully scheduled,Lisa is very professional and concerned with helping me with my issues, she listens to my concerns and issues, she always explains things to me so I can understand the process of my medical needs,I Would Absolutely Recommend This Facility To All My Friends And Family , I Feel Very Blessed To Have These Professionals And Facility Available For All My Medical Needs !!

I would highly recommend Rusk, & already have. From housekeeping, rehab therapists, nurses, nurse techs, Dr's, caseworkers, people who delivered meals, my bad experience from my fall & surgery turned into a wonderful experience. So grateful for all those who cared for me. A number of them went "above & beyond"!! One nurse tech, (Heather) offered to stay on her own time & help with my shower. I felt everyone cared about me. Noah was beyond kind! An exceptional nurse, & person. A great experience!! Kudos to the whole staff, including the CEO, who came to my room & visited. I wanted to add, I was there only 6 days & thanks to my wonderful care, @ 89 I am staying alone after coming home April 1. Only had my daughter, an RN here two nights. Am doing great with my church family bringing meals. Able to get around easily w/ walker &minimal pain. Not bad for a broken pelvis in 2 places & waiting 4 days for surgery!

Great! Couldn t have asked for a better experience. Loved the therapists, loved the nurses, loved Dr. Jones and Dr. Eisenmann. The food was very good , not like hospital food at all. The ladies at front desk were always nice. The staff at the cafeteria were nice. I have no complaints.

I just had my Second stay at Rusk. I had a baclofen pump installed. And so my physical therapy had changed and getting that pump adjusted correctly. Again the staff was fantastic Heather, Tyler, Chase, Anna, and more that I m can t remember names right now. The food when Tracy got back
