I have been to other locations specifically a neighboring county and I would say the Troy location has gone above and beyond my expectations based on my previous experiences in other locations. They are all very friendly, understanding, and even got me in quickly when I missed an appointment. Natasha is awesome nurse Bethany is great and the drs, therapists, front desk, and counselors are all really friendly and as accommodating as they can be! I’d recommend this facility if you’re looking for services and want the help you will find it here! They even have a ping pong table in the day room. a good experience every time overall. Greatly appreciated

I am a former client who is grateful today that a place like this exists. The staff showed me nothing but love and support. I chose to not take the opportunity of strengthing my leadership quality they presented me with at that time. But, in doing so I now have a beautiful wife coming up on 5 years of marriage and 2 gorgeous daughters to fit. The Farm changed my life and is breathtaking. Out on this beautiful hill they have a great big old Hickory Tree that is split straight down the middle by a bolt of lightning. This place gave me insight into myself that to this day I can recognize thanks to Mr. Chris, Ms. Chels,Mrs. Chelsea, Rockin Rob, Ms. Chenoa, Mr. Bob of course Mr. CLINT and lastly Ms. KAT. This hospital is truly exceptional. I had never been admitted to a hospital before, so I came in terrified and unsure of what to expect. From the moment I arrived, every part of the experience was made as comfortable as possible. While no one enjoys being in the hospital, I felt genuinely cared for by every nurse, doctor, PA, psychiatrist, and even the food staff. I arrived feeling like a complete mess and left feeling stable for the first time in a month. The food was great, too! If I ever have another emergency, this is absolutely where I’ll return. I just want all of you to know how deeply appreciated you are. Your work isn’t easy, but you truly heal and help people every day. Special shoutout to Nurses Noura, Bill, Chloe, Z, Erin, Eboni, Ciarra, and Chelsea. Also shoutout to Dr Burihan, Dr Borreggine, and the food staff Brittany and Christina. Thank you so much!

I used to be depressed and suicidal, but now I'm only a little depressed and not suicidal at all. Tysm ilysm. And I hope you still have that picture of you. I'm crying rn if you actually respond. 🥰🥰🥰 I really want to go back even though I'm all better. If you have any suicidal thoughts go see a counselor, or go to mercy/ hospital but only if you don't feel safe at home. Don't make suicide into a joke. It's a serious thing. Ever since my medications have been correct, I've been clean and sober I have 1yr and 6 Months. This places saved my life! Madeline my counselor was amazing and super sweet! And the groups are actually helpful at 1st I felt as if I was in like a kindergarten class but I kept on going and it actually started to get better. Paije Douglas is absolutely AMAZING!!! I’ve never met anyone who is so devoted to helping people get clean! If you are truly looking to change your life and stop abusing opiates, I highly recommend coming to St Louis Metro Treatment Center and joining the IOP program that she is in charge of. She goes out of her way to get people set up with medical detox and then sober living and/or whatever other arrangements you need in order to be in a safe place so you can start healing! We have a lot of fun in her groups while still learning a lot about our addiction. Thank you Paije, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for helping me get my life right and supporting my recovery! Compass Health is an under knownabout God Send..A well thought out Total Health Network, that has serving points for the total human experience... Body (Primary Care Physicians) Mind (Physchiatrics) Soul (Substance Use Disorder) "Dental" Care on Site; and maybe "Vision Care" coming in the future... They are able to go into the field with company vehicles and visit clients, and also provide rides to the headquarters for in person care and classes, which is of the utmost importance for the downtrodden and less fortunate .. My Counselor is Terra Trent, a very intelligent, wonderful sweet soul, with great insight to the human condition and a special nurturing side that always shines through her soul... My Community Support is Michelle Wapple, a more perfect job she couldnt have found... Caring and Loving and Kind, is what the job calls for, and she is that PERSONIFIED... They never make you feel like you are just a paycheck for them, and are just putting in their time till their next break and clocking out time... They should add an "ION" on to their name ... And be COMPASSION Health Network Inc. In my very humble opinion...

Just wanted to come on here and leave an update since my last review. I only have one thing to say… BRING BACK Becky!!! The only reason I’m giving this place a five star rating is because of Nancy, Becky! These nurses are amazing and go above and beyond. They are so overworked and at times very unappreciated by some of the clients. High five to Mark and Jeff as well these two councilors are handling very heavy caseloads but still manage to show that they love their job and want what’s best for their clients. They also know how to handle the hot headed ones 😂🙋🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ the reasons I could have given it a one star: Their drug lab sucks!! 50 percent of the time their results are wrong. You could be 100 percent clean and the test could come back positive. They know the lab sucks but says there is nothing they can do about it… when they send it back to be retested then most of the time the true results will come back. But now they have this new rule where you have to pay 35 dollars for your test to be retested!! It’s a money making scam!! They tell you the lab sucks and most of the time will get your results wrong but now wanna charge you 35 to have it sent back!??!? They know they’ll make hella money! What pisses me off is for the one such as myself who are on probation, this could potentially get me in huge trouble! Thank god I get hair follicles from the state! For the love of God New Seasons… GET A NEW LAB!!

What an outstanding experience at Turning Point, I enjoyed talking to my counselor, she actually seemed to care about her patients unlike some of my past counselors at other facilities, there is a structured program to follow that helps you to stay sober!
