Going to The Aviary was a great experience and exactly what I needed at the time. I was very anxious to go to a recovery center and this far exceeded my expectations. The program was very informative and helpful, staff was excellent, and the food was good. Mike, Ralph, and Sarah (coach) will always be in my heart for the help they provided. Bryan (CEO) cares deeply about what they can do to help make this the best recovery center out there. If you need help this is the place to go. Thank you so much!

Overall, it's an amazing place. The food is great, the staff is wonderful, and the accommodations are excellent. The daily schedule is similar to a 9-5 job, with many opportunities to try or learn something new.

I just finished my 30 days here and I can t say enough amazing things about this place. My counselor Sarah and also Andy played such an integral part in my recovery and even more importantly the aftercare. Aside from meeting so many others there that I could relate to and consider friends the staff was the utmost important when it came to giving me the tools I needed to stay clean at home. And they definitely handed them over. To anybody scared of recovery or struggling to find the right place with the right people I can t recommend this place enough.

Melissa was the BEST! This was my first visit and she listened to what I had to say. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with our televisit. I normally don t like televisits because they seem so impersonal. However, I didn t feel this at all with Melissa. I took too long to see a doctor and I m glad I did.

Just had an annual visit. Melissa (with the boots) was awesome. Friendly, attentive, and professional. My tech was also great! Upbeat and professional and his blood draw was perfect. Everyone there was good to deal with. Thank you!!

Wait time is average, better than civilian clinics, and get to your cure within short time. I just moved from Florida and the difference is night and day. This is my 2nd visit to compass dentistry with the same dentist. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the questions I had. And the dentist was awesome as usual. He always explains all of my options and possible outcomes good or bad. I would recommend them to my friends and loved ones.

Absolutely hands down best ever. I filled out all paperwork on line. Super easy check in. Bam they were call us in. Super sweet educated staff eager to help us understand our many questions, Top off all 3 family members radom ages still one location. Then pharmacy in house too absolutely blessed my family with more time not driving to separate locations then to pharmacy too. And i got my first bday card ever from doctors or pharmacy and im old.I set out for a long day and omg it was all over so fast and efficient. Thank you to everyone staffed. I felt like a million bucks today.

I feel extremely blessed to have this medical facility available for my medical needs, I absolutely love the Genoa pharmacy girls they are the absolute best in the profession The Check in personnel are great Doctor Baltis is very professional and impressive with his knowledge, I feel his personal concerns with my issues.Lisa,is my choice to get professional medical assistant when Dr Baltis is fully scheduled,Lisa is very professional and concerned with helping me with my issues, she listens to my concerns and issues, she always explains things to me so I can understand the process of my medical needs,I Would Absolutely Recommend This Facility To All My Friends And Family , I Feel Very Blessed To Have These Professionals And Facility Available For All My Medical Needs !!

I am updating my review because it is no longer relevant. I am very sad to hear that the director John is retiring; he is a wonderful, caring person.Some tips: they only check bills with a marker that only detects the presence of starch. This only works to ID fake bills that have been printed off of somebody's HP or Lexmark onto cheap printer paper. even accidentally washing your pants with a 20 in the pocket will be enough to "set off" their pens. Bills made priot to 1973 also automatically fail. Because counterfeiters often use bleached, real $1 bills, not only are they vulnerable to larceny, but false positives left me and others feeling judged and unable to dose. I acquired easy to read posters and literature from the St Louis Department of Revenue for local businesses to detect counterfeit currency and distributed them to every window. They did not use them or even try the many ways the US Treasury advises to detect fake currency (microprinting, watermark, texture of raised ink, security thread, color-shifting print, etc.) Implying I have a 65 ton printing press in my basement but used a $1.99 ream from Kinko's.Speaking of money, they do not take change (coins)and nor do neighboring businesses. They also may not reinmburse you if you don't have the correct bills for exact change.Counselors are a hit and miss. I have encountered 12 steppers who are proud to treat a disease the same exact way for a near century and are quick to blame you if AA doesn't help, never the program. Even if you have been repeatedly victimized by 13th steppers. Imagine if an antibiotic failed to cure your infection. Would your doctor say you have moral failings and give you more of the same antibiotic? No. Some counselors here do know about smart recovery and other, actually helpful, programs. Do not be afraid to find someone who works.

I have been going to this place for 6 months now it's been a BIG help I feel like all the staff cares for you from the case workers to the ladies at the medication window I recommend anyone who needs help with substance abuse to give them a try .......it's been great for me 7months clean WITH GOD HELP!!!!

Just wanted to come on here and leave an update since my last review. I only have one thing to say BRING BACK Becky!!!The only reason I m giving this place a five star rating is because of Nancy, Becky! These nurses are amazing and go above and beyond. They are so overworked and at times very unappreciated by some of the clients. High five to Mark and Jeff as well these two councilors are handling very heavy caseloads but still manage to show that they love their job and want what s best for their clients. They also know how to handle the hot headed ones the reasons I could have given it a one star:Their drug lab sucks!! 50 percent of the time their results are wrong. You could be 100 percent clean and the test could come back positive. They know the lab sucks but says there is nothing they can do about it when they send it back to be retested then most of the time the true results will come back. But now they have this new rule where you have to pay 35 dollars for your test to be retested!! It s a money making scam!! They tell you the lab sucks and most of the time will get your results wrong but now wanna charge you 35 to have it sent back!??!? They know they ll make hella money! What pisses me off is for the one such as myself who are on probation, this could potentially get me in huge trouble! Thank god I get hair follicles from the state! For the love of God New Seasons GET A NEW LAB!!

Like many of us , I have been through treatment after treatment... Inpatient and outpatient... Jail, prison, and yes, institutions... Then I found this place and thank God because there are so many things about this place to love. From the counselors to the medical team and those absolutely wonderful nurses who put up with a lot of unnecessary B. S. from some of the ppl that haven't "gotten it" just yet and hopefully eventually will. Honestly, I am going to miss seeing them, Jeff, Mark, Becky and Nancy are so easy to talk to ... DON'TLIE TO THESE FOLKS, let them help you, besides they're going to know anyway...

I was here back in 2010; obviously grew up a lot since then, I enjoyed this more than school and remember it significantly, only wish that I could of been able to sit outside more.

I used to be depressed and suicidal, but now I'm only a little depressed and not suicidal at all. Tysm ilysm. And I hope you still have that picture of you. I'm crying rn if you actually respond. I really want to go back even though I'm all better. If you have any suicidal thoughts go see a counselor, or go to mercy/ hospital but only if you don't feel safe at home. Don't make suicide into a joke. It's a serious thing. Bye I love you all

Dr. Shiue is an amazing physician, she was my son's pedestrian, I remember him getting sick and i would call and she would always see him I know she worked through lunch and stayed late as well. He was 21 and no longer technically her patient but had not seen an adult Phyician and was going to be over a week to get in, I called the office with my concerns, they spoke with her and she saw him through her lunch break, Dr. Shiue also called the adult Doctor and got him in the next day, turned out he had a really bad case of pneumonia. Dr. Shiue also gave me her private cell number to call her if I needed anything. She is totally an amazing person as well as a physician, she really cares about her patients and the parents as well, she has called me after hours to follow up on my son. It was very hard to move on to an adult physician. I can not say enough about the staff and her. My son is now grown and is expecting a little one of his own and of course Dr. Shiue will be her Doctor. I trusted her with my son and now my Granddaughter 100 %. Dr. Shiue is one in a million and can't say how happy I am she will be seeing my Granddaughter

Staff is always so friendly and helpful!

They got my granddaughter in very quick. They accessed her bug bite, and it's nothing to worry about. While checking her out, the doctor noticed her throat looked like possible step throat, but luckily, it wasn't. The patient and her sister got Popsicles, which they loved, and a sticker on the way out.

I absolutely love the dental office in Wentzville! Sue does a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth. She s professional, friendly, caring, and awesome at her job! I ve recommended this place to many friends and family who have also had great experiences!

3rd floor nurses were amazing during my husband's stay. Stacey, Shaun, Joyce and all the ones that I didn't see. They were so helpful and they made my husband as comfortable as possible during his stay. You guys took great care of him. From Tayia that cleaned the room so good daily, food service and CMTs Drs and Nurses, sending all our love!

I just loved Dr C. She really listened to me and is a very compassionate person.

I have been living sober and happy for more than two years, thanks to the support I received at Mercy Behavioral Health. The therapy I received was very helpful, they gave me the necessary tools to cope with my problems, I feel very grateful to them for all the support they gave me.
