Compass Health is an under knownabout God Send..A well thought out Total Health Network, that has serving points for the total human experience... Body (Primary Care Physicians) Mind (Physchiatrics) Soul (Substance Use Disorder) "Dental" Care on Site; and maybe "Vision Care" coming in the future... They are able to go into the field with company vehicles and visit clients, and also provide rides to the headquarters for in person care and classes, which is of the utmost importance for the downtrodden and less fortunate .. My Counselor is Terra Trent, a very intelligent, wonderful sweet soul, with great insight to the human condition and a special nurturing side that always shines through her soul... My Community Support is Michelle Wapple, a more perfect job she couldnt have found... Caring and Loving and Kind, is what the job calls for, and she is that PERSONIFIED... They never make you feel like you are just a paycheck for them, and are just putting in their time till their next break and clocking out time... They should add an "ION" on to their name ... And be COMPASSION Health Network Inc. In my very humble opinion...

Wentzville, MO | Offering outpatient care for alcohol and substance abuse, SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital is located in Wentzville, Missouri. This specific outpatient program is available to those 18 years and older. They accept insurance and offer payment plans. SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital is a faith-based, substance use treatment center for adults in Wentzvill | Treatments Programs Payment Options | There are some good and some bad things that had happened during my son's admission. I will start with the bad, as it was much less, there wasn't communication between myself and any of his care team. I never really knew what was going on unless my son directly told me during his phone calls. Not knowing what they were thinking about his status and what had caused him to get to the point where he was and how we could help him was upsetting.
Now to the good, and I will say after reading other reviews I was honestly TERRIFIED for him to go there. I sat in the ER with him my stomach in knots and scared not knowing what he would endure after they took him from me. After speaking with him the first day I knew everything was going to be ok. My son told me he was ok and that everything he knew I read was not accurate. My son said as long as they followed the rules and did what was expected of them everything was fine. That he was rather shocked how much they were fed, how they were able to do group, and mostly how they were treated with respect as long as they did the same.

I am so grateful to Crossroads. I didn't know where to go to help my son. The path he was headed down was scary. Everywhere that was recommended to me would not talk to me because he was 18. Crossroads said you get him here we will take it from there. Sure enough not only did they walk my son threw getting sober. They also gave me a support group. We are almost to a year and its the best decision I ever made.
Update after being part of this program. I would not choose any where else for my family. Not only do they do outpatient. They do not throw them to the wolves after. They transition to after care. They are teaching kids how to deal with thier emotions and fears without alcohol or drugs. Do fun stuff with out drugs. Kids or young adults helping other kids or young adults through all of this.
My relationship with my son is better because of this program. I stand by my orginal decision best one I ever made!

Union, MO | Their outpatient care consists of meetings with trained counselors and case workers. There’s a wide range of approaches to choose from, including psychiatry, bioneural feedback, and transcranial magnetic stimulation for seizures and hallucinations. Meds are available if you need help with withdrawals and cravings. Peer support and group counselin | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I have been seeing Dr. Glick for approximately 2 and 1/2 years now and I seen him before too . He is an amazing doctor, is sincere, great bedside manners. He's a very caring doctor and even though he sees a lot of patience because he not only has his clinical hours but he also dedicates time to people in recovery. He is a very dedicated and passionate doctor. Who you can tell was what he does and cares about the people he treats. He always remembers his patience and does a really good job remembering what you tell him. Even if it's about things happening in your life. He goes above and beyond to care for his patients. The nursing staff that works alongside him. They are also very courteous, kind and caring. The young lady who does The scheduling for x-rays, MRI stuff like that and also looks for specialist for patients that need it. She is also very kind and sweet and goes above and beyond get you in in for whether it's just a simple x-ray all the way up to a specialist. She doesn't just get you the information to contact them. She doesn't just make you an appointment with somebody. She calls you after she finds someone and ask you if that's okay if it'll work for you and then ask you if you want the information to make the appointment or she can do it for you and as many patients as Dr. Glicks's sees I'm sure there's quite a few that need an x-ray or something so she is just as busy but still takes the time out with each patient to make sure that what they need is taken care of. So to me she also goes above and beyond to help. His nurse's even though it's not their job to schedule you an appointment under certain circumstances they will help and schedule you an appointment back, especially. If it's a short notice appointment and you are already a patient there. If you're not a patient at compass health with Dr. Glick It takes about 30 days to get your first appointment, but it is well worth the wait. If you a good doctor who loves his job cares for his patients, then the 30-day wait is nothing. If you need a recovery doctor he is amazing there too. He really cares a lot about your recovery and wants to see you succeed and will help get you to where you need to be. He's not judgmental nor is his staff of nurses or or any other person that works in the office. Whatever their job may be, you don't feel judged. They have a portal for patients so once you become a patient you are able to access the patient portal. Leave a message for the doctor or the nurse, whichever you may need to leave at for , even the scheduler does all the like I said scheduling for x-rays and imaging services, etc. You leave a message and they'll get back to you as soon as they can. It normally never takes more than a couple days. Even if you live in St. Louis, rather it's the city or the county the compass health he is at is in Union Missouri but it is worth it for the drive. If you're on Medicaid they will. If you call transportation get you there with transportation. I would say always tell them if your appointment's at 10:00 a.m. Tell them 9:45 9:50 because they're sometimes getting there late. Another good thing about him is if you're your late as long as you're not habitually late every appointment you tell the receptionist to get his nurse. He will still see you. So don't not go and if you have an appointment behind because the odds are you're still going to get seen. Especially coming along the ways and having to use medical transportation. They understand that compass health Union Missouri is a great place. I haven't been to their dentist our mental health there, but the staff I've seen for both have all been very respectful. Polite and helpful with the people seeing them I've took someone to The compass health wentzville from what I have seen and I've never seen the doctors or anything there. I just took and in-law there for mental health and the staff that I did see were helpful in courteous. I don't know about the actors. But I do highly recommend compass health Union Missouri.

This place was all about helping others get to the starting point in your life to see there is life out there without drugs if you want it that bad you can have it . Even though I left there and I relapsed 4 years ago that was my choice that I made because I wasn't ready then . Now I'm thriving ,sober ,have my kids back in my life ,and a new baby girl . This place made a big impact on my life that's why I'm writing this review 4 years later after I left. Some of the staffs inspiring stories and words is what got me to where I am today and I'm very thankful for that. Recovery will only work if u let it and it's hard work but yout have to put in the work to get in life you want to go . Don't give up . Queen of Peace gave me the tools to save myself from alcohol addiction. Overall, I found the staff to be dedicated, hardworking, and compassionate.
It’s scary admitting you need help with an addiction, especially when you realize you need inpatient treatment. I had a tough time adjusting at first (ended up with 8! roommates in 2 months) but the counselors, peer support staff, and BHTs were always understanding, and supportive. Having access to the beautiful chapel was a blessing as well.
The outpatient program is just as helpful as inpatient. It’s the perfect way to transition back to your “new” normal life.

Missouri is ranked 29th nationwide in terms of addiction treatment affordability, with an average cost of addiction treatment of $56,782.
The costs of drug and alcohol rehab in Missouri vary widely and depend on several factors, including:
The costs of addiction treatment listed for cities and states are averages based on the cost of the treatment types listed above. These averages are high due to the cost of medical detoxification and residential inpatient rehab programs.
These numbers also reflect the raw cost of drug rehab, before any insurance coverage. The typical individual seeking addiction treatment can expect to pay much less for outpatient or intensive outpatient services than the averages listed below.
There are many ways to pay for drug rehab in Missouri. Most treatment centers accept cash or self-payment, as well as private health insurance. However, there are many treatment centers in Missouri that accept Medicaid and Medicare, or offer sliding scale payments or other low-cost payment options. Here’s the complete breakdown of how to pay for addiction treatment in Missouri.
