They are all very friendly, understanding, and even got me in quickly when I missed an appointment. Natasha is awesome nurse Bethany is great and the drs, therapists, front desk, and counselors are all really friendly and as accommodating as they can be! I’d recommend this facility if you’re looking for services and want the help you will find it here! They even have a ping pong table in the day room. a good experience every time overall. Very pleased with the care and concern I am receiving from Dr. Thripura Thirtala. She asks me questions that make me think 🤔 which help her determine the best medications and self care practices I should be doing. She is a delight to work with. I would like to address an unfortunate situation. The text message I received to do this review came at 2:53 am on a Saturday morning. THIS IS NOT PREFERRED!! I have issues with sleep anyway…receiving that text message that early really messed with my day. PLEASE adjust your system to NOT do that again.

Very happy with all the knowledge I left here with. The accommodations are pretty good (only recovery place I've been). But others who have been to others, mentioned how much better this place is. Just keep in mind you are going there to focus on you. Absorb all the group information and take notes. The staff os all amazing!

The staff at the Aviary, particularly the wonderful nurses, were a crucial factor in my experience. The program's structure is solid if you listen, learn and keep an open mind. The group experience was average, although some were much better than others. All in all, I am very grateful that I found a place to heal and clear my mind. I have to say the food is average, and the "barn" needs central air. I had to leave a few times because of the heat. However, I needed help, and I found it here.

Dr. Shiue is an amazing physician, she was my son's pedestrian, I remember him getting sick and i would call and she would always see him I know she worked through lunch and stayed late as well. He was 21 and no longer technically her patient but had not seen an adult Phyician and was going to be over a week to get in, I called the office with my concerns, they spoke with her and she saw him through her lunch break, Dr. Shiue also called the adult Doctor and got him in the next day, turned out he had a really bad case of pneumonia. Dr. Shiue also gave me her private cell number to call her if I needed anything. She is totally an amazing person as well as a physician, she really cares about her patients and the parents as well, she has called me after hours to follow up on my son. It was very hard to move on to an adult physician. I can not say enough about the staff and her. My son is now grown and is expecting a little one of his own and of course Dr. Shiue will be her Doctor. I trusted her with my son and now my Granddaughter 100 %. Dr. Shiue is one in a million and can't say how happy I am she will be seeing my Granddaughter

They got my granddaughter in very quick. They accessed her bug bite, and it's nothing to worry about. While checking her out, the doctor noticed her throat looked like possible step throat, but luckily, it wasn't. The patient and her sister got Popsicles, which they loved, and a sticker on the way out.

The mental health program here is absolutely wonderful. The staff is compassionate and sincerely care about their patients. My nurses Bob, Alyssa, Jennifer, Annie, Jordan (and many more overnight nurses as well as doctors) were absolutely the best!! The recreational therapist Elisa was literally sunshine in human form.

I was hospitalized here for a week. I was desperate and about to take my own life. This place, and the staff truly saved me. I know I was a much easier case than many of my fellow patients, but without the staff and the doctors help to stabilize my mental health and medication, I may not be here today.
If you're struggling mentally, the fact that they have a mental health emergency room is SO SIGNIFICANT. My experience with the staff, the facilities, even the food was so much better than I ever expected.

I am a former client who is grateful today that a place like this exists. The staff showed me nothing but love and support. I chose to not take the opportunity of strengthing my leadership quality they presented me with at that time. But, in doing so I now have a beautiful wife coming up on 5 years of marriage and 2 gorgeous daughters to fit. The Farm changed my life and is breathtaking. Out on this beautiful hill they have a great big old Hickory Tree that is split straight down the middle by a bolt of lightning. I am a recovering IV heroin addict, I have struggled with maintaining sobriety and managing bipolar and anxiety. I have been going here for a few years now and I have been able to stay clean with MAT and consistently manage my mental health. I have seen a few different providers in my time there but they have all been amazing! I feel heard and safe and every there has your best interest in mind. I look forward to my appointment every month. Everyone from the receptionists to the pharmacy and providers are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I cannot say a single negative thing about a single person I've met at this clinic! I've been a patient at the MAT clinic for almost a year and everyone I've encountered has been not only supportive but an exceptional example of humanity. Keep an open mind when reading reviews. There are hundreds of people that come to this clinic. There has to be rules in place and some are not going to be understanding or appreciative. Especially in today's society where everything is supposed to be gift wrapped with a smile. This facility treats the most difficult conditions society faces and they do an excellent job of it. I started going to Centerstone for alcohol addiction. I've received SO much support them!! A lot more than going to meetings. Everyone is so friendly and caring. Chris J is my counselor and he is great as well as Kaitlin who runs the Friday Harm Reduction group. I would highly recommend Centerstone to anyone facing challenges with addiction.

Queen of Peace gave me the tools to save myself from alcohol addiction. Overall, I found the staff to be dedicated, hardworking, and compassionate.
It’s scary admitting you need help with an addiction, especially when you realize you need inpatient treatment. I had a tough time adjusting at first (ended up with 8! roommates in 2 months) but the counselors, peer support staff, and BHTs were always understanding, and supportive. Having access to the beautiful chapel was a blessing as well.
The outpatient program is just as helpful as inpatient. It’s the perfect way to transition back to your “new” normal life.

I have been going to Comtrea for years And they are amazing. Always extremely helpful kind courteous and caring. They have helped me in so many different ways I can't even explain how thankful that I am for them. Without Comtrea I'm not sure how my life would be today thank you very much for all of your help everybody the staff and doctors are all wonderful. I love this place, because it helps me love myself. get to know myself. it's really a growing spot people can really grow here( spiritually , mentally and physically) when you're on drugs you know you stuck! now you lie to yourself and you don't even know it. you know they help me recognize my lies in me. the way you think backwards sometimes you know; I used to think they were good and I like them in the matter is that are not good for me and they never had been. it' s taken relationship my friends my kids . They teach me how to gain my dignity back my respect for me and others. how I can be balanced I'm learning not to drink from my lower self but my higher self as like what would your God. It's about being a better person that I was contagious for and keep that going and growing.
