I have been to other locations specifically a neighboring county and I would say the Troy location has gone above and beyond my expectations based on my previous experiences in other locations. They are all very friendly, understanding, and even got me in quickly when I missed an appointment. Natasha is awesome nurse Bethany is great and the drs, therapists, front desk, and counselors are all really friendly and as accommodating as they can be! I’d recommend this facility if you’re looking for services and want the help you will find it here! They even have a ping pong table in the day room. a good experience every time overall. They are all very friendly, understanding, and even got me in quickly when I missed an appointment. I had an amazing experience here at The Aviary. The staff were very helpful & knowledgeable. Like any other in-patient place, if you treat the staff with respect, they will return the favor. I liked the fact that they would hire former clients who were living in recovery. It was motivating to me. I would never want to return as a client, but defiantly as an employee!!

Very happy with all the knowledge I left here with. The accommodations are pretty good (only recovery place I've been). But others who have been to others, mentioned how much better this place is. Just keep in mind you are going there to focus on you. Absorb all the group information and take notes. The staff os all amazing!

They are able to go into the field with company vehicles and visit clients, and also provide rides to the headquarters for in person care and classes, which is of the utmost importance for the downtrodden and less fortunate .. My Counselor is Terra Trent, a very intelligent, wonderful sweet soul, with great insight to the human condition and a special nurturing side that always shines through her soul... My Community Support is Michelle Wapple, a more perfect job she couldnt have found... Caring and Loving and Kind, is what the job calls for, and she is that PERSONIFIED... They never make you feel like you are just a paycheck for them, and are just putting in their time till their next break and clocking out time... They should add an "ION" on to their name ... Dr. Shiue is an amazing physician, she was my son's pedestrian, I remember him getting sick and i would call and she would always see him I know she worked through lunch and stayed late as well. He was 21 and no longer technically her patient but had not seen an adult Phyician and was going to be over a week to get in, I called the office with my concerns, they spoke with her and she saw him through her lunch break, Dr. Shiue also called the adult Doctor and got him in the next day, turned out he had a really bad case of pneumonia. Dr. Shiue also gave me her private cell number to call her if I needed anything. She is totally an amazing person as well as a physician, she really cares about her patients and the parents as well, she has called me after hours to follow up on my son. It was very hard to move on to an adult physician. I can not say enough about the staff and her. My son is now grown and is expecting a little one of his own and of course Dr. Shiue will be her Doctor. I trusted her with my son and now my Granddaughter 100 %. Dr. Shiue is one in a million and can't say how happy I am she will be seeing my Granddaughter

They got my granddaughter in very quick. They accessed her bug bite, and it's nothing to worry about. While checking her out, the doctor noticed her throat looked like possible step throat, but luckily, it wasn't. The patient and her sister got Popsicles, which they loved, and a sticker on the way out.

There are some good and some bad things that had happened during my son's admission. I will start with the bad, as it was much less, there wasn't communication between myself and any of his care team. I never really knew what was going on unless my son directly told me during his phone calls. Not knowing what they were thinking about his status and what had caused him to get to the point where he was and how we could help him was upsetting.
Now to the good, and I will say after reading other reviews I was honestly TERRIFIED for him to go there. I sat in the ER with him my stomach in knots and scared not knowing what he would endure after they took him from me. After speaking with him the first day I knew everything was going to be ok. My son told me he was ok and that everything he knew I read was not accurate. My son said as long as they followed the rules and did what was expected of them everything was fine. That he was rather shocked how much they were fed, how they were able to do group, and mostly how they were treated with respect as long as they did the same.

The mental health program here is absolutely wonderful. The staff is compassionate and sincerely care about their patients. My nurses Bob, Alyssa, Jennifer, Annie, Jordan (and many more overnight nurses as well as doctors) were absolutely the best!! The recreational therapist Elisa was literally sunshine in human form.

I am a former client who is grateful today that a place like this exists. The staff showed me nothing but love and support. I chose to not take the opportunity of strengthing my leadership quality they presented me with at that time. But, in doing so I now have a beautiful wife coming up on 5 years of marriage and 2 gorgeous daughters to fit. The Farm changed my life and is breathtaking. Out on this beautiful hill they have a great big old Hickory Tree that is split straight down the middle by a bolt of lightning. This place gave me insight into myself that to this day I can recognize thanks to Mr. Chris, Ms. Chels,Mrs. Chelsea, Rockin Rob, Ms. Chenoa, Mr. Bob of course Mr. CLINT and lastly Ms. KAT. This place was all about helping others get to the starting point in your life to see there is life out there without drugs if you want it that bad you can have it . Even though I left there and I relapsed 4 years ago that was my choice that I made because I wasn't ready then . Now I'm thriving ,sober ,have my kids back in my life ,and a new baby girl . This place made a big impact on my life that's why I'm writing this review 4 years later after I left. Some of the staffs inspiring stories and words is what got me to where I am today and I'm very thankful for that. Recovery will only work if u let it and it's hard work but yout have to put in the work to get in life you want to go . Don't give up . I would be lieing if I said recovery is easy but one day u will wake up and realize it gets easier u just got to.want it and put 100% in to get it

I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for these great people . After twenty years of opiate /heroin addiction I'm almost two years with absolutely no opiates ! They saved my life . No withdrawals!!

I am a recovering IV heroin addict, I have struggled with maintaining sobriety and managing bipolar and anxiety. I have been going here for a few years now and I have been able to stay clean with MAT and consistently manage my mental health. I have seen a few different providers in my time there but they have all been amazing! I feel heard and safe and every there has your best interest in mind. I look forward to my appointment every month. Everyone from the receptionists to the pharmacy and providers are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I cannot say a single negative thing about a single person I've met at this clinic! I've been a patient at the MAT clinic for almost a year and everyone I've encountered has been not only supportive but an exceptional example of humanity. Keep an open mind when reading reviews. There are hundreds of people that come to this clinic. There has to be rules in place and some are not going to be understanding or appreciative. Especially in today's society where everything is supposed to be gift wrapped with a smile. This facility treats the most difficult conditions society faces and they do an excellent job of it. They actually care and exceed expectations when compared to other similar facilities in the area. Thank you centerstone!

Queen of Peace gave me the tools to save myself from alcohol addiction. Overall, I found the staff to be dedicated, hardworking, and compassionate.
It’s scary admitting you need help with an addiction, especially when you realize you need inpatient treatment. I had a tough time adjusting at first (ended up with 8! roommates in 2 months) but the counselors, peer support staff, and BHTs were always understanding, and supportive. Having access to the beautiful chapel was a blessing as well.
The outpatient program is just as helpful as inpatient. It’s the perfect way to transition back to your “new” normal life.

I have been going to Comtrea for years And they are amazing. Always extremely helpful kind courteous and caring. They have helped me in so many different ways I can't even explain how thankful that I am for them. Without Comtrea I'm not sure how my life would be today thank you very much for all of your help everybody the staff and doctors are all wonderful. I love this place, because it helps me love myself. get to know myself. it's really a growing spot people can really grow here( spiritually , mentally and physically) when you're on drugs you know you stuck! now you lie to yourself and you don't even know it. you know they help me recognize my lies in me. the way you think backwards sometimes you know; I used to think they were good and I like them in the matter is that are not good for me and they never had been. it' s taken relationship my friends my kids . They teach me how to gain my dignity back my respect for me and others. how I can be balanced I'm learning not to drink from my lower self but my higher self as like what would your God. It's about being a better person that I was contagious for and keep that going and growing.
