Therapy staff is top notch, knowledgeable and friendly. Nursing staff is excellent and caring. The Doctors take the time to explain what is going on and actually listen to your fears or concerns. I didn't meet one staff member from any department that wasn't helpful and friendly. There was a comfortable, friendly report with the other patients. I was hesitant at first but glad I went . I hit a deer on my motorcycle at high speed and had several injuries with only able to bear weight on my left hand and arm.The staff are very caring and helpful. When I got there I could hardly slide on a slide board and needed help getting dressed and within a week and a half I was dressing myself transferring to shower, toilet and bed all by myself. Very happy with the program and the staff at rusk.

The service is always great here. Never have to wait more than 10 minutes to get seen for scheduled appointments. The doctors and physicians are very knowledgeable. The front desk is also great at answering questions. I also like how they mail your prescriptions to you. They have a great staff.

I have been to other locations specifically a neighboring county and I would say the Troy location has gone above and beyond my expectations based on my previous experiences in other locations. They are all very friendly, understanding, and even got me in quickly when I missed an appointment. Natasha is awesome nurse Bethany is great and the drs, therapists, front desk, and counselors are all really friendly and as accommodating as they can be! I’d recommend this facility if you’re looking for services and want the help you will find it here! They even have a ping pong table in the day room. a good experience every time overall. Amazing helpful understanding staff including directors, physician, nurses, case workers, house workers, managers and therapist. I am blessed beyond words that a hospital case worker in Springfield knew about their residential facility and program and encouraged her application. I'm so grateful that the staff accepted my daughter into their program. After almost one year in the facility the change in my daughters behavior, lifestyle, attitude is 100% improved. I was a patient at their clinic in Jefferson City, MO, located at 227 Metro Drive for one year. During that time, I was seeing a psychiatrist, a therapist, a nurse, and 2 Peer Support Specialists. I was always treated very well. I just loved my care team.
