Despite some of the negative comments on here I had to check this place out for myself and I am so happy I did. I've been through very rough and bumpy times as every goes through. But there were some things I can't get through on my own so I reached out for help to this company and I don't regret it. They're very helpful and welcoming group of people. I've tried a few methadone clinics, this one is the best I've seen. They do have a few rules that seem rather stupid, but they have gov oversight, so ya have to deal with that kind of BS anywhere you go. They are definitely the nicest and the friendliest out of all the ones T have been to.
Update... the staff that you interact with i.e. the counclers and the nurses are definitely very nice and appear to be honestly intrested in the clients wellbeing, however it took a few months...like 6 or 8 months for the office staff to get my VA insurance worked out and I had to pay cash in the meantime. That was over 2 years ago and they still have not re-embersed a single Penney however I verified with the Va the were paid twice once by me and once by the Va. Should be a law against that sort of thing. I believe it is called fraudulent billing.... If they end up owning you money don't expect to see it soon...however if you owe them and can not pay the will start detoxing you, they did to me when I told them I get paid in 3 days ... they detoxed me for those 3 days. Good luck if you have no other options.

Great place. Great counclers. Clean. They have clean bathrooms. Very friendly staff. They have the new check in mobile system so it saves your spot in line. They are fair. Some of the rules are a little silky but they don't set those, Corporate does. So it's not the staffs fault at this location. They probably saved my life. The doctors is very helpful and understanding. She listens. The nurse is a godsend. And the counclers are top of the line.

Really good facility and has helped more than any place I’ve ever received help/treatment. Great staff, really clean place, helpful and productive caregiving. They teach communication skills, learning respectful and affective manners, self control and ability to be aware, mindful and insightful of self and others around us. And most importantly help the kids learn how to utilize resources and choose to control as well as contributing patience to set goals to let things take time needed. As well as maintaining the idea to be active in being responsible by having chores and set routines. Workers throughout always act on situations in needs and impact the clients and their views because of their true genuine positivity in they’re methods. They always have consistent, structured groups and activities, constantly making sure the kids have fun. Consistently giving engaging life skills and how to function in an everyday life in the outside world. Full of good energy, love, compassion, kindness, reliable, consideration towards each client, but still holding ground to teach kids to take no for an answer, showing and modeling negative, hateful, disrespectful or ignorant behaviors are not acceptable. The clinic itself is great. However, I cannot ever get someone from the medical records department to ever call me back or get my medical records sent to another doctor. It’s ridiculous.
Also, they charge you for smoking cessation discussions but NEVER talk about it during the visit. If they had, I’d have told them to stop & im not paying for it. This is called up-coding and is illegal.

The counselors Sarah and Mr. Fuget are the best counselor hands down and feel everyone knows Dr Kulkarni is the best. When Sarah left to go to the children's side I was worried about who my new counselor would be and Mr. Fuget delivered. I have meet even Doctors here that had no compassion but these 3 are seriously heaven sent humans!

This place is really a good place. Most of the old reviews on here were from the past. We got a new director and she is doing her absolute best. This place is of course isn't perfect, and it is under a lot of work. The staff have their days, and us clients don't help situations because we aren't the easiest to work with. Most reviews for this place isn't right it's children trying to hurt the company because they did their job.

Reading the other reviews made me worry about sending my kid here, but our experience was much different. I felt they took good care of my kid. Communication was great. Visits were easy and enjoyable. The family safety plan helped us understand why this happened. They gave us resources to help prevent this from happening again.

I see Dr. Karim. I have for a few years now, and I really like him. I do not feel rushed when I see him, and I feel that when I have concerns or questions, that he takes the time to answer them fully.
The issues I have are more in regard to attempting to contact the practice by telephone. It can be tough especially during early morning or other peak phone times.
While their website has good information on it, I wish they would incorporate some sort of portal, to handle the more routine non-emergency requests between the patient and provider.
