Compass health is amazing. They have done wonders helping me. They are very supportive, and they truly do care about you and your health, whether it's mental issues, depression or addiction. They are there to help and support you however you need.

The front reception desk team is friendly , attentive and helpful. I have never felt so seen , welcomed and accepted. The NP I saw was so down to earth and understanding. My therapist was genuine and I truly felt heard. After a horrible experience with another facility with Burrell I came here, and I’m so glad I did. Courtney , Hannah and Tanner are all amazing team members here. I’m very sad to be moving again, and leaving their care. But I won’t forget the kindness and generosity I experienced here. Thank you all so much for what you do. I wish I could send everyone here. So warm , welcoming and inviting. Snacks , water and charging stations and vending machines in the lobby really make a difference for people who are waiting on rides or waiting in between appointments. I can’t say enough good things. Thanks again y’all.

They r super nice good staff. Great program With a nice environment and I would highly recommend anybody that needs help to go to Phoenix, Program they offer a treatment that’s unlike others because they’re very compassionate and most of the workers have addiction almost all of them either are addicts or alcoholics or their spouses or their family which helps the classes relate more to us and what we’re going through thank you to the Phoenix program for saving my life

The staff was great. I got the assistance and treatment I needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone searching for a better way. The level of care they provide is top notch. You are welcomed in like family and treated with respect by people that really care.

Phoenix is an exceptional treatment center for those ready for change. Committed clients receive unmatched support from a dedicated staff who prepare them to rejoin society effectively. Though there might be a wait for a bed date, the program’s benefits are worth it. Highly recommended for anyone struggling with addiction.

The service is always great here. Never have to wait more than 10 minutes to get seen for scheduled appointments. The doctors and physicians are very knowledgeable. The front desk is also great at answering questions. I also like how they mail your prescriptions to you. They have a great staff.

I absolutely love this pharmacy! All staff are so nice and helpful and are willing to do whatever it takes to get you, your medications and the wait is not long at all. After a few short moments they generally have your medications ready and are sending you on your way out the door. Very clean and professional environment. I have never had a problem coming here to get my medications refilled. I'll definitely be continually coming to this pharmacy for my medication refills! 💊

So I just want to say this and hope they all see it but heather Rosa and melaine u guys are amazing u listen to me this last week as I cried been super emotional u guys have helped me thru some really tough stuff this week and u didn't judge u didn't do anything but care and support me give me best advice what I'm dealing with and telling me options and ways to get thru it all I truly am blessed with u guys I may not work with Rosa but if Heather or Melanie are over booked it's Rosa to rescue and she used be my old caseworker everyone has there different ways how they handle stuff but each of these ladies are amazing and helpful me so much and they deserve to see a positive and how it truly helps me get thru what I'm dealing with I appreciate u all and hope u guys have truly blessed day and u guys truly care about ur clients

I feel very confident with the care and support my son is getting here. All hands on deck feeling, everyone is polite, the dr is very educated and looks out for the best interest of my son. Highly recommend Susan.

Truly this is amazing place I had so many workers who truly cared and listen just recently I went through some really hard stuff and my caseworker let me cry to him and was there and knew excatly how to be support these people truly aren't in it for money but I truly see they are there to be support and show compassion to the clients make sure there needs are met

The dentist and his assistants are really friendly. Great experience!

The scheduling still needs some work. I was seen today and the dental hygienist was very nice.

Other than having to wait forever to get an extraction or filling, they are great!!! So friendly and kind.

The prison stripes were a bit much but as a whole it was more pleasant than technically necessary.

The staff are amazing and Jesus and the Phoenix house saved my life.

I was in this program in September 2022. This place saved my life! It was only the beginning of my recovery. I'm now 70 days clean and sober thank you so much Phoenix house!!

Despite some of the negative comments on here I had to check this place out for myself and I am so happy I did. I've been through very rough and bumpy times as every goes through. But there were some things I can't get through on my own so I reached out for help to this company and I don't regret it. They're very helpful and welcoming group of people. I'm so glad I didn't listen to the negative comments about them. Thank all of you at North Central and keep up the hard work helping others like me.
