Truly this is amazing place I had so many workers who truly cared and listen just recently I went through some really hard stuff and my caseworker let me cry to him and was there and knew excatly how to be support these people truly aren't in it for money but I truly see they are there to be support and show compassion to the clients make sure there needs are met

I'm a chronic relapser and have been to Valley Hope several times. My relapses had nothing to do with Valley Hope and the care they provided. It just wasn't my time yet. I love Atchison Valley Hope. The staff are A+. They genuinely care about the patients while there and after their discharge. I get calls from my counselors and case workers periodically just to see how I'm doing. It's more than collecting an insurance check with them. I finally took their advice and went to php and iop, in addition to an addiction counselor. I'm 65 years old and sober for the first time in a very long time. There's no treatment center that's going to keep you sober or drug free. It takes work, but at AVH they will provide a serious reboot for your future.

Current Inpatient resident who would like to say I came with much trepidation and anxiety. All of which I was able to shed easily on account of the staff and friendly fellow residents. Not in any small part because of Kerry (think I spelled that right) in detox, because she is @$$@ ing hilarious, and made me feel a lot better. I mean, guys, it’s rehab.. ;) But this is a very good rehab. Admins listen.
EDIT: It took guys.. It really took this time. I shed the $&!t colored goggles. And the world is vivid.. bright.. and while i honestly believed I'd be dead by now... In reality I'm happier than I think I ever have been. I couldn't see it back then.

I first came here in 2012 when I had moved here. I knew no one and was suggested trying this doctor phycility. Have always had kind, professional service with most everyone. I have loved my Primary doctors and Pa's, NP's and now my eye doctor I have seen here in the last year. I especially have loved the gynocology department and Dr Rengachary, who is now retired, but they are still very nice, thorough and caring.
I now see Dr Alma Navato as my Primary Care, adult medicine doctor.
I really love having her as my doctor as she is very kind, patient, caring, and thorough and does address all my concerns and health needs with true concern and patience and care.❤️💯

This place helped me rebuild from the ground up. They brought back structure, gave me space to mentor younger folks, and let me move my body again. Depression hit hard, but they knew how to support that too. Not perfect, but it gave me my purpose back.

Finding a place that saw all of me meant everything. The staff respected my pronouns, and therapy felt safe and real. Art groups helped me speak without words. The food was just ok, but the care? Deeply human. I wish there were more gender-inclusive spaces like this. It wasn’t perfect but it was healing, and that’s what I needed. I walked out stronger, finally feeling seen.

Words are so inadequate to express the level of gratitude that I have for Taylor and the staff at MRC. Prior to meeting Taylor, I felt terrified and helpless not knowing how to help my daughter. Taylor not only took the time to speak with me and explain the need for a recovery program for her, but he came to the hospital and spoke with her personally. Sharing his story with her and his words of encouragement helped to convince her that she needed a recovery program to overcome an alcohol dependency. We were very impressed with the personal attention that our loved one received. One on one therapy, group therapy, AA/NA meetings, free time, etc,. The front reception desk team is friendly , attentive and helpful. I have never felt so seen , welcomed and accepted. The NP I saw was so down to earth and understanding. My therapist was genuine and I truly felt heard. After a horrible experience with another facility with Burrell I came here, and I’m so glad I did. Courtney , Hannah and Tanner are all amazing team members here. I’m very sad to be moving again, and leaving their care. But I won’t forget the kindness and generosity I experienced here. This hospital did such a great job when I brought my husband into the ER last Thursday night, when he was exhibiting signs of a stroke. They got him treated very quickly, explained what the diagnosis and the associated treatment were, and transferred him to a local hospital that has a stroke center. The medical staff at the other hospital were very impressed at how quickly he was treated at Cass Regional Medical Center, and attributed his quick recovery to their initial treatment (my husband walked out of the ICU at the other hospital on Saturday with very minimal symptoms resulting from the stroke). We're very grateful to Cass Regional for their quick and knowledgeable actions, we believe they were a major factor in my husband's very swift recovery!

I was taken back quickly, they were extremely busy however the nurses & nurse practioner were on top of it. I was treated with respect. I received great and the issue was resolved in 3-4 hours. 10 of 10 across the boatd.
