The front reception desk team is friendly , attentive and helpful. I have never felt so seen , welcomed and accepted. The NP I saw was so down to earth and understanding. My therapist was genuine and I truly felt heard. After a horrible experience with another facility with Burrell I came here, and I’m so glad I did. Courtney , Hannah and Tanner are all amazing team members here. I’m very sad to be moving again, and leaving their care. But I won’t forget the kindness and generosity I experienced here. Thank you all so much for what you do. I wish I could send everyone here.
So warm , welcoming and inviting. Snacks , water and charging stations and vending machines in the lobby really make a difference for people who are waiting on rides or waiting in between appointments. I can’t say enough good things. Thanks again y’all.

This place for me was a good experience I was in here for 6 months and they gave me everything I need and some of what I wanted everything that went bad was not on them it was either other patients or the foster care system the only thing that I didn't like is they gave my a new anti depression med and now I have permanent lock jaw from it but again that's not necessarily there fault

Truly this is amazing place I had so many workers who truly cared and listen just recently I went through some really hard stuff and my caseworker let me cry to him and was there and knew excatly how to be support these people truly aren't in it for money but I truly see they are there to be support and show compassion to the clients make sure there needs are met

The staff is friendly and the other patients are generally kind and supportive. Good sense of community here.
The doctor I had seemed to really know what he's doing, as the medication he added not only stabilized my mood pretty well, but it also seems to be helping with my extremely debilitating ME/CFS. This is so unexpected and life altering. Thank you; I finally have hope again.

Dr. Patterson is an amazing provider and a truly caring person who goes above and beyond for every patient he sees. He made sure my potassium was monitored closely even when I didn't. He has gone out of his way to make sure I was safe and even took care of my son when he had a rash that wouldn't go away on it's own. He is a kind, caring and wonderful doctor! With a nice environment and I would highly recommend anybody that needs help to go to Phoenix, Program they offer a treatment that’s unlike others because they’re very compassionate and most of the workers have addiction almost all of them either are addicts or alcoholics or their spouses or their family which helps the classes relate more to us and what we’re going through thank you to the Phoenix program for saving my life

Phoenix is an exceptional treatment center for those ready for change. Committed clients receive unmatched support from a dedicated staff who prepare them to rejoin society effectively. Can’t say enough good things about Compass in general, but what made me write this review specifically is one of your psychologists, Cody Bond. As someone who’s seen multiple therapists and psychologists over the course of the last 10 years, Cody is the most notable one I’ve ever had and I’m so thankful for him and everything he’s done for me. Cody’s not just a great psychologist, but a great person in general and he’s never once made me feel dismissed or unheard. I’ve never cried like I lost a family member over losing my psychologist/therapist like I have today. I’m so happy for Cody and his future endeavors but I’m so sad that I’m losing him. Compass has a good one in Cody Bond and I’m so happy to see Compass recognizing him for what he does. He definitely deserves this. Cody, if you see this, thank you so much and have a wonderful life!!! 🤗
