This place for me was a good experience I was in here for 6 months and they gave me everything I need and some of what I wanted everything that went bad was not on them it was either other patients or the foster care system the only thing that I didn't like is they gave my a new anti depression med and now I have permanent lock jaw from it but again that's not necessarily there fault

I absolutely love this pharmacy! All staff are so nice and helpful and are willing to do whatever it takes to get you, your medications and the wait is not long at all. After a few short moments they generally have your medications ready and are sending you on your way out the door. Very clean and professional environment. I have never had a problem coming here to get my medications refilled. I'll definitely be continually coming to this pharmacy for my medication refills! 💊

The front reception desk team is friendly , attentive and helpful. I have never felt so seen , welcomed and accepted. The NP I saw was so down to earth and understanding. My therapist was genuine and I truly felt heard. After a horrible experience with another facility with Burrell I came here, and I’m so glad I did. Courtney , Hannah and Tanner are all amazing team members here. I’m very sad to be moving again, and leaving their care. But I won’t forget the kindness and generosity I experienced here. Thank you all so much for what you do. I wish I could send everyone here. So warm , welcoming and inviting. Snacks , water and charging stations and vending machines in the lobby really make a difference for people who are waiting on rides or waiting in between appointments. I can’t say enough good things. Thanks again y’all.

He LISTENS and does not RUSH and takes time to answer your questions!!! And let me say--He cares about his patients.!!!! You can talk to him and he cares!! And He will recommend or refer you to great people only if his personal expertise cannot { but very rare }He knows who they are - And will do his best if needed. His care and all staff and expertise Is by far the best!!! I care about my health-- Don't you?anyone reading? I feel secure and trust all his decision. I will never ever go to another doctor again. I feel like a patient and not a number and not rushed or waiting for ever -- way beyond my appt time-- His advise and treatments have made me able to get out and enjoy life the best I can.. Dr. Patterson is an amazing provider and a truly caring person who goes above and beyond for every patient he sees. He made sure my potassium was monitored closely even when I didn't. He has gone out of his way to make sure I was safe and even took care of my son when he had a rash that wouldn't go away on it's own. He is a kind, caring and wonderful doctor! My daughter is currently attending CALO in Lake Ozark. First of all, the setting is absolutely beautiful. Most of the staff are truly amazing—caring, supportive, and dedicated to the students’ growth. As with any program, there are always a few individuals who could work a little harder, smarter, or with more kindness, but overall, the staff makes a huge difference. My daughter has made tremendous progress in some areas, while growth in others has been slower—but this is expected in such a complex journey. The therapists working with both students and families have been instrumental in helping us uncover and heal from past trauma. The parent retreats that the therapists run are wonderful and have helped us grow closer. One of the most unique and impactful aspects of CALO is the canine therapy program. Each girl has the opportunity to work with a Golden Retriever, and these dogs have proven to be a tremendous source of comfort and healing. They provide steady, nonjudgmental support and play a crucial role in helping with attachment challenges and anxiety. Unfortunately, the director for the teen girls has been the opposite of supportive. She has been consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful when it comes to assisting us and other parents in finding resources for life after CALO. This lack of professionalism and unwillingness to guide families through discharge planning directly undermines the progress the students make while in treatment. For a program that emphasizes lifelong healing, the director’s attitude is both shocking and disappointing, and it leaves parents feeling abandoned at one of the most critical stages of their child’s recovery. While we are grateful for the opportunities and healing that CALO has provided, families deserve leadership that is just as committed to the success of students after discharge as it is to their progress during treatment.

This facility is wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. They also employ many in recovery that really help you to picture things on the “other side”. I felt fully supported in my recovery. The classes and guest speakers really helped to prepare me for my life after addiction. The massages and other perks didn’t hurt either.

my time at Synergy has been the most impactful and rewarding experience of my life. before walking through the doors, i could not comprehend that freedom from addiction was available for me. it is the hardest thing ever to willingly sit with, and work through everything that’s been holding us down for so long. i’m glad that Synergy is where i got to do just that. every second was worth it because of the freedom that i get to experience now. the staff is very supportive and heavily equipped to handle the things that people walk in here with. it is clear that the staff cares about the person as a whole and not just their addiction. the facility is incredible and truly feels like home. that alone makes the healing process feel slightly less heavy. truly, Synergy is the best place to begin your recovery journey. GO TO REHAB!!
