Amazing place! Wish I could've stayed longer. I met some awesome people there! The cabins are clean and cozy. They're like hotel rooms without a TV. Special shout out to Kelly, Arielle, Jordan, Star, Johnny, Scott, and all the other desk staff, nurses, kitchen staff, ( I gained 10 lbs while I was there from all the good stuff) and housekeeping staff. I was at Valley Hope for 30 days in January 2023. I desperately needed rehab and because I wasn t covered by insurance had to pay for my treatment. It was, without a doubt, the best money I have ever spent and I would do it again without hesitation. Valley Hope gave me the tools I needed to live a life free from alcohol. The staff are ALL wonderful and caring. I love Valley Hope!!!!

We enjoyed our stay! We had caring helpful staff! The privacy for each patient is takin seriously. I would highly recommend coming here because they allow husband and wife, your phone, and they provide the successful lectures to help u make it out in the real world. Their food is relatively good quality, and the portions are more than u may need. They provide medicated assistance to help you with the withdrawals. The staff are very friendly and truly put your total care at heart. Every patient is accommodating, and welcoming. This does help everyone coming in a lot! Mama cleans her butt off and leaves you feeling cared for and like your her own kid! She puts her all into her hard work and is a very kind, caring soul! Kellie will help u along the way figure out what is bothering you and get to the root of the problem you have, only if you re ready. James does this as well. Two very good counselors who have been through their own situations and use this to help others. Ronda always puts your health above and goes above and beyond to make sure u are taking care of. Shes a wonderful nurse! Allison is very sweet and kind hearted and will do anything it takes to make u feel at peace and have that active listening skill, she is persistent and so is Mel. They both are great at what they do! The lectures are very educational and give u all the tools you may need to out into your tool box to take with you when you leave. I would highly recommend valley hope in booneville.

Can't rave enough about the facility, staff and straight forward care at this facility. So far.. very impressed, down to Earth Folks from the moment I walked into the door. Met my Male Army nurse (John I think) Dr. Yutz is a serious keeper. Even the Vampire Lady in Lab that took my blood was wonderful and made me feel welcomed. These folks care about their clients and Soldiers. Treat them as Humans with Respect and never just a number. So very helpful and explained things to help educate me on my health and how things work with the VA health system. They even set up 3 future appointments for me. Could not ask for a better Med Team then this location. Worth the wait! Thank You Sedalia VA. Hats off to a great operation.

The front reception desk team is friendly , attentive and helpful. I have never felt so seen , welcomed and accepted. The NP I saw was so down to earth and understanding. My therapist was genuine and I truly felt heard. After a horrible experience with another facility with Burrell I came here, and I m so glad I did. Courtney , Hannah and Tanner are all amazing team members here. I m very sad to be moving again, and leaving their care. But I won t forget the kindness and generosity I experienced here. Thank you all so much for what you do. I wish I could send everyone here.So warm , welcoming and inviting. Snacks , water and charging stations and vending machines in the lobby really make a difference for people who are waiting on rides or waiting in between appointments. I can t say enough good things. Thanks again y all.

This season has been hard with illness, and all of the doctors are booked for days. My 5yo is non-verbal autistic, and we can't wait in a waiting room, hoping to be squeezed in. I called Hamilton Medical Clinic and spoke to Kim. She was so kind and helpful. Instead of pushing us off, she made a few calls and got us set up with a telehealth visit. Such great service.Obviously they were slammed with in-person and telehealth calls. When I met with the Nurse Practitioner, Caring, she was very kind and informative. She wasn't trying to speed through the call and listened to my concerns and gave advice needed.Great experience all-around (as great as one can be for a sick kiddo anyways)
