I love this doctor's office!! I have rarely had a problem with getting an appointment, even with the pandemic (using tele-health). Dr.Irby, and all of the staff listen to you. They always answer my questions, and if they don't know what is going on with you, they will refer you to someone who will find out. If you have a medical need, and you want a no nonsense, straight answer, go to this clinic!!

This season has been hard with illness, and all of the doctors are booked for days. My 5yo is non-verbal autistic, and we can't wait in a waiting room, hoping to be squeezed in. I called Hamilton Medical Clinic and spoke to Kim. She was so kind and helpful. Instead of pushing us off, she made a few calls and got us set up with a telehealth visit. Such great service.
Obviously they were slammed with in-person and telehealth calls. When I met with the Nurse Practitioner, Caring, she was very kind and informative. She wasn't trying to speed through the call and listened to my concerns and gave advice needed.
Great experience all-around (as great as one can be for a sick kiddo anyways) ☺️

Despite some of the negative comments on here I had to check this place out for myself and I am so happy I did. I've been through very rough and bumpy times as every goes through. I've tried a few methadone clinics, this one is the best I've seen. They do have a few rules that seem rather stupid, but they have gov oversight, so ya have to deal with that kind of BS anywhere you go. They are definitely the nicest and the friendliest out of all the ones T have been to.
Update... the staff that you interact with i.e. the counclers and the nurses are definitely very nice and appear to be honestly intrested in the clients wellbeing, however it took a few months...like 6 or 8 months for the office staff to get my VA insurance worked out and I had to pay cash in the meantime. That was over 2 years ago and they still have not re-embersed a single Penney however I verified with the Va the were paid twice once by me and once by the Va. Should be a law against that sort of thing. I believe it is called fraudulent billing.... If they end up owning you money don't expect to see it soon...however if you owe them and can not pay the will start detoxing you, they did to me when I told them I get paid in 3 days ... they detoxed me for those 3 days. Good luck if you have no other options.

Great place. Great counclers. Clean. They have clean bathrooms. Very friendly staff. They have the new check in mobile system so it saves your spot in line. They are fair. Some of the rules are a little silky but they don't set those, Corporate does. So it's not the staffs fault at this location. They probably saved my life. The doctors is very helpful and understanding. She listens. The nurse is a godsend. And the counclers are top of the line.

I've been a client here since 2011, and I'm so grateful. It's a life saver, but like all recovery clinics you can only get out of it what you put into it. It's easy to blame others when things go wrong, but it's almost always our fault! I had a very hard time, until I stopped arguing and followed direction! They know about recovery, all I knew was self destruction, but thought I was so smart!
Now I'm doing really good. This place is great.

I am so happy I was referred to the guidance center. After suffering several crises, I didn’t know where to turn and ended up inpatient . After coming out of inpatient care, I was so nervous to go back to daily life. I was referred to the Giidence Center and the team that I have working with me are amazing! The staff is friendly and the other patients are generally kind and supportive. Good sense of community here.
The doctor I had seemed to really know what he's doing, as the medication he added not only stabilized my mood pretty well, but it also seems to be helping with my extremely debilitating ME/CFS. This is so unexpected and life altering. Thank you; I finally have hope again.
Bonus points for amazing food!

I think this is a well fitted experience for any teen going through any sort of struggle/trauma.
The thing is, you might not enjoy everything entirely as much as some people might but you will likely benefit from everything you do there, Whether it comes from the things you learn or the people you meet. I believe this whole place has well-balanced intentions. yes, some staff may have their differences, we are all human, but everything they do is entirely surrounding the intention of your benefit.
So yes, I highly recommend Synergy. If needed, not be afraid of these new opportunities that rarely come twice.
This place has good guidance , good balance , good intentions , and a good foundation, especially whenever it comes to lifestyle experiences.

Really good facility and has helped more than any place I’ve ever received help/treatment. Great staff, really clean place, helpful and productive caregiving. They teach communication skills, learning respectful and affective manners, self control and ability to be aware, mindful and insightful of self and others around us. And most importantly help the kids learn how to utilize resources and choose to control as well as contributing patience to set goals to let things take time needed. As well as maintaining the idea to be active in being responsible by having chores and set routines. Workers throughout always act on situations in needs and impact the clients and their views because of their true genuine positivity in they’re methods. They always have consistent, structured groups and activities, constantly making sure the kids have fun. Consistently giving engaging life skills and how to function in an everyday life in the outside world. Full of good energy, love, compassion, kindness, reliable, consideration towards each client, but still holding ground to teach kids to take no for an answer, showing and modeling negative, hateful, disrespectful or ignorant behaviors are not acceptable. Really healthy and effective place. BUT ONE DOWNSIDE IS KYLA IS A HORRIBLE THERAPIST😉
