Don t really understand the low rating of this rehab. The only person willing to change has to be yourself. The only outcomes of this is rehab is SOBRIETY, DEATH OR LASTLY PRISON. They genuinely care about your being and I m glad that God placed me in the care of these people. I wish nothing but the best for EVERYONE that comes through here but you HAVE to do it for yourself.You have family, friends that care deeply about you and you can better yourself with the personal time you get to yourself. Been to a few psychiatric offices & finally found thee one!! Everyone I've come across is caring, attentive, understanding, listens AND can repeat what was said just about word for word!! My caseworker aka social worker aka whatever, Chris Maher & psychiatrist Dr. Ulrich, IS THEE BEST!!! She tells it how it is, honest, yet kind & respectful at same time. He actually listens & can repeat what was said just to make sure he heard correctly!! They do their BEST to make the patient better!!! They don't want to stuff pills down ur throat & send u on ur way!! Been with them little more then a year & HIGHLY recommend this office!!!

This season has been hard with illness, and all of the doctors are booked for days. My 5yo is non-verbal autistic, and we can't wait in a waiting room, hoping to be squeezed in. I called Hamilton Medical Clinic and spoke to Kim. She was so kind and helpful. Instead of pushing us off, she made a few calls and got us set up with a telehealth visit. Such great service.Obviously they were slammed with in-person and telehealth calls. When I met with the Nurse Practitioner, Caring, she was very kind and informative. She wasn't trying to speed through the call and listened to my concerns and gave advice needed.Great experience all-around (as great as one can be for a sick kiddo anyways)

Despite some of the negative comments on here I had to check this place out for myself and I am so happy I did. I've been through very rough and bumpy times as every goes through. But there were some things I can't get through on my own so I reached out for help to this company and I don't regret it. They're very helpful and welcoming group of people. Amazing place! Wish I could've stayed longer. I met some awesome people there! The cabins are clean and cozy. They're like hotel rooms without a TV. I was at Valley Hope for 30 days in January 2023. I desperately needed rehab and because I wasn t covered by insurance had to pay for my treatment. It was, without a doubt, the best money I have ever spent and I would do it again without hesitation. Valley Hope gave me the tools I needed to live a life free from alcohol. We enjoyed our stay! We had caring helpful staff! The privacy for each patient is takin seriously. I would highly recommend coming here because they allow husband and wife, your phone, and they provide the successful lectures to help u make it out in the real world. Their food is relatively good quality, and the portions are more than u may need. They provide medicated assistance to help you with the withdrawals. The staff are very friendly and truly put your total care at heart. Every patient is accommodating, and welcoming. This does help everyone coming in a lot! Mama cleans her butt off and leaves you feeling cared for and like your her own kid! She puts her all into her hard work and is a very kind, caring soul! Kellie will help u along the way figure out what is bothering you and get to the root of the problem you have, only if you re ready. James does this as well. Two very good counselors who have been through their own situations and use this to help others. Ronda always puts your health above and goes above and beyond to make sure u are taking care of. Shes a wonderful nurse! Allison is very sweet and kind hearted and will do anything it takes to make u feel at peace and have that active listening skill, she is persistent and so is Mel. They both are great at what they do! The lectures are very educational and give u all the tools you may need to out into your tool box to take with you when you leave. I would highly recommend valley hope in booneville.

I m struggling to understand why this facility would get anything less than 5 stars. Valley Hope has truly changed my life. I called on a Wednesday morning and was in a bed by Friday. This is more than a facility or institution. It s a home full of love and care. The staff are much more than staff even down to the cooks. They truly do care. They go above and beyond to listen, recognize and love. I HIGHLY recommend V.H. To anyone who s truly wanting to live a life of sobriety. Current Inpatient resident who would like to say I came with much trepidation and anxiety. All of which I was able to shed easily on account of the staff and friendly fellow residents. Not in any small part because of Kerry (think I spelled that right) in detox, because she is @$$@ ing hilarious, and made me feel a lot better. I mean, guys, it s rehab.. ;) But this is a very good rehab. Admins listen.EDIT: It took guys.. It really took this time. I shed the $&!t colored goggles. And the world is vivid.. bright.. and while i honestly believed I'd be dead by now... In reality I'm happier than I think I ever have been. I couldn't see it back then.

The ladies in registration all of them are awesome the security guards are awesome I personally had an incident today with the man in the women's bathroom with my granddaughter I approached him and he disappeared real quick I contacted the security guard did a very good job I felt very secured is safe with that lady security guard and the security guards are very nice attending to your safety and your needs as well as the ladies that are in pharmacy and the Man pharmacy excellent customer service and accuracy on your thank you swope Park
