I cannot say enough great things about this place. Synergy completely turned my life around. The house, staff, programs, resources, amenities and overall energy of this place is the textbook definition of transformative healing. This facility is wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. They also employ many in recovery that really help you to picture things on the “other side”. I felt fully supported in my recovery. The classes and guest speakers really helped to prepare me for my life after addiction. The massages and other perks didn’t hurt either.

my time at Synergy has been the most impactful and rewarding experience of my life. before walking through the doors, i could not comprehend that freedom from addiction was available for me. it is the hardest thing ever to willingly sit with, and work through everything that’s been holding us down for so long. i’m glad that Synergy is where i got to do just that. every second was worth it because of the freedom that i get to experience now. the staff is very supportive and heavily equipped to handle the things that people walk in here with. it is clear that the staff cares about the person as a whole and not just their addiction. the facility is incredible and truly feels like home. that alone makes the healing process feel slightly less heavy. truly, Synergy is the best place to begin your recovery journey. GO TO REHAB!!

BHG Springfield has had its ups and downs the past year and a half I’ve been there. Recently, I’ve seen a significant improvement. For a while, it was an hour-two hour wait for dosing, which was tough with a job. But it’s been much smoother recently. I’ve always enjoyed the staff throughout my entire time as a patient. The golden rule has honestly been my moral compass in life, I believe it makes a world of a difference. I have a wonderful, empathetic counselor (all of them have been wonderful to me) and the nurses are sweet. The newer front desk lady has also been AMAZING too. There’s been a new director and she’s been nothing short of being lovely to me!. Prior to our new director, I had no idea who the director was, lol! It’s always nice for the team to know my name, despite the many patients that come for treatment. I don’t expect it, ever, but it’s just a simple act of kindness that is rare in my day to day. I used to dread coming here (mostly for the long wait and the discussions openly held in the waiting lobby, but I’ve learned to tune it out) but I haven’t had an issue recently. I will say I wish they took private health insurance— I pay out of pocket and it’s a dent, but that’s the price I signed up for my treatment. I have continued to live a happy and healthy life while on medicated assisted treatment. It’s allowed me to build my life while staying stable after a decade of OUD. In year one for a few months I was on a grant, which was a life saver, thanks to my counselor!! I don’t think grants are offered anymore, but I could be wrong. I can’t thank BHG South enough for giving me stability back into my life.

First initial visit today, Everyone's experience is different, but the entire staff was very polite and pleasant. They took time and answered every question I had. The front desk staff was amazing. The nurse and Doctor was also amazing. Other than the long initial visit wait time, no complaints from me so far.

Great place to get sober and stay off the streets. The only issue I have with the BHG here in springfield is the over pricing for treatment. I came from a bhg in okc and it is144 cheaper than here. Someone is taking advantage of people here. And in okc you have the option to either dose the pill form or the liquid. Sooo hmmm 🤔 but I don't think it's from the clinic itself. I believe the state of missouri has their hand in the cookie jar!

This is the program I didn’t know I needed! Most people view this program as punishment for traffic violations, however, having a good attitude and a willingness to learn, the program was a breeze! I have been a patient here with Fremont Hills Psychiatry for about 4 years now. The ladies at the front desk are like family, especially Tina! They treat me with such kindness and respect and always go out of their way to help. My prescriptions get handled promptly and on time using the medication voicemail or MyMercy app. My psychiatrist Dr. Sharma is phenomenal. We’ve really built a strong foundation for the mental health therapy I need and I’m fortunate to have a caring psychiatrist with a great sense of humor that genuinely cares about my well being. Over these past years with Dr. Sharma my mental health has improved drastically and I’m able to live a healthy life. I’d strongly recommend this clinic to others.

Well it is a pandemic and time to show what we are capable of when necessary ... The Mercy Psychiatry Team has risen to the challenge; I consider them to be the glue that is holding many fine folks like myself together. Unwavering patience with challenged patients, commitment to running a professional office, phones answered, appointment reminders .. I could go on and on. One morning I entered the Fremont building and there was Tina - cleaning the lobby! Ms. Jessica, Mandy and all of the team: If I were Oprah, you would ALL get a car! Thanks ... Marisa Jones

For the past 13 years, I have had the privilege of providing counseling services at Lakeland, and I truly love my job. The staff and children I work with make this place special, and I take great pride in the work we do to support children, teens, and their families. Every day, I walk into the facility with one goal - to make a positive impact on someone's life. I work hard, as do my colleagues, and I want to emphasize that the dedicated staff at Lakeland are not defined by the incidents that may be sensationalized in the media. Unfortunately, where there are children, there will always be those who seek to harm them, and no facility is immune to that reality. However, we remain committed to providing a safe, supportive and healing environment. It is important to recognize the meaningful and life-changing work being done here every day.

Recovery Chapel of Springfield, Missouri is a church and a ministry for people in addiction recovery. In 2012, at the age of 55 I was in a car wreck in which a local small town policeman ran a red light with no lights or siren and collided with my 2003 Mustang, resulting in my vehicle being completely totaled. I am not a street person, I have a bachelors degree in Business/Marketing and a teaching certification. For several years I had been a grocery merchandiser traveling around southwest Missouri calling on Walmart stores to build displays, put up advertising and just do various forms of merchandising within the stores, earning about $13 an hour. I only had liability insurance on my car and the insurance company for this small town refused to pay for my vehicle. Thus I lost my job, I was unemployed, unable to pay my rent and in the meantime I became completely bankrupt. As I had to have a car to do my job and I could not find any work where I could take the bus. I was bankrupt and unable to pay my rent and full of fear as to where I was going to end up.Many well educated, good people find themselves homeless due to misfortune and not necessarily . I had heard of Recovery Chapel, and being in recovery myself, I called Farris Robertson and he explained their program to me. How I could become a resident of RC for about $400 a month, including meals and receive Spiritual Guidance, and group support through group studies and individual counseling with Mr. Robertson and other volunteers that came in to deliver a message of hope. If you have ever found yourself totally helpless, financially destitute and with no idea where to turn, then RC is truly a God send. Many good men and women find themselves homeless, jobless and with no place to go, through no real fault of their own. I was not drinking or using drugs, I just got myself into a hopeless situation I had gone through a double bypass in 2009 so I was already struggling financially. I did have another heart attack in 2012 while living at RC and the staff and my friends helped me tremendously after I had 4 more stints put in my heart. At RC along with the encouragement, housing and food I received I also got some assistance in renting a car so I could again get a merchandising job. As I sit here in my own apartment (self sufficient through Christ) in southeast Springfield, with a nice dependable car in the parking lot, and a great part time job with CROSSMARK merchandising, it is hard to imagine that my life has been restored, or better yet, not just restored but renewed and I live a better quality life than I have since my 30's and I owe it all to God, Recovery Chapel, Farris Robertson, Terry St. Clair and then rest of the staff and the board of directors. Philippians 4:13 paraphrased; "All things are possible through Christ who strengthens me".

This is a place for grown folk who can handle life on life terms. You stay clean get to work pay your bills and grow as person spiritually and mentally and physically. If you come to just have a roof over your head and not be here to grow up you will not succeed. It's setup as if you were living on your own at an apartment with rules and rent. Simple grown folk stuff. Go to meetings like in normal life and be in for bed. Not hard. If you need help there are people everywhere here that can help you. Wether they have been clean for a month or for a year. Yes there will be some there who are still in the beggining of recovery and need to develope into adults. Addicts aren't perfect. Only Jesus is. So learn the rules. If you don't know them then ask the front desk for a copy. I like it here. Praise Jesus. That's the God that made you. If you don't try at changing or make an attempt to you won't grow and you have to want it. It's your own fault if you don't succeed here. Because you didn't try hard enough they can send you in the right direction but you have to go in that direction instead of your own path.
