I cannot comment on the actual services provided by this agency. However, I have called and spoken with the front desk in regards to clients already receiving services. Every time I call to request information, I am greeted by warm staff who are pleasant to speak with and provide excellent assistance to whatever my inquiry was. Went into Emergency room with a very high temp. Check in was very quick. My Nurse Jessica Baker was kind and attentive. She took me back to a cubicle in which vitals were taken. Dr. Jones came and question me about what might be my problem. He was thorough and very professional.
From other staff members I received an EKG and a chest X-ray. After all the tests, Dr. Jones said I had picked up a viral infection and prescribed what I needed.
I have been to this hospital many times in my life with accidents and illness always with excellent results. I highly recommend Miami Oklahoma Integris.

Such friendly staff, accommodating even when their hands are tied by arbitrary rules. Starr was always there with a smile and helpful to anyone in need and appreciate that kindness. Nursing staff was very considerate and would print me crosswords to do because it helped with insomnia. Director went out of his way to pick up a deodorant for me from a store on his own time.

I used to go here when i was 13/14... and for everyone who has had a bad experience placeing there child here just know as for every place it has its good and bad times. I was forchinat enough to be placed here when it had a good staff systume shout out to ,Michaelis, Doug dear, Melissa, mr Tiny, mark and meany more. I also made a tone of friends who i still keep up with to this day aswell. I had the chance learn alot about myself and my problems and left a better kid who was confident and well more behaved and I still use what I learned there to this day and I'm 30. I'm unsure how the place is doing almost 20 years later or who is working there but this place randomly popped up in my my head and i just felt the need to look it up and leave a review. SHOUT OUT ONCE AGAIN FOR THE LEAVENWORTH VA.I have been experiencing severe lower left back pain since Wednesday. When it hits, a sunami! Can't move fast, sit easy, walk , without severe pain. Pain meds, TENS Unit, heating pad. Helps some.Decided to go the the VA Emergency Room for the first time ever. In and out in 60 minutes.From reception to pharmacy, they were outstanding. Definite 10 on a 1 low to 10 high scale!My ER Nurse was Debbie. Very personable and experienced. The Doctor was Dr. Glen Georger. Diagnosed quickly and prescribed a shot of my favorite- MORPHINE BABY! And a steroid shot. Gave me a RX for prednisone too.The pharmacist and tech were awesome.I am thankful we have a VA hospital as Dwight D. Eisenhower Eastern Kansas VA that is clean, orderly and great service. Bhg Joplin & You can save your life! Each staff member has played a huge part in my successes. Staff is always available and willing to help with anything I needed. Our nursing staff is the very best. Genie and colleagues never disappoint and work hard daily to make sure I get what I need. Current Inpatient resident who would like to say I came with much trepidation and anxiety. All of which I was able to shed easily on account of the staff and friendly fellow residents. Not in any small part because of Kerry (think I spelled that right) in detox, because she is @$$@ ing hilarious, and made me feel a lot better. I mean, guys, it s rehab.. ;) But this is a very good rehab. Admins listen.EDIT: It took guys.. It really took this time. I shed the $&!t colored goggles. And the world is vivid.. bright.. and while i honestly believed I'd be dead by now... In reality I'm happier than I think I ever have been. I couldn't see it back then.
