They like to taunt people! If I didnt have so much clean time they would bother me but they cant! Im sure the people that are fresh into there journey i hope you don't have to start here cause this place truly not a place to start something that is already so hard! They just make it so much harder not all but most! They also said I kept singing the form they could talk to my old drs they were old for a reason they wouldnt even build there own goals with me ! Idk how they sleep at night but I pray for them on they daily to get in gear with what people need! Thanks

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Probably just people that need to learn to be grateful. But who knows!? Anyway, this place is great. Everyone is friendly. If there are issues they work to resolve them. I've never been able to get this much help all in one place. This organization is truly a blessing that I'm immensely grateful for. I'd recommend them to anyone that's struggling with anything.

I cannot comment on the actual services provided by this agency. However, I have called and spoken with the front desk in regards to clients already receiving services. Every time I call to request information, I am greeted by warm staff who are pleasant to speak with and provide excellent assistance to whatever my inquiry was. I have never had a negative experience with the front desk staff at this agency.

They are Human Beings! It provides them a safe civilized place to acquire what they themselves(& the Dr. too of course) feel they need in about 5 minutes a visit. Like the convenience store. And with that outta the way most of them have nothing to do other than focus on Thier lives & get jobs & eventually start weening themselves off because that being treated with a little dignity and self respect(UNHEARD OF in addict culture) becomes the addiction! It's the one thing or technically 2 we've never felt. Dignity & Self Respect! It's why Liquor stores & gas station clerks aren't being held up and murdered on the news every other night by desperate homeless drug addicts on the news anymore like the good ol 80's & 90's!

Dr. Nwaozo is the absolute best doctor i have ever seen in this emergency room and I've lived here for 20 years!! If she's on staff when you're a patient, ask for her!!! The staff are incredible Morgan, my case manager was incredibly patient with me, Laura my therapist helped me work through things I never thought I could. BHT Jess is the most sincere caring person I have ever met, she helped me and encouraged me in ways that I will never forget. Chris is absolutely awesome, Rachel is amazing. Henry is so down to earth and wise. Mac helped me stay calm through some difficult emotional experiences. Robert tried his best to talk sense into me, he was also very patient with me. Great people and an awesome place to Recover for sure. I didn't take it seriously and did a lot of things I regret but if you really want help this is the place to get it!

This is a review for a wonderful Lady, Jessie Russell, contract health. Jessie, is on top of things. I never have to worry, getting my referral’s & she has hit the ball out of the park. The surgeon’s she made sure was very good at their job before sending anywhere. I am 4 surgies down since December 16, 2024. It was very much a tough love facility, which is the only way to get through to me. I didn't have any problems personally with the staff (other than my big personality clashing with staff's big personalities at times), they were all very nice to me. But they don't take no shit either, so don't pick this place trying to stir up trouble. You will not get along well. The kitchen staff is SO loving, I wish I was able to eat more while I was there!! It always looked so delicious and had huge helpings. I like this facility out of all other 7 times I've been elsewhere, because it is a dual diagnosis. They really give you curriculum that helps you to understand why we think and are this way, rather than the basic curriculum. Thank you all staff for being a helpful stepping stone in my story.

I came into the outpatient area of the hospital today to have my very first mammogram ever. The lady, and I so apologize that I cannot remember her name, because she was fantastic, was absolutely a pro! She put me at ease, she explained everything as she was doing it and before she did it, she was very quick, but thorough, and just made that experience a piece of cake! I highly recommend if anyone has been putting off a mammogram to make an appointment at Saint Francis in Vinita! You will not regret that decision!

I have been a patient here for several years. The staff is amazing, encouraging, and supportive. The rude lady at the dosing window (mentioned in other reviews) hasn't worked there for a long time. The ladies working the dosing window now are both very sweet and friendly. If tou go in to be assessed , beware - You're going to have to be in real withdrawal when you go in for the first time. I don't mean 'trust me I feel like crap' withdrawal, I mean 'puking and shitting on yourself, soaked with sweat but freezing cold, shaking, eyes watering, nose running, clearly obvious' withdrawal. It really looks like the majority of the negative reviews are from potential patients who were unwilling to fully cooperate. This is such an awesome place to go to! I’ve been going here for almost two years and the staff and counselors at this location are just simply amazing! The nurses at the windows, the amazing staff at the front desk, and all the way to back to the director and Doctor of this clinic are absolutely the most down to earth, friendliest people I’ve ever met! If you have a strong mind and you really want better for yourself I highly recommend this clinic is the best for you! CTC has absolutely been an amazing experience for me and will continue to be!
