They like to taunt people! If I didnt have so much clean time they would bother me but they cant! Im sure the people that are fresh into there journey i hope you don't have to start here cause this place truly not a place to start something that is already so hard! They just make it so much harder not all but most! They also said I kept singing the form they could talk to my old drs they were old for a reason they wouldnt even build there own goals with me ! Idk how they sleep at night but I pray for them on they daily to get in gear with what people need! Thanks

Whoever sat up the grand lake inpatient units had to have really cared. It's nice to have a place to go when your on okygen and in big trouble

I would be in a very bad place without the help of GLMHC. Depression is a tough foe, but the good people at Grand have been a vital ally and friend in that fight. I owe them everything for all the help they have given me, and I most definitely recommend them to anyone who is struggling with their mental health. There is no shame in getting help. I don't regret doing so and hopefully you won't either.

Got right in and got the help I needed, over helped to be honest. Took a few visits though until I could see the doctor and nurse to get everything figured out with my medication which is understandable but took a bit long. When getting refills they tell me to call in a couple days early but when I do they wont at least call it in to pharmacy until I call the day its due and im out and then I wait and hope meds will be done that day. But other than that just got to be patient. Having adhd that's a difficult task ☺️

*I had a friend who also went to pfh to get clean about 7 years ago and the change in this place (from 7 years ago to now) is nothing but amazing!
The staff are ALL caring, loving, people who want nothing but the best for everyone who steps foot inside this building!*
I would suggest before arriving for your stay that you call and verify what items you are able to bring and what items aren't accepted.
Ask about possible medications and scripts your doctor may have you on - they do give some medications and you are even allowed to have some items such as hygiene and OTC meds such as Tylenol.
I'd recommend having some cash or change as well, they have a vending machine you'll get access to.
You might also get to go on a day trip to Walmart, so if you'd like to spend some money at Walmart - you'll need to bring some!
🤍The last thing I can truly suggest is.... arrive with an open mind and an open heart to allow these loving people to help you become a better/healthier version of yourself.
Your loved one deserves their love/help to get clean and live a life they are proud of! Get your loved ones back - get with PFH to secure their bed! It'll be worth it 🫶🏼

I really appreciate the amount of time and effort the counselors and BHTS apply to each individual client!!!! I believe this to be a adequate program if the client is willing to put in as much as the staff do. Thank you PFH :)

THIS place is a MIRACLE! Been going for years and I STILL can't believe it exists! I mean.......,this is a place who treats DRUG ADDICTS!!!!!!

They are Human Beings! It provides them a safe civilized place to acquire what they themselves(& the Dr. too of course) feel they need in about 5 minutes a visit. Like the convenience store. And with that outta the way most of them have nothing to do other than focus on Thier lives & get jobs & eventually start weening themselves off because that being treated with a little dignity and self respect(UNHEARD OF in addict culture) becomes the addiction! It's the one thing or technically 2 we've never felt. Dignity & Self Respect! It's why Liquor stores & gas station clerks aren't being held up and murdered on the news every other night by desperate homeless drug addicts on the news anymore like the good ol 80's & 90's!

My counselor has helped me in more aspects of my life than just addiction treatment. She has encouraged me to get help with my mental and emotional past. She truly cares about each and every one of her patients and she will tell you how it is and not beat around the bush. And that's what I appreciate about her. She makes sure that I am doing ok as I'm weaning myself of the methadone currently and helps me with problems that I don't speak to anyone else about. So M. Unfortunately, I went through a difficult split up with my children’s mother, and was forced to do paid visitation with my kids. Bartlesville is about an hour away from where I live, so I wasn’t happy about that. After the first visit, I was glad this was the place that had been chosen. Kristina, who is our supervisor is incredibly compassionate and sweet. Everyone seems to take a sincere interest in helping the clients they provide services to, and if anyone finds themselves in a tough spot like I did, this is 100% the place I would refer them to. I’m very grateful to them

1 review. Really? These people spend an entire career helping people to better or even save their own lives. I can't begin to fathom the toll that takes on a person. They should be rating us. They started breaking ground at 5 stars and it's almost impossible to go below that based on their mission and staff alone...

Ashley Gilliland is an AMAZING provider. She was very thorough and did everything she could to figure out what was going on with my family member. When I seen that she was the one working I knew we had nothing to worry about because she's amazing at what she does. She's compassionate and very caring. Not giving Jane Phillips 5 stars! These stars are for the best Doctor you guys have on staff!! Dr. Nwaozo is the absolute best doctor i have ever seen in this emergency room and I've lived here for 20 years!! If she's on staff when you're a patient, ask for her!!! She genuinely cares and tries to help to the best of her ability. Hands down the best physician in this facility!!!

My SO has been a patient here 3 times. We love this hospital. The nurses and aides are all amazing, Megan, Natalie, Jon, Rick and Laloni just a few of our favs. Very caring,full of fun and professional. Have always received excellent care here. Would definitely recommend.

Always made me feel welcome and part of a family. UPDATE 5 yrs later and Jarra will still answer her phone and help me, talk and remind me about the good qualities that I have.( 4 months later update) So this is my update October 2024 my daughter is at Resonance after she got out of prison and she loves it and is so proud of herself that I talked her into it so. This is the most WONDERFUL staff and place. Definitely a place that makes you feel welcomed and at home. The staff is AMAZING. Always willing to work with you in every aspect and not to mention how they make you feel like family and @ home. Would recommend this place to anyone.

This is coming from someone who stayed a week. Mr. Jimmy had amazing food and Mr. Corey, Ms. Tabitha was positive except for when she called a girls sister annoying because she was sick and Ms. Tabitha was making excuses for why her sister couldn't talk. It was very hard to leave because I made great friends and an even better roommate. My roommate was always talking to everyone about anything and I loved it. Of course I missed my other friends but I missed her more. There was also a non-English speaker who they would only include if ms. Lydia was in. I also know Mr. Michael's grandson.

i went last week and oh my god it was the best place i think i could have ever gone to i made amazing friendships, the food is amazing, many things to do my favorite is painting, and the staff are like family i have to give a big shout out to mr jimmy, miss tabitha, mr scott, and everyone else they truly saved my life

If you've come across this, It's probably fair to say, Life hasn't been a walk in the park lately, And you're looking at possible options to get help. You might be asking yourself, Is MAT right for me? I always tell people, If you have tried other programs, And treatments that have not worked for you, Then MAT is probably for you. The great thing is, BHG has an amazing staff, From Doctors, Nurses, And counselors, That can talk with you, Answer all of your questions, So you can make an informed decision. If you feel this is a good fit for you, The staff are there to help you navigate through the process, And get you on the road to recovery. I love that they make you a part of the game plan, While creating a treatment plan designed to fit each person's specific needs. At this point, You're probably just desperate to have some normalcy back in your life, And probably struggle to remember what life was like "Before". If you've read this, Please do yourself a favor, And pick up the phone and call them, It may be the most important call you ever make, Help is available!!
Nobody is going to judge you, Or look down on you, The entire staff is there to help! I love my counselor, And he's available to me any time I need, Not just during normal buisness hours. Valley Hope has changed my life. I went from isolation in a motel room doing drugs, to being a productive citizen. I’ve been sober 54 days today and a huge part is because of Valley Hope. Sincerely thankful for all of the staff, from the nurses, to the kitchen to the custodial; everyone cares and gave me hope! Attending the Valley was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My relationships have been restored with family members that I never thought would be. I have a job, in sober living and attend meetings regularly with N.A. Special thanks to Mrs. Pat and Mr. John B. I love y’all and if anyone needs help getting their life back together, please consider this awesome program! It’s not simply a rehab, this is a place of recovery and transformation! Valley hope is a wonderful treatment facility. Felt cared for in a very crucial and fragile state in my life. The meals were great and so was staff. The after care has stuck out tremendously too me. 6 months later and phoebe is still calling to check on me. What a place!

I like that place it's really nice on the inside. And I go there for therapy so it's pretty cool.
This is a review for a wonderful Lady, Jessie Russell, contract health. Jessie, is on top of things. I never have to worry, getting my referral’s & she has hit the ball out of the park. The surgeon’s she made sure was very good at their job before sending anywhere. I am 4 surgies down since December 16, 2024. Everything goes so smooth when she is the one taking care of me💕 she does what she says she will do. Jessie, is definitely a huge asset for Cherokee Nation-Vinita Clinic. Thank you, Jessie for all that you do, your awesome! I have people and her name is Jessie Russell!!!

Don't schedule eye appointments on Tuesdays! They see a lot of Grove Triad eye surgery patients on Tuesdays and are a bit grumpy!!!

Very helpful. Place is a bit like a maze but workers have always stopped and helped me find where to go. Saw my Primary care and the next day got call to make specialty care appointment. I've had several appointments and been very pleased with timelines, professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy.
Friendly staff, with an awesome program! Went to visit family and they were real patient and helpful. Facility was clean and unbelievably quiet! Everyone spoke in passing and assured I'd been helped! Seems like a great place, with a dearth of resources available

It was very much a tough love facility, which is the only way to get through to me. I didn't have any problems personally with the staff (other than my big personality clashing with staff's big personalities at times), they were all very nice to me. But they don't take no shit either, so don't pick this place trying to stir up trouble. You will not get along well. The kitchen staff is SO loving, I wish I was able to eat more while I was there!! It always looked so delicious and had huge helpings. I like this facility out of all other 7 times I've been elsewhere, because it is a dual diagnosis. They really give you curriculum that helps you to understand why we think and are this way, rather than the basic curriculum. Thank you all staff for being a helpful stepping stone in my story.

I love the dccca family! From the inpatient staff, the outpatient staff, the child care people to the dccca family Preservation people they are all amazing! AND A HUGE SHOUTOUT TO THE KITCHEN STAFF! the food is to die for! At dccca you become one big happy family I enjoyed every minute my kids and I where there I would do it ALLL OVER AGAIN! I feel so at home at dccca. I'm blessed to have had the experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DCCCA!!

I came into the outpatient area of the hospital today to have my very first mammogram ever. The lady, and I so apologize that I cannot remember her name, because she was fantastic, was absolutely a pro! She put me at ease, she explained everything as she was doing it and before she did it, she was very quick, but thorough, and just made that experience a piece of cake! I highly recommend if anyone has been putting off a mammogram to make an appointment at Saint Francis in Vinita! You will not regret that decision!

Just a few weeks ago I had to take a trip to the ER because I thought I had vertigo. I went to a different ER first and they let me lay there an hour and a half in massive pain so I went back home. By 9:30 that night I couldn't move my entire right side. I couldn't stand upright without falling over. So I had a friend of mine take me to St Francis ER. I cannot remember the attending Dr's last name, Brian was his first name. He was right on his game, there was no wait time, and he had to have known exactly what was wrong because he gave me the right scans and tests and found a cancerous tumor in my brain. As soon as he got a chance He called and located a neurosurgeon at Tulsa hospital and had a room ready for me before I even left the ER. He and his staff I am eternally grateful to. The security guard that was on duty that night was also extremely helpful and concerned. I've never been more impressed. I had my brain surgery 4 days ago so tumor free now. Thank you Dr Brian I truly appreciate you and your staff. God Bless you
