Never answer calls, their building doesn't have no name, no address number, they are not open when they are suppose to be from what's listed. Don't waste time here.

It is awful from the total lack of answering the phone, to the lack of calling back after leaving voicemails, and the dbt sessions and the annoyed face of the in person counselor. All terrible. THIS IS A LIFE LINE FOR HUMAN BEINGS, DO BETTER!

Received services here for a decent period of time. They didn't receive payment from AHCCCS for months, when I first got notification from the plan that they denied a claim I contacted them and was told that I didn't need to do anything. Then months later I'm told that I have to start paying cash for all future appointments since they haven't been paid by the plan. Which I couldn't afford, so the treatment I had been receiving and relying on for months was suddenly cut off. Their psychiatric NP also gave me the run-around when I expressed desire to start medication for the neurodevelopmental disorder I've been diagnosed with since childhood. I don't recommend seeking treatment here.

Levels of Care

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives.
