After 20 years of my sons battle with addiction and mental health issues which included multiple rehabs and therapists this is by far the best place he has ever been. I finally have hope for him because they are listening and watching him to determine why he keeps failing at sobriety. The staff are kind and caring and the facility is very clean and a pleasant place to be while recovering . They are accommodating to the family also as they truly understand addiction is a family problem. I had a great experience at Amethyst. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and productive rehab experience. The environment is very positive and restful. As a patient your only responsibility is to stay in the building; they take care of everything else and make detox as painless as possible. The staff are so kind and respectful and the food and accommodations are excellent— even down to the mattresses!
