I arrived at Lantana a broken, miserable, lost soul. I left Lantana six weeks later with the knowledge and acceptance that I was an alcoholic. lantana both saved my life and gave me life. I was fortunate to stay on his house, mother for three months and attend the IOP sessions three times weekly. This expeditiously helped me grow in the knowledge and understanding of my disease and how to cope. Almost 7 months after discharge from Lantana, I stay in touch with these beautiful souls who God put into my life to save my life. I attend AA meetings daily and am the happiest. I have been in a very long time. I am 69 years of age and have such faith, joy, and curiosity in this life that I have left to live.

I don't leave reviews... so the one and only review that I will leave will be for the place that gave me a hope when I had none. I went to this facility July 9, 2018. One of the instructors there said that he had never relapsed and when he picked up his chip he wasn't going back to have to pick it up again. This challenged me... I have been sober for 6 years now. This facility taught me surrender. It taught me humility. It gave me a soft cushion to land while learning these lessons about the terrible person I was. It offered me a hand to help me up... most of all... it gave me a plan of how to live and never get back into the condition I had gotten myself into. I carry the Big Book with me everywhere I go in my van with my now 3 children. I am a child of God, I am a wife, and I am a mother. Thank you Owls Nest Recovery... may you be proud of the difference you make in the world. You are making sober soldiers that carry this message to others. God is moving in this place... keep it up!

I went to this safe haven back in 2016 and they helped save my life. Today is 2024. I have stayed clean since. This place is truly a blessing. I was at the old facility and my PC family was amazing. I met so many people wonderful souls and have amazing memories with them. Thanks to Kelvin Durant for putting a fire under me and challenging me to stay clean. It worked. Just for today I’m still here and lived to tell the tale. I recommend it to anyone.

Best decision I ever made was to come here, July 25th, 2010. I'll b 14yrs sober in july!! I have never regretted that decision to get clean. Thank uuu all for yallz help, support, and looove!! If anyone's still there from waaay bk when, I'm the one who made all the kandi for everyone there and ppl were calling me "the butterfly lady". I'm constantly telling ppl about this facility. There's only 4 of us, myself included that has been sober since they left there. Unfortunately alot of ppl went bk out in their addictions and are no longer alive and some are bk in prison. But, that's the price u pay when u don't take the program seriously or u don't really wanna get clean!! I'm sooo thankful I wanted this for myself and the Lord Jesus Christ has kept me sober since!! God bless uuu all and ur families and the ppl that are at this facility!! 🔑📖✝️👑🧼🩸👀🫀🧠👂💪🫶👏💯🫂🥰🙏🏼🙌🔨⛓️🔗⚒️🛐🔒

I am so very thankful for everything you do in your program from start to end. It has been a game changer for my son who has battled addiction for a few years. I see the spark back in his eyes and a joy and excitement towards his future you’ve given him the tools to be successful. You’ve given him the tools to cope, but most of all you’ve given him hope towards his future. He’s halfway through the program and has nothing but great things to say thank you so very much. I can say with absolute certainty this place and the men who lead here saved my brothers life. We as his family quite literally had lost all faith he would make it off the streets alive. Honestly, almost every time I spoke with my mother I was preparing her ac little at a time for him to end up dead. So when I say him sober and having light behind his eyes again is the biggest miracle God has ever given us and He gave it to us thru this recovery center so from the bottom of my heart I thank God and all of you who support those hopeless lost souls on their journey to finding them selves again.

I was scrolling the web and I always check the reviews of places I have physically been seen at. I'm a single father now and i havent been able to post as much as i'd like. When I saw some of the comments they really well....pissed me off. Dr Craddock is one of the most caring DR/Pshyciatrist i have encountered in my recovery. I started in 2008 in Seneca,SC and quickly moved to Recovery Concepts with Dr Craddock. Just to put it all plainly. There was never a time anything was offered to me that i didnt have to take the assesment for or bring up first. He never said try these THATS BULL. They don't just hand out any medications if they are deemed nessicary and you bring them up the administer an assesment on you and you may or may not have ADHD or anxiety. I in fact do have and will always have SUD, anxiety and adult ADHD. I will say it again for those in the back. He is a great DR/Pshciatrisrt but they dont make you take the medication and they certainlly dont bring it up. Hope this clears the BS away from him.

Really nice employees and it actually works! My partner and I had tried every kind of opioid use disorder treatment before this, including suboxone. The methadone program at Crossroads is a game changer. The staff are SO nice. I was shocked, as most other treatment places we have been to, the staff has seemed really over worked and burnt out. Jasmine at the front desk is truly a delight. She is so positive and will really work with you if you are having trouble financially. The nurses are also wonderful. Shout out to Tina. And also the nurse with black hair and tattoos. She is so so nice. And also the nurse who sits at window 4- she always asks me how I’m doing, if I have weekend plans, etc. These women have been amazing. Can’t forget the counselors either! I love Janae, she’s awesome. I miss Dr. Feisser. I’m so sad that he left the practice as he truly helped me to get sober and back on my antidepressants too.

I attended Waypoint and was met with kindness between the counselors, BHA’s, corporate and fellow peers. The stay was necessary and you make the best of it because you’re fighting for your life but the part of what made this place so special were the people. Especially since the fact that when you leave the gates, you aren’t on your own. Tara with the alumni group will reach out, peers will be supportive, and you will have therapeutic strength under your belt. I’m grateful for Waypoint.

I attended Waypoint for their 7-day program, and from the moment I arrived, after a 3-hour drive,I was welcomed with compassion and zero judgment. They took me in without hesitation. The staff clearly explained what to expect, when I’d see the doctor, and the protocols of the program, which helped ease a lot of my anxiety. There was a point when I wanted to leave, but they helped me truly see what I’d be giving up. Although I didn’t stay on track immediately after I left, Tara didn’t forget about me. She added me to the group text and invited me to the Zoom meetings. That simple act made all the difference. The support I’ve received from the ongoing group chat and meetings has been a lifesaver. I can honestly express how I’m feeling, and I trust the people in that space, something that hasn’t come easy for me because of my past trust issues. I was hesitant to leave a review because I value my anonymity, but people deserve to know how incredible this place is. Waypoint truly cares about your well-being and wants to see you succeed in every way possible. Turner, the CEO, is a no-BS kind of guy, and I mean that in the best way. He’ll tell you the truth, even if it’s hard to hear, and for me, that honesty helped save my life. When I was freaking out, he calmed me down and reminded me that I could do this… that I needed to do this. The staff is amazing, and I loved the group sessions during the short time I was there. If you’re struggling, please call them. I truly believe this place can help save your life, just like it did mine.

The program works, the staff truly care, and the support you gain from the brotherhood there is unlike anywhere else. If you’re a man struggling with drugs or alcohol, Ace Recovery is the place to go. I’m forever grateful.

I got my wife (and life) back! I love her more than anything, but I’d be lying if I said she made it easy. She would have left if the staff hadn’t encouraged her to stick it out. They made her the priority when they could have easily cast her aside and given up on her. A lot of people did, but they didn’t!

I became a patient of crossroads back in 2018. At first I was problematic, not doing well but I also wasn’t doing anything that I was supposed to. Once I actually worked the program I began to excel. I was one of the few lucky ones who had the same counselor my entire time there. But thanks to her I am who I am today. And now I myself am a counselor at a methadone clinic! Methadone saves lives, and it definitely saved mine!

Yes I have been here since 2004 I have seen many changes in that time... About 3 and half years ago I transferred to Myrtle Beach treatment specialist .... I DONT RECOMMEND THAT ! I just transferred back here to Crossroads and they have changed so much for the BETTER. I'm actually 20 mgs lower then I was at Myrtle Beach treatment. IM NO LONGER SICK, AND NOT USING !!! Within a week of being back at crossroads my dose was starting to work again ... Everyday I was sick and dosing at Myrtle Beach treatment. AND I WAS AT 120.???? Here I'm at 100 and the medicine is actually WORKING... SO PLEASE BELIEVE ME , STAY AT C.O.H OR CROSSROADS... The medicine not only doesn't work at the other clinic ,but if you have blue cross you end up paying 120 a month .. Here it's only 30 a month... IM SO GLAD I GAVE THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE... The director is GREAT. The whole staff is great... I love my counselor here. They have updated their facility too... I give crossroads 💯.

Best place I’ve been to. Nurses are chill. I loved Mr.Glenn and Mrs.Jennifer. They are the most understanding, chillest people i’ve ever interacted with . I made some mistakes while here and they won’t yell at you or make you feel bad, they were really understanding. Food is amazing! You go outside, are allowed to play xbox (they have provided), watch tv and they have good groups. You also have plenty of time to do school work. People fail to realize other people can only help you so much and you have to help yourself as well. You can’t rely on others to solve all your problems which I feel is why people give bad reviews. I do wish we were allowed to bring more clothing choices but no biggie!

Noticed all the bad reviews have 2 or 3 things in common 1- Felt there should've been (more) reminders to not miss the app. 2- Didn't like their tone. 3- Were tthere 1 or more years ago. Maybe they took these criticisms to heart last year, which is a little before I started visiting, since I get an almost annoying amount of reminders (phone, email, etc) and everyone treats me like family. But I'd like to address these complaints in order: 1- Aren't you a veteran? Have you no shame? When I'm told I'm due anywhere, by anyone, I just need the time/place/uniform from them (uniform= the "why" in the civi world). Sound familiar? I like that they "over-do" it with the reminders now, because missed apps are costly and disruptive, you're inability to manage your schedule and meet your own commitments means less available app slots for me and the rest of us who respected our battle buddies enough to not make them drag us out of the barracks to formation late. You got the last existing phone without a calendar/reminder function?🤨 Grow up, take responsibility, you're embarrassing us. Do push-ups😂 2- People should be nice to each other, but that also means compassion. If you need your health providers to kiss your butt and say my pleasure to every thank you they hear, you're also not being very compassionate. Don't be rude, sure, but as a former healthcare worker experienced in managing Karens, I can tell you the job is hard and underpaid enough to not have any time for extra "retail courtesy", that obviously fake level of servant-like submission to your "masters" (ie customers) some people seem to require as part of their expectation to be "wowed". If their attitude is what cost you (eg they wouldn't talk to you) then yeah, you should speak up, but one review whined that they didn't ask the right questions🤯 Seriously!? OK, so they don't get the CS award, but it's YOUR health! You got something you know you want to tell them, how bout you soldier up and say it then? They're not your boyfriend, and btw, he couldn't read your mind either, so be a (polite) grown up when you remind them they canceled your previous app and it's causing you hardship. They are caring human beings that can (in my experience) be reasoned with, not scrub adorned androids built to massage your delicate ego😉 3- My recent experiences defies older reviews, so I'll give those critical reviews the benefit of doubt and say sorry that happened last year, but my experience these days is different. Sure they can improve, honestly I'd have given them 4stars were it not for the unfair skewing of the average rating that uses old and questionable reviews, but they clearly care, and that's more than I've gotten from lots of fancy looking and expensive private facilities.

My treatment plan through SWCTC saved my life. I'd never heard of methadone and a friend told me about it. I was in denial and had spent so much money and time finding drugs. My whole existence depended on getting my pills. I wanted to stop and prayed for a way. I've been clean for 22 years now. It was a pretty good nine day stay. Enjoyed smoke breaks and some access to music. Some staff were very helpful some even took up for me when other patients attempted to harass me. It wasn't perfect but most things aren't and it was so so much better than the abuse I was dealing with at home. However they focused on my diagnosis too much instead of addressing the fact I came in for suicidal ideation and such. Most staff were friendly, joyful, and accommodating. Didn't like the snoring roommates lol but overall my stay here was pretty good and I found it helpful to be there. One problem one of the staff didn't quite respect my religion and tried to get me to say praise Jesus and stuff when I'm a die hard spiritual Satanist and my faith is what's most important to me. Anyway I thank the staff, nurses, techs, providers, and counselors for being friendly and somewhat reasonable in all situations. 9 out of 10 rating would recommend to certain disabled people who are patient, respectful, and reasonable enough to not be disrespectful all the time. This place has had its fair share of up-and-down in the last 10 years. But what I can say, is this, There is a counselor named Keith if you were a seasoned addict and you need genuine counselor, I want you to request Keith. This man has been in my life for 10 years, and as I came back-and-forth between clinics, he always became my counselor again. Never judgmental, Always always rational and you can’t help but to put a smile on your face when you’re around him his aura, It is purple. And I’m telling you right now he is a blessing to this place. The program director is also a counselor that has been there for a while and moved her way up. She is also fair and a sweetheart tells me to have a good morning every day. The financial person that does insurance she will work with you as long as you are doing for yourself and trying to make a better way for yourself they will help you.
