All the Staff are very professional, especially the front desk Receptionist. My Doctor is awesome; he is very polite, caring, and helpful (Dr. Oman). Just came home after four weeks at Serenity Treatment Center and it was a wonderful experience. I came home more with a better understanding of my condition and given great coping skills to deal with my anxiety and depression. I want to thank with all my heart two people in particular My clinitions Jack who gave me great one one one therapy with a kind and gentle heart and Rob...both true gemsne. Rob ran many of the group sessions always giving a lot of information and encouraged us to recognize our needs and work on coping skills that for me we're so important. Rob had a way of running groups and not making the groups boring with different approaches such as occasional an chuckle combined with many serious conversations. Anyone lucky enough to enter into the Serenity program is truly lucky. I would be wrong not to acknowledge the techs, nursing, cooking and cleaning staff all wonderful people.

RCA is a great program! The catch is you have to want it for yourself! It works if you work it! You have to put in the effort and advocate for yourself you are with 29 other women who all have needs as well So I recommend finding out who your clinical team is day one and get in their chairs and make yourself known and make it known how bad you want the help! Things take time and in any program there is a high turnover especially when all patient s are there voluntarily but keep in mind miracles don t happen over night and things do take time so I would recommend doing there thirty day program followed by there PHP/IOP program so you are still acquainted with your clinical team and can build lasting relationships in recovery.

If you are ready to accept help & want to make a positive change in your life you should definitely call them. I go to the Peabody clinic & it has been a great experience. Honestly I had no expectations I think except maybe I was just another number walking through the door & that has been the furthest thing from the truth. Everyone, I mean Everyone has been amazing. They care, I honestly believe that. They want to see you succeed in your recovery. When you walk in they remember you name, they are all very pleasant, which helps me so much going to a place that have a great staff. The security staff always smile & remember peoples names (incredible), the front desk are great, they are welcoming & funny, the nurses are always very pleasant & interact with you. I have the best counselor. She is amazing & so easy to talk to. She has been a rock for me in my recovery, I can t say enough about her. I have interacted a bit with the head counselor too & she has gone out of her way to help me when she was slammed with work & it s when I was new to the clinic. I really appreciated that. I just want to mention the director. She has been wonderful wherever I have interacted when her. She has been pleasant, calls me by my name which is impressive to me anyway because I don t see her much, but she remembers my name just the same. That says a lot to me about the type of person that leads the clinic. As you can tell I am a big fan of the place. They have helped me tremendously in getting over this mountain that I have been struggling with for a decade or so. When I see some of these negative reviews I don t think it s how 99.99% of the people going there feel. Most people only write reviews to complain. This clinic has i believe over 600 patients. Honestly if you are having a bad situation where you are not happy it s most likely because you messed up and are paying the consequences for your own actions. We are in this clinic to begin with because of bad decisions, bad roads we chose to take. The rules won t change from the day you decide to join to your last day after you complete the program. If you take care of your end of the deal they will live up to their end. Even if you relapse they will be there to pick you back up, encourage you and stick by you as long as it takes. I give a ton of credit & really appreciate the work that these people do. If you want help, call .. they will help you like they have everyone else.

Chapters is a great place to go to for php and iop the addiction to alcohol and drugs with this places get people life back on track. The only thing I feel that some rules and who exactly makes final decisions on certain things,so there's no miscommunication for the clients. That would be extremely helpful, especially miscommunication with clients that have take homes basically I feel as though like I said in the beginning of this review maybe things need to be updated and everybody needs to be on the same page because I'm sure certain rules do change from time to time, and of course everybody needs to know what rules have changed whether you have take-homes or not. I would like to say something wonderful about three counselors and that's because I only know them and one of them is mine and the other one I do a group with and the third one I had have interactions with him when he was counselor of the week, the counselor Donna, Kim and Arthur a wonderful wonderful counselors they are fair and if you are doing everything you're supposed to and you're doing the right thing especially in working the program they will go to bat for their clients. Also the nurses are very nice as the front desk as well. I will end with this, this will work for you but only if you are going to use your footwork as well.

This place I received excellent help but I stopped going because I couldn't see myself completely sober ever because of regular physical and emotional problems. I have suffered much and I am going to get into a detox that allows me to go into a program from the detox so that I can adjust to sober living with support and treatment.But I give this clinic 5 stars for their staff and treatment they were really good to me and I am glad I found this website so that I could say Thank you to them.

I was in recently and I wanted to say Frank the ER doctor along with the nursing staff I saw were THE most caring, nice, generally concerned staff I ve ever met with at an ER. I could not believe how nice they were and the overall attitude they all had. I ve been in a few times for my kids as well and always receive better treatment than the hospital actually closer to us so have started going here instead. I ve left feeling more confident than other locations knowing they spent the time to make sure my kids and I are good to go home and not brush us off.

Went to ER, these nurses were all at the end of their 12+ hr shifts. I received the best care from everyone involved. I did get admitted and was treated excellent on the floor too.In this crazy world we're ALL living in we need to learn to have patience and respect those that are in the health field. PLEASE SAVE THIS HOSPITAL FROM BEING CLOSED. This is the only hospital where you can be seen and released within a reasonable time frame. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have had harrowing experiences at other hospitals. Never this one. I do wish they d clean up the waiting room a little though.

Danvers CAB saved my life. Sure it might not be the most comfortable sleeping arrangements, and food might suck. But it was exactly what I needed to experience to get and stay clean. The only employee I remember was a case worker named Bob that was extremely caring ak the time out of his day to keep my family updated on my progress. I am forever grateful for Danvers CAB!

I went there about 5 years ago so not sure if much has changed but when I went for like the 6th or 7th time I appreciated the place cuz I was sick n tired of being sick n tired! Tired of chasing heroin and tired of being sick. I can't say anything about the methadone clinic cuz I didn't go for that. There is no quick or painless way to get clean so it's going to be a miserable time but so worth it. I loved the staff, liked the food. There was a woman cook/chef idk but she was dynamite! Especially with what they have to work with. Speaking of, the staff has us to work with. Miserable,suicidal,mental cases! Not the most pleasant people at times. I believe the neg. ratings are from the younger people possibly spoiled? Who knows. IF YOU SERIOUSLY WANT TO GET CLEAN THIS PLACE IS A GREAT START! GET THE FURTHER TREATMENT! IT WORKS IF YOU WANT IT TO! Be honest with yourself about your character defects and work to fix them. THEY WILL HELP YOU GET TO THE BOTTOM OF WHY WE USE! ABSTINENCE IS NOT ENUFF! Figured I would leave a review, since I have contrasting experiences than a few of the others.Myself, and 2 of my kids have been coming here since I got custody. Where some had said my kids might need meds, this place opted to try and help. While we have all had to change clinicians, I have to say we have all had nothing but excellent experiences with everyone involved. When there was an issue, they handled it immediately and really worked with us to ensure that we were OK.Yes some of the clinicians are right out of college, but sometimes that is a good thing. For my daughter, that was perfect because she could identify. She was with an older, long term clinician and she didnt really click with her, and she didnt like going, we talked with the therapist and the front desk and everyone understood and helped her switch.I am very thankful for this place. Not sure what our family would look like without it.

I was in a tough position where I was left with little options. I made many calls to the many supports I have with only a call back from my therapist. She said she would have the nurses at lchc call this clinic. With withdrawal about to set in from oxycodone I have been on from a neck surgery gone wrong, I decided to call this place. I showed up, from the moment I walked in, each person to take me through my intake was so pleasant. They lessened the anxiety I already felt. They made me feel human and I am in control with medical professionals in this treatment. They thoroughly explained everything in the process and I feel I have made the right decision. I have been a dispensing nurse at lynn ctc for a few years now and I can't say enough they offer so much help to those in need. Very caring and giving facility for the patients. Staff is wonderful they are always willing to work with the patients either by appointment or as walk ins. we are always here for our patients.

If you're serious about getting clean, it's great! Never had an issue in five years. They offer same day dosing for new clients on Tuesday and Friday. Everyone starts out attending daily but after three months you can apply for take-homes. Once a week a group is mandatory. If you follow the rules, it's easy and great for recovery.
