Well everyone is friendly, the children are nice and parents are attentive, staff are great. I like how they help with addiction recovery, it would be great to have more staff on board.

After visiting this location for many years I just want people to know this is an amazing and wonderful experience I had today. Angel who handles the front end is kind , patient and has a great sense of humor. Omg! What a Gentleman. From there I met with Amy and she spent so much time helping me and accessingmy Pain. The best place anywhere for therapeutic services for kids
Last I heard Derrick C was there he was doing very well but I think he may have fell into the wrong people such as Elena he has stopped making contact and his family has been calling me looking for him. He needs to stay focused and away from her!! He has stopped taking his medication as well so we are a bit worried about him. He was doing amazing until he met her she dragged him back down

Yana Deelet is truly a compassionate practioner for such a younger councelor than I'm used to she has such patient listening skills built into her character. Not many others can do or be that and I'm so grateful for her listening time with me. Excellent quality service they are who they are. They’ve been around for people and families with real life issues including low income, mental health or substance abuse, grief or family counseling included they are professional and more than “just nice” to patients thinking that’s what therapy is. No - they are the real deal and provide community services without leaving people street homeless.
Advocates is a great place! They are kind professional, caring & compassionate. They strive hard to reach and help all of their clients who go there. I highly recommend them as their experience & expertise is unlimited.

I’m new to the Massachusetts area and I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICES ADVOCATES PROVIDES! My Therapist and Psychiatrist have been EXTREMELY SUPPORTIVE AND HELPFUL ON MY ROAD TO RECOVERY!
When I had wayside youth and family as a kid I thought the staff at wayside residential were very kind, friendly, intelligent and supportive listener of family. I loved that wayside youth and family gave me in home therapy and in home behavioral services for me and my family I loved that! I loved that my dad mum and brothers always help me out taught me life lessons and hard truths. I loved how I had the support from wayside from a far and they were good at hearing me and my family out but mostly ME they were very good listener and try to help me as much as possible.
I would highly recommend wayside youth and family and tempo young adult resource center to the ALL MY YOUNG FRIENDS AND YOUTH WHO NEED HELP AND SUPPORT WITH ANYTHING.

The Director, Verona, and the staff were very supportive of my family situation and needs.
Verona always made herself available to address any questions or concerns I had, even after hours.
All encompassing services were available to clients. If you took advantage of these services,
set goals could be met. Wayside also coordinated and participated in all necessary meetings with outside agencies.
I am appreciative of all the support provided by Verona and staff, as well as the effort they expended in encouraging the importance of self achievement.

Washburn has literally saved my life. I never knew there was such a strong welcoming active and compassionate community until I went to Washburn CSS about 4 years ago. The staff is amazing especially Stephanie Faust. Shout out to all the staff! They made me feel a sense of belonging and no matter how many times I fall down I know I can get back up and right back into my Recovery knowing there is non judgement and wonderful people in the Washburn community. I love being a part of the Alumni and highly recommend Washburn as I have throughout these years. It has provided me with lots of knowledge and lessons.

I went through Washburn detox, css, and then extended care and am now in a halfway house. Each step offers a little more knowledge and opportunity to grow. They are severely understaffed there and it makes placement for after care very difficult. There are some staff that aren't helpful or supportive, probably most of them. But there are a few who truly care and will do whatever they can to support you. If you want to get clean it's a good place to do it but you have to want it. You have to wade through the chaos and negativity to find the support and the staff you can trust to be open and honest with. There are staff that have been through the same things they understand and your struggles and pain, they will empathize with you and give you alternative perspectives. You must advocate for yourself relentlessly otherwise you will be overlooked. Going into detox I told myself I would push mentally, spiritually, and physically everyday and it's paid off in many ways. I love working out and they have revive classes that are a great way to safely get back into shape. They don't have any equipment so I made a calestenics routine using chairs and water bags. Now that I have access to a real gym I'm amazed at how strong I got with just body weight training. I encourage everyone to do something everyday even if it's just stretching or yoga. There is something for everyone out there in terms of exercise and I would not be where I am today without that coping skill. But it's also important to journal and meditate and pray. Make a daily routine and just try to do your best at it everyday no matter where you are you can find ways to push yourself and for me that was crucial to have to mindset needed to find stability and balance. I'm very grateful for my time there now bring in a halfway house I miss the extended care program. While in I took alot for granted, I let the negativity of the people around me effect my outlook. Looking back on it there are far worse programs out there. If you want to change your life Washburn is a place you can do that but it's what you make it. I would recommend the program to anyone in need. They'll help you get clean and stay clean if you let them. It's not easy but it is definitely worth it. In detox the case worker Chris and James are awesome he'll do whatever he can for you. The nurses are great too and will work with you on medication if you need it In css bhts Nick, John, and Nate and great guys in and out of work. Css case work Matt and Jackie are great supports and will help you with any resources available. If you make it to extended care bht Stephanie, Jessica, John, and Mark are cool. In the Washburn IOP Jacob is an awesome guy very inspiring and takes his work seriously. Kathy the nurse is probably my favorite nurse I've worked with in any program she's seen it all very knowledgeable and strait forward. And Stephanie the alumni coordinator is incredible she's speaks from the heart and from experience. And she will support you and offer you resources after you leave the program. Don't be afraid to talk to staff until you find someone you feel comfortable talking to. Post come pics of the progress I've made. All natural just lots of food and hard work

When I came to Paramount, I felt I couldn’t trust anyone and had no belief I could be in recovery. This program and their staff helped me get through this. By offering a safe place to work on solid therapy and to better understand myself, I was able to gain confidence in my ability to be in recovery for life! Another highlight is the fact that paramount provides a worry free environment. This allows me to truly focus on my recovery work. I highly recommend this program to anyone who needs help with mental health or Recovery work.

I have so much gratitude for everything paramount has done for me. The day I walk thru the door was the day my life changed forever. From client liaison to case manager, and therapist I really felt understood and cared for which made my recovery journey alot easier. I felt as though I was being given more than treatment. Did a great job at drawing my blood, quick and easy. I've had a lot of times where people miss my vein multiple times so it was a relief.
Aftermath is an incredible rehabilitation program that is run by truly incredible people that care for each and every one of their clients. This program has provided me with the tools needed to change my life in the best of ways. I write this review 82 days free from the pain and suffering that drugs and alcohol have wreaked havoc on my life for as long as I can remember - I just hope that if any one else is struggling to get clean and sober that they please consider Aftermath as a resource to help them build a better life for themselves. I am incredibly grateful to Matt & Jenna for being there each and every day as beacons of hope - this place is a miracle and so am I, and so are you.

Aftermath Addiction Treatment Center truly changed my life. From the moment I walked in, I felt supported, respected, and understood. The staff genuinely care about every individual who comes through their doors — they don’t just treat addiction, they help heal the person as a whole.

Aftermath truly made my recovery feel so incredibly meaningful. The staff welcomed me with open arms and zero judgement & eventually started to become like family. They made me feel like I was at home every time I walked through the doors and I would highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to take that leap and start their journey to recovery
I was angry leaving my initial one star review because I felt lied to and deceived. I was told I’d be lucky to make it back to this place… meaning that I’d be dead and not be able to make it back. I was told I would be dead cause of how “horrible and defiant” I was. I did not like AA was not for me so I was going to die. Many people that worked here told me. My case worker gossiped about me to a whole group of my peers saying “one of you is going down a dark road” really? These are the people to trust? These are the people “getting me better.” Also they said the bill would not need to be paid and I kept getting harassed by AP office I believe in Florida? So I was furious.
So my initial review was one star and I left out words because I wrote a nasty review and had to erase them.
I wanted to come back and edit my one star review to a five star. Cause here I am, over 5 years later, still going strong as ever in my recovery, and I have a place that is mine, I have a good steady job, and I’m free of the chains of addiction. Whether I like it or not, my experience here is what lead me to where I am today. There was some amazing staff that was overworked and under paid so if by some grace of god they are still there, god bless. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and say they were trying reverse psychology on me, the staff talking crap about me to other peers, the staff saying I’d be dead. But they were not that smart, they genuinely were telling me I was hopeless. I won’t name you but I know that you know who you are.
Now I sit here over 5 years later thinking that maybe if you did not spend so much time talking down and being hateful and judgmental to me, maybe all my brothers in program with me that are dead now, would still be alive if you paid them that energy. But it is what it is right? I don’t equate my success to NEATC, hell no. I put my success on my shoulders. I easily could have taken yall saying I’d be dead soon and actually gone and died. But I didn’t. I spit in all your faces and I proved all of you wrong. I did it for me. I did it for my brothers who died due to the lack of care they received wether insurance was poor or you just focused more on me being defiant than their complacent obedience to your AA. What works for some does not work for all. It’s your hate that drove the fight in me to succeed. I see my brothers in the program with me that never will get to share their smiles with the world, I can share the smile they taught me. I can share their message and I will not let them down.
That’s why I have 5 stars. This place did exactly what it needed to. Just like life, drove me insane, judged me, hate on me, gave me a place to live full of rats and mice, financial issues to battle, had to face death, had to hear pain like no other, and was not the smoothest ride. But through the pain and darkness of life there is always light, you can be that light. You can change. Amidst all the bad, there was a handful of AMAZING staff and people that gave me a real life experience I will never ever ever forget. Just like life this place is not perfect, we need to take the challenges and push on. I loved this place. And always will. This place did heal me. Not how I wanted but how I needed. Just like real life. I noticed my growth as I wanted to change my one star review. Even after all the trouble, I pushed through and fought and still see the light. I am still a light that will not be dimmed. And this place is a HUGE part of the reason I am who I am today. An amazing light in a dark dark world. This place put a challenge in front of me, life is not easy, you need to put in the work, and when life punches, you need to punch back harder.
Thank you NEATC and the amazing staff I can’t imagine would still be working here but if you are I love you. Forever I love you, and miss you, and wish you the best. I would love to come speak one day at an event, I don’t live close by anymore but I’d love to make something so please contact. Anyone wondering if they should come here, yes. Yes you should.

The staff is compassionate, empathetic and knowledgeable. The census is a very manageable number, allowing groups to achieve a sense of intimacy and comfort. The environment is encouraging, not pressuring. The clinical team is sensitive, insightful and supportive. At RTN, everything is tended to in order to help clients put their lives back together while focusing on recovery. Highly recommended.

What a life changing experience! I have too many good things to say to list them all here. The buildings and the grounds are new and well maintained. The staff are all wonderful and go above and beyond for every client. I got to see first hand how hard everyone, frome the cleaning staff on up to the directors how hard they work for us and how much they care. The clinical staff are so knowledgeable and caring. I felt like everyone there was working on all my issues with such a drive and the highest level of competency. The recovery specialists do a food job of fostering a positive and safe group culture. I was especially impressed with Katie, who's commitment to the clients was demonstrated daily by her caring, upbeat, positive nature and willingness to go above and beyond for every client, all day, everyday. A big thank you to Katie and to Rose, Erin, Nikki and all the others who helped me change my life so drastically for the better in such a short 28 days. There are recovery centers out there doing good work and recovery centers doing great work. This place is doing phenomenal work. They help people make lasting changes in their lives. Thank you all!

This is a wonderful detox and treatment center! They will get you sober and give you the tools and resources that you’ll need to stay sober. Kind, caring, knowledgeable people (Case Managers, Recovery Specialists, nurses, food service staff, cleaning staff), nice, clean facilities, good food! Couldn’t ask for more. The folks at NERC truly care about you and your recovery. Special shout-out to Case Managers Sara, Tara, Brittany, Grace and Diana, as well as Recovery Specialists Pam, Gretchen, Danny, Nikki, Nikyrah, Esmeralda, Lauren, and all others whom I haven’t mentioned by name. Rose is an amazing family therapist. There are a lot of great, caring folks working here who truly want to help you! They also offer free, confidential family support through their Magnolia program. I came to Bedrock on 28 April 2025 after struggling with addiction and alcohol abuse for many years. It was my third recovery. I didn’t have much hope that this one would work. I arrived. high sick and with a hangover. The intake process was simple enough and as soon as I got to the detox unit nurse Linda gave me medication to help with the detox. I was in detox for six days. it was bearable. Not enjoyable but bearable. After six days, I moved upstairs into a beautiful room. I shared a bathroom with two other girls and it was no problem. I stayed there for a total of 30 days. Those 30 days completely changed my life. At first, I didn’t believe in and didn’t trust my counselors or me. But with every day, my mind got clearer and some of what they said made sense. The medication’s helped. I’m not sure when or how but I started following the program and started doing the work and I got better. My counselor Jack was always available and I actually Started listening to him. I started trusting him.I started paying attention in group. I didn’t like what I heard -that this is lifelong and that I’ll have to do the hard work of recovery every day. But it got a little easier with every day and I started feeling better about life, about me , About a sober life. I made friends with some of the people in my group and found that I wasn’t alone with my pain, my doubts my disease. Playing ping-pong became a highlight of my days and painting became a place of peace for me. I had never painted before. I slept better and I woke up feeling good instead of guilty and ashamed. The cravings were manageable.. I cannot say enough about the techs at Bedrock. They were always available and went above and beyond to help us through difficult times and they also shared our successes with us. For real. The nurses were professional and supportive. My counselor Jack, and counselor math gave me concrete steps to follow to work my way out of a lifelong struggle. I followed those steps. Stacy and Nicole did fun activities with us and having fun sober was a new thing for me. They were wonderful. Arranging for my aftercare was not easy, but it got done. When I left after 36 days sober I started a PHP program the day after discharge. Now I’m in an IOP program once a week and I have 181 days sober and clean. Life is pretty damn beautiful. My marriage is better than it has ever been . The relationship with my children has been restored. I’m on step five and have a Sponsor in AA. I have a home group on Tuesday evenings and I look forward seeing them. The recovery work has become a natural part of my life. I live in a house now instead of a camper, and my stomach problems and headaches are gone. Bedrock saved my life my soul, my mind and I feel healthier than I have in decades.
