After visiting this location for many years I just want people to know this is an amazing and wonderful experience I had today. Angel who handles the front end is kind , patient and has a great sense of humor. Omg! What a Gentleman. From there I met with Amy and she spent so much time helping me and accessingmy Pain. I truly needed someone to listen, help and send me in a different direction. A big Thank you to everyone I interacted with today. I hope I remembered and got everyone's name correctly.

Excellent quality service they are who they are. They’ve been around for people and families with real life issues including low income, mental health or substance abuse, grief or family counseling included they are professional and more than “just nice” to patients thinking that’s what therapy is. When I had wayside youth and family as a kid I thought the staff at wayside residential were very kind, friendly, intelligent and supportive listener of family. I loved that wayside youth and family gave me in home therapy and in home behavioral services for me and my family I loved that! I loved that my dad mum and brothers always help me out taught me life lessons and hard truths. I loved how I had the support from wayside from a far and they were good at hearing me and my family out but mostly ME they were very good listener and try to help me as much as possible. I would highly recommend wayside youth and family and tempo young adult resource center to the ALL MY YOUNG FRIENDS AND YOUTH WHO NEED HELP AND SUPPORT WITH ANYTHING.

The Director, Verona, and the staff were very supportive of my family situation and needs. Verona always made herself available to address any questions or concerns I had, even after hours. All encompassing services were available to clients. If you took advantage of these services, set goals could be met. Wayside also coordinated and participated in all necessary meetings with outside agencies. I am appreciative of all the support provided by Verona and staff, as well as the effort they expended in encouraging the importance of self achievement.

The Washburn House program from the ATS (Detox) to the CSS program was incredible. I honestly will not be able to put into words how much this Program helped me so much in many different ways. The food, I did not have a bad meal in the 28 days I spent there. The camaraderie between most of the gentlemen and some women was amazing. Also, the staff. I could write a book on how helpful, thoughtful, caring, supportive, and genuinely there to help the clients in any way they could. So I wanted to share the first names of the staff members that made an impact on me. In no particular order: Jess, Kara, Cheryl, John, Cesar, David, Nick, Andramada, Chris, Matt, Ryan, June, Ronnie, Mark, Dave, Angel, Kristal, J, Peter, Mike, Lucia, Ronnell, Nicole. I just graduated there on 9/1/2026. I really hope someday I could possibly do a commitment, or anything to give back to this community of great people. Thank you so much! DD

Its hard to put into words how much Paramount changed my life. Ive been in a few treatment facilities over the years but this one has a different feel to it. From day one I felt like I was in the right place because the staff made it a point to welcome me and made me feel comfortable. I found all the groups very beneficial and the focus of mental illness and addiction made a huge impact on me. After completion of treatment I know I'm on the right path. Its going to be a life long journey but Paramount gave me the tools I need to succeed. Much love and gratitude to all the Staff at paramount. I plan on keeping in Paramount in my life!

I really can't say enough about Paramount, I just finished my treatment there, and I have tremendous gratitude for all of the staff for being a part of my recovery journey. I was overwhelmed that first day right after detox with all that happened with initially getting clean, but the staff is obviously well practiced at putting their new clients at ease. Loved the groups and their curriculum, it's clear they continually evaluate what works well and they listen to feedback. I felt like I was extremely well matched to my therapist and I made a lot of headway into having insight to my addiction and issues surrounding my relapses. I feel very well equipped after finishing the program to continue with my recovery and get my life back

I was angry leaving my initial one star review because I felt lied to and deceived. I was told I’d be lucky to make it back to this place… meaning that I’d be dead and not be able to make it back. I was told I would be dead cause of how “horrible and defiant” I was. I did not like AA was not for me so I was going to die. Many people that worked here told me. My case worker gossiped about me to a whole group of my peers saying “one of you is going down a dark road” really? These are the people to trust? These are the people “getting me better.” Also they said the bill would not need to be paid and I kept getting harassed by AP office I believe in Florida? So I was furious. So my initial review was one star and I left out words because I wrote a nasty review and had to erase them. I wanted to come back and edit my one star review to a five star. Cause here I am, over 5 years later, still going strong as ever in my recovery, and I have a place that is mine, I have a good steady job, and I’m free of the chains of addiction. Whether I like it or not, my experience here is what lead me to where I am today. There was some amazing staff that was overworked and under paid so if by some grace of god they are still there, god bless. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and say they were trying reverse psychology on me, the staff talking crap about me to other peers, the staff saying I’d be dead. But they were not that smart, they genuinely were telling me I was hopeless. I won’t name you but I know that you know who you are. Now I sit here over 5 years later thinking that maybe if you did not spend so much time talking down and being hateful and judgmental to me, maybe all my brothers in program with me that are dead now, would still be alive if you paid them that energy. But it is what it is right? I don’t equate my success to NEATC, hell no. I put my success on my shoulders. I easily could have taken yall saying I’d be dead soon and actually gone and died. But I didn’t. I spit in all your faces and I proved all of you wrong. I did it for me. I did it for my brothers who died due to the lack of care they received wether insurance was poor or you just focused more on me being defiant than their complacent obedience to your AA. What works for some does not work for all. It’s your hate that drove the fight in me to succeed. I see my brothers in the program with me that never will get to share their smiles with the world, I can share the smile they taught me. I can share their message and I will not let them down. That’s why I have 5 stars. This place did exactly what it needed to. Just like life, drove me insane, judged me, hate on me, gave me a place to live full of rats and mice, financial issues to battle, had to face death, had to hear pain like no other, and was not the smoothest ride. But through the pain and darkness of life there is always light, you can be that light. You can change. Amidst all the bad, there was a handful of AMAZING staff and people that gave me a real life experience I will never ever ever forget. Just like life this place is not perfect, we need to take the challenges and push on. I loved this place. And always will. This place did heal me. Not how I wanted but how I needed. Just like real life. I noticed my growth as I wanted to change my one star review. Even after all the trouble, I pushed through and fought and still see the light. I am still a light that will not be dimmed. And this place is a HUGE part of the reason I am who I am today. An amazing light in a dark dark world. This place put a challenge in front of me, life is not easy, you need to put in the work, and when life punches, you need to punch back harder. Thank you NEATC and the amazing staff I can’t imagine would still be working here but if you are I love you. Forever I love you, and miss you, and wish you the best. I would love to come speak one day at an event, I don’t live close by anymore but I’d love to make something so please contact. Anyone wondering if they should come here, yes. Yes you should.

Everything here is focused on recovery, growth, accountability, and helping people move forward. I’m grateful for the support, compassion, and genuine care I’ve experienced at Rockland Recovery. It has truly been an important part of my journey. Thank you All very much Samuel Bell

Rockland Recovery has been an incredibly positive part of my recovery. That is why I chose to come back after leaving last time. The staff genuinely care about the people here, and that shows in everything from the clinical work to the groups and everyday interactions. The clinicians and group facilitators are knowledgeable, compassionate, and willing to meet people where they are. Ritchie Evans, Eddie Payne, Henry, and Mattie are all great. The person I have connected with most is Ritchie. He is a solid dude with a great deal of lived experience, and he always offers something thoughtful and insightful. We share common bonds through addiction and combat service, so he understands parts of my experience that can be difficult to explain to someone who has not lived them. One thing Ritchie said will forever change how I see recovery. He encouraged me not to think of people with addiction as simply being burdened with addiction, but as people who may have been chosen to serve a mission from God by using what we have survived to help others. That gave purpose to experiences I had previously viewed only as pain. Rockland is fortunate to have Ritchie and the rest of this staff. This is a place filled with people who understand recovery, believe in the people they serve, and offer real hope.

Came to Dr. Lee for a nexus letter for my BCMR appeal. He asked the right questions, gave straight answers, and told me honestly that my case needed a forensic psychiatrist not just a nexus letter. He could've taken my money; instead he steered me right. Worth every penny of the $500 consult. Highly recommended.

I’m two and a half years clean thanks to this place. To keep it short, I left detox and went to another facility that was extremely strict about AA and pushed it in a way that didn’t work for me. When I expressed that, it became an issue, so I chose to leave.. leaving was difficulty the other facility made me walk miles and miles before allowing myself a cell phone and left my stranded in the middle of nowhere. I got the courage after leaving to find another facility and CHOOSE NOT TO GO BACK TO THE LIFESTYLE I ONCE HAD. Finding Mayflower made all the difference. I appreciated that they allowed a more balanced, normal routine outside of meetings—you could relax, watch TV, do crafts, play basketball, and still focus on recovery. They also offered a different approach to sobriety that felt more supportive and personalized. What really stood out was the medical staff—they were always there when I needed them and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. This was my first time getting sober, and I’ve stayed sober ever since because of this place.. great food as well. I’m so thankful for this place because without them I don’t know where I would be today. If one place isn’t a fit for you in recovery please find the next place and do not give up!

would get 5 stars if one bht didn’t make me feel uncomfortable and didn’t act so hostile towards me. when this bht was working i felt uncomfortable to talk to her, or even do anything in front of her because she made it show she didn’t like me. but besides that it was great.

Woburn Wellness has played an instrumental role in my recovery journey, and I cannot speak highly enough about the care and support I received throughout my time there. From my very first interaction, the entire team demonstrated genuine compassion and professionalism. Jeff and Juan in Admissions made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable, providing guidance and encouragement from the very beginning. Jasmine took the time to understand my individual circumstances and developed a treatment plan tailored specifically to my needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. During my time in the PHP program, I had the privilege of working with Lara, an exceptional clinician whose knowledge, compassion, and dedication had a profound impact on my recovery. The program itself is engaging, interactive, and thoughtfully designed. Rather than simply presenting information, the staff fosters meaningful discussions and provides practical tools and coping strategies that can be applied in everyday life. I am also grateful for the outstanding support provided by the entire team, including Zhenya, Noah, Kayla, Macy, Julia, Cecilia, Tony, Thespina, and Annemarie. Every staff member contributed to creating a welcoming, supportive, and recovery-focused environment. A special thank you to Caroline for organizing the outstanding Super Saturdays. These events quickly became one of the highlights of my week. The combination of Reiki sessions provided by Lighthouse Holistic Healing and peaceful nature walks and hikes offered an invaluable opportunity to recharge both mentally and physically while reinforcing the importance of self-care in recovery. What truly distinguishes Woburn Wellness is its commitment to treating each individual as a unique person with unique needs. The personalized care, knowledgeable staff, and genuine investment in each client’s success create an environment where lasting recovery is possible. I wholeheartedly recommend Woburn Wellness to anyone seeking treatment for substance use or mental health challenges. Thanks to the unwavering support, guidance, and dedication of the entire team, I am proud to say that I am sober today. I will always be grateful for the role Woburn Wellness has played in helping me build a healthier and more fulfilling future.

When I decided that 48 years was enough of living in a bottle and a spoon, I began to research what exactly I needed to do to get to a stage where I could put my life on hold, hire enough of the right people to handle my affairs while I was away. After accomplishing that, I boarded a plane to Boston 04-19-26 and arrived at Hillside detox and recovery program safely where I was treated like royalty. After 30 days, they convinced me to further my experience, knowledge, and skills for a successful life of soberiety by going to Woburn Wellness. Honestly, it is one of the best decisions I've ever made. At Woburn, I attended the daily groups. At first I didn't understand how the groups could possibly help me go home to a wife that drinks, and remain sober. But the longer I not only attended, but actively participate in the program, the stronger I felt about my soberiety. I was also blessed to stay at the Sober House in Stoneham. The accommodations at these 2 blessings were nothing like the 10 star treatment I got used to at Hillside. But they were perfect for this stage in my journey because they were realistic for life in the real world. [ ] Jasmine was my go to for everything. She treated me like royalty. I'm not going to try and play favoritism with the staff at Woburn Wellness because they all are my favorites. I love and miss each of them. From Ray the Driver, for always getting me to put on my positive attitude, every morning, to Violet who made sure my meds were filled, to Jaun, my Rockstar, Sean, the Big dog who was also full of wisdom (and a little bit of bs.🤣). My Southern Belle, Laura, who is my Clinician, (she is vital to my soberiety by keeping me thinking, and giving me ideas, even now that I'm home). Caroline who always is high on happy pills, and we have a bonded agreement that we shook on, and It's something that I take very serious, and very rarely offer it, is special in her own ways. Noah is a beast, but a gentle giant that best not get anymore bad haircuts. Zhenya is the sweetest lady until you merge into a subject she doesn't approve of. But even her reprimands are done gently yet stern. I could go on praising the staff but I would be remiss if I don't talk about the group. Obviously I can't mention names or discussions we had. But I consider each one of them extremely lucky to be part of Woburn, especially myself. The staff and group members will always hold a very special place in my heart. [ ] Should I relapse, it would be solely for the purpose of going back to Hillside, then Woburn and the sober house, to spend time with my extended family. God bless each member of staff, the group members, everyone at Hillside and everyone at Stoneham Sober house. If you're serious about getting Clean and sober, then I strongly recommend you start at Hillside and then go to Woburn. You will leave a completely new person. I know I did. May Christ Jesus support you in you Soberiety and bless you with this program

Bedrock was truly a great experience to gain early recovery tools. Detox nursing were awesome. They always explained what medication was what and how it could/would affect me. Residential was as a great experience for me. Most techs actually have been through the program/recovery so they actually understand and care about you. The nursing up here was great as well. The nurse Linda loves all her clients like her own. The alumni coordinators are truly inspiring. Math was super helpful in my personal recovery! He runs great groups and won’t coddle you but offer tough love support and recommendations. Knowing he’s been through this for a lot of his life really made his stories speak out. I want to shout out Luna, Kourtney, Alisha, Christine, Crystal, Casey, Marcia, Josh, Jerry, and Ms. Dee for all the love and support as well as Cheryl, Lawrence, and Mirable my care team. Bedrock saved my life. The program works if you work it. And don’t be afraid to ask questions!!

This place was great I went here the staff went above and. Beyond to help me get to the place I choose for further treatment they also got me multiple things I needed like clothes and cosmetics literature for the 12 step program I do! The groups were good. The clinical staff was very good to me and made me feel at home! Also there's tvs in the room so that was cool when I had nothing going on and the smoke breaks were just enough. And spaced very good! If have to go any where again its gonna be here!
