My experience while being at Savida health has been nothing but Pleasant. Staff has always been on top of the game. Not once since coming to this place have I ever felt uncomfortable, if you truly indeed want your recovery, you will get what you put in. Looking at some reviews people complaining, your problem didn't happen overnight so don't expect for things to fall in place overnight. I've been clean 12 years, because I've put in really hard work. Mostly all addicts biggest problems are they want instant gratification. Unfortunately recovery doesn't work that way. Again if you put in hard work you will see good results, but most of all you have to learn how to navigate around obstacles when they are presented to you. At the end of the day it starts and falls on you, Blessings to the staff at Savida health as well as the patients...

The therapist and psychiatrist i see here are both wonderful. I was going to switch from here originally but I am glad I didn't because they have connected me with a therapist I really like who I think has been helpful for me. There are a few providers here I didn't really like but they were happy to switch me until I found providers who are the right fit for me.

I think the Carlson center was awesome. They medicate you so you are really comfortable. Their food is incredible and you can get seconds too which is helpful when you are starving and coming off alcohol. Every time I relapsed I went there because I knew they would give me another chance. You should go to groups but yes you can sleep if you’re tired. I remember the first time I went there. I was in serious alcohol withdrawal. I had the best sleep after being medicated. Their staff is great too. They saved my life. They wake you up for vitals early but you may need medication. They have punch in the tv room which I drank like no tomorrow. Snacks too. I’ve been there like 7 times and they always treat me great. I wish I could say my name but can’t. You will always get a second chance there

From the initial phone call I had with the Director of Admissions, through my completion of their IOP, the care I received was top notch. Compass Recovery has completely changed my life. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive as I found my way in recovery. Intensive outpatient that Compass Recovery provides, was a very important part of my recovery. After rehab, I started at Compass Recovery in evenings. I found the counselors and the staff all very kind, helpful and creative, and compassionate. Compass recovery focuses on tools on how to move forward in our life without alcohol. cope and getting one ready for normal life without Alcohol.
The counselors are all very Knowledgeable, and truly care about your Recovery.
At the end of each of our sessions, we needed to give something we were grateful for, and we did have to state what we would do to help our sobriety, for example, journaling, reading, meditation something that we were going to do each day to help Our recovery.
So with that, I am grateful for Compass recovery and all that they have taught me, and the kindness and camaraderie I found there.

I started typing a comment that took a half hour to type. I finished and shook my head. All I really wanted to say is, “I am grateful to the P.H. House. They didn’t call me up or send me an application to live there. I wrote a letter from jail asking/ begging to be accepted. I called them every week.” I could think of things to complain about while I was there. But I have to tell myself to remain grateful. I really miss the P.H. House. I met a lot of good people. I also lost a lot of people who couldn’t remain sober. That hurts. If it wasn’t for the P.H. and the staff. I would be dead today I believe. The Pheonix House saved my life. I don’t know if completers can still come back. I just miss being a part of something great.

I entered the Phoenix House in Springfield January 2004. I walked out February 2005. It was both the longest and most important year of my life. I changed as a human being. I’m still sober. I had a relapse in 2007, but I got right back up and owned it and moved on. Been sober since. I learned so much about myself. It’s meant to be hard. In hindsight, it was life training. It taught me how to be accountable. For everything. Nothing beats laying my head down at night with a clean conscious. I got married. Bought a house. Had a child. I love being a father. I never would have accomplished so much without their guidance. Did I hate it when I was there, yes yes yes. It’s hard. They ride your behind. It saved my life.

The ER waiting room doesn't get a star. The blonde that takes your vitals in the morning was not very pleasant. She doesn't even deserve the reasons why. I was in an ER bed for 10 hrs which was fine, I dozed off and on. I was admitted as I needed surgery. When I finally got a room, the nurse I had was phenomenal. I called him " the george". He gets 10 stars. I remember 2 people from the surgical department "Erin and Matt"! They both get 10 stars. When I came out of surgery, Erin was the first one I recognized and she was a delight. This has always been my go to hospital. The care has always been amazing, even when I was a Lil Jill lol. I would love for this review to reach the people listed. They deserve the recognition.

I visited Mercy Medical Center this afternoon for a colonoscopy and found Mercy to be a great selection for medical treatment. The medical staff was compassionate and caring and demonstrated a fine example of professionalism. From the
physicians to the nursing and support staff, I was very pleased. I had been to Mercy a number of times previously and walked away with a somewhat mediocre experience, but again, I had a great experience on this visit. Keep up the good work!

I been patience for 40 years here, my Dr. Scavron is been my doctor since that time, and he always care , excellent doctor and human been , call me when I leave a request, answer my questions and concerns ect. Other staff, the ones I been in touch great ones too, at least the ones I been in touch. The only question I always ask myself is, why always is new people for years? ; just a couple of them are still there or been retired , the others haven’t stay longer. Something to consider ; my humble observation.

I am very disappointed with this clinic. I have been visiting for 15 years and I am a patient and the treatment of patients is getting worse. From the moment you walk into reception to give your information, they treat you badly, they open their mouths and they no longer treat you kindly. Everyone knows your information. I went to this office for many years and they were always excellent! The only I stopped going there was because I moved far enough a closer office was better for me. I am quite shocked by many of the other comments, those comments just don’t describe the experiences I had there. I can’t speak to how they are now, but when I used to go there, you always had some damn Karens making problems with the staff.

I entered the Phoenix House in Springfield January 2004. I walked out February 2005. It was both the longest and most important year of my life. I changed as a human being. I’m still sober. I had a relapse in 2007, but I got right back up and owned it and moved on. Been sober since. I learned so much about myself. It’s meant to be hard. In hindsight, it was life training. It taught me how to be accountable. For everything. Nothing beats laying my head down at night with a clean conscious. I got married. Bought a house. Had a child. I love being a father. I never would have accomplished so much without their guidance. Did I hate it when I was there, yes yes yes. It’s hard. They ride your behind. It saved my life.

I have dealt with the CSO Program of 1 Federal Street Building 102 Springfield, Massachusetts 01109. When in this program I was placed with 2 different roommates per the program. The first roommate was a decent human being but the 2nd was a nightmare. The woman was moved from 3 previous residences due to not being able to get along with the other tenants. The Collage Street in Springfield, MA. was her 4th and final move. I was attacked twice by this woman and the CSO Program, Springfield Police Officers, and The District Attorney none of them listened or attempted to help or deal with the issues that were happening. On April 8th, 2021 I was diagnosed with incurable Multiple Sclerosis and there are 3 metal pins in my right hip and 1 metal pin in my left hip. The metal pins in my hips give me the ability to walk. Both the program and my attacker were aware of this but she still attacked me anyway. I have lost my job of almost 10 years, the ability to financially support myself, become homeless again, and have a criminal record which prevents stable housing. Due to my Multiple Sclerosis I am unsure if I will ever be able to work again. I am warning anyone that is thinking about letting CSO Program lie to you and tell you they want to help you or assist you to get back on your feet. I trusted these people that call themselves counselors but they are far from that.
