I like this methadone clinic a lot. I switched from Hartford Dispensary which was a horrible experience.My counselor is the best and really cares about me and my sobriety and other personal problems.Her name is Stephanie. Also the new young Doctor is amazing. (Sorry forgot her name) Recommend to come her if you need help.

It's what you make of it, staff is dedicated and the nurses are great. Good counselors. If you follow the program, keep your head down and take advantage of the supportive services offered you will be successful and over time you'll notice you've changed your life, recovering one day at a time. Nothing worth while comes easy. You gotta fight and work hard. You're the architect of your own future.

John at SaVida (worcester,Ma) is a very caring and knowledgeable guy. He gives you a plan to follow and if you stay with it then I promise that you will be free of the monster within. Definitely deserves 6 stars but only can give 5 for now.!

Recovery finally made some sense when at coles place, ended up going to a higher level of care because some mental health, and addiction. I'm Nathan Janvrin and 16 months clean tomorrow! Don't ever give up!! You didn't give up when it was raining and you were dope sick! Give yourself a brake!!

To be honest I was thinking I didn t need to go and I was mandated to go for court and it turned out to be a experience that I was not aware that I needed we as people need to be more open to mental health and this is not to judge or target it s just for self care I would recommend to everyone

There lab is much more efficient than Leeds VA. Get free transportation than you don't have to deal with parking. Location can be bad . But service is good.

The staff here are incredibly considerate and willing to meet you where you're at. Everyone is very kind, supportive, and the culture is non-judgmental and very supportive, allowing for great opportunities for healing.

Frank Shea is hands down the best therapist ever! He has an amazing soul. Very kind demeanor.He goes above, and beyond his job, and it shows.Its not just a job to him. He genuinely cares. Extremely professional. I worked with him for MANY years. I don't know where I would have been without his help. He will hold a special place with me for the rest of my life!

I was very happy to have learned of this establishment. Many insurances are accepted like Medicaid and Medicare, although certain counselors accept certain insurances. The scheduling coordinators are very friendly and work with you to receive the help you need. It is also worth noting that services are offered for kids and even toddlers, with referalls offered as well.

I think the Carlson center was awesome. They medicate you so you are really comfortable. Their food is incredible and you can get seconds too which is helpful when you are starving and coming off alcohol. Every time I relapsed I went there because I knew they would give me another chance. You should go to groups but yes you can sleep if you re tired. I remember the first time I went there. I was in serious alcohol withdrawal. I had the best sleep after being medicated. Their staff is great too. They saved my life. They wake you up for vitals early but you may need medication. They have punch in the tv room which I drank like no tomorrow. Snacks too. I ve been there like 7 times and they always treat me great. I wish I could say my name but can t. You will always get a second chance there

Great staff/ counselors, simple layout, easy to get used to, decent choice of movies to watch, great food (just be careful with the meatballs.....)

Minus one particular staff member the employees are professional, and I believe truly want people to succeed in there attempt at a better life.

Intensive outpatient that Compass Recovery provides, was a very important part of my recovery. After rehab, I started at Compass Recovery in evenings. I found the counselors and the staff all very kind, helpful and creative, and compassionate. Compass recovery focuses on tools on how to move forward in our life without alcohol. cope and getting one ready for normal life without Alcohol.The counselors are all very Knowledgeable, and truly care about your Recovery.At the end of each of our sessions, we needed to give something we were grateful for, and we did have to state what we would do to help our sobriety, for example, journaling, reading, meditation something that we were going to do each day to help Our recovery.So with that, I am grateful for Compass recovery and all that they have taught me, and the kindness and camaraderie I found there.

This Place is something Special

I called Compass Recovery because I wanted to limit my drinking. I had been using a program on my cell phone to count my drinks and receive feedback on how well I was doing. I realized when doing this my counting skill was not at 100%. Being honest with myself about that made me think I needed something more so I made a call to Compass Recovery with the intent of learning how cut back.My experience at Compass Recovery was actually life-changing! I grew up in an environment where drinking was the norm. I thought that's what everyone did. Missing time, falling, and a few other odds and ends were part of living. This program taught me that not everyone uses a substance to cope with stress, anxiety, and past traumas. Knowing that was freeing. I realized I had been living in a cycle of addiction and denial for most of my life, and that it was ok to ask for help. I now know addiction is a chronic and complex disease which is treatable. Asking for help was the first step in my journey of recovery.I am grateful to Compass Recovery - Dino and his team - for this program. It provided multiple tools and real support where I could look at me without judging myself. I learned that I am not now and can never be a social drinker. Each day at Compass we discussed different tools and how to use them. I loved the center's holistic approach to recovery which combined art and music therapy, sound baths, outdoor activities and mindfulness practices. There's a wide range of creative outlets offered. These experiences helped me not only to get back on track and tap into my creative side again but also taught me valuable life skills and coping mechanisms that I continue to draw upon today. Learning new things, having new passions and interests is important.The community at Compass Recovery was amazing. Everyone is there for the same reason. You learn from each other. You support each other through the tough times and celebrate each other's wins. It s like having a second family. The staff was welcoming, supportive, non-judgmental and authentic, which made it easy to open up and be honest about my struggles. I'm so grateful I found this program. It really helped me turn my life around. I have contentment, purpose and joy again. I am no longer on automatic pilot. I live life consciously and that is powerful.If you're struggling with addiction or just need some support, I highly recommend Compass Recovery. Don't be afraid to reach out and ask for help you deserve it and it will be the best decision you'll ever make. I am forever grateful that I did.

Methadone Clinic Springfield CTC formerly Habit OPCO gives a take home bottle to every patient. Attend a few orientations and even if you have a positive drug screen you can at least one bottle!
