I came to OC revive from Oklahoma broken and hopeless. I wish I could find the words to describe how much this program has changed my life how much they care about their clients and not just look at them as another payday. I completed the substance abuse program and because of the kind of care and attention I received I decided to also do the mental health program as well. As a new graduate I've got my life back together I'm sober and I'm thriving thanks to the help of OC revive. Everyone there Dan, Jacob, Becca, Shawna, Keith, Chris w., Chris e., Robert, Patrick, Jamie, Jenna, Anthony and so many more Played a role in me getting my life back and I'm forever grateful. If you need help do not pass OC revive up. I'm truly grateful for The care the structure the support and guidance of every staff member associated with this company I'm forever indebted to you thank you so much.

I am so grateful for OC Revive. The staff here is amazing! I have enjoyed all of the groups. The facilitators run groups that are engaging and informative. I have learned so much about my own recovery since I have been a client here. Rebecca has been such a helpful staff member she is one of the first people I met. Anytime I need a way to get to my 12 step meetings or important errands she provides support super quickly and I always feel like she cares. More than once when I was struggling that day she was somebody I could check in with and feel like I was understood. Cassie is one of the best facilitators there. I enjoy all of her groups. They get super deep into my mental health factors that I need to work on. I have learned invaluable tools in her groups to manage my emotions. My case manager Cullen has been so receptive of any of my concerns and has resolved any request I’ve had very thoroughly. I feel like he really cares about me as a person and a client. Katie is another facilitator who has made me feel like I’m worth wanting to have a good life. She is encouraging and also makes me feel like I’m a helpful contributor to the groups. There is so much more I could say about the staff here. I would recommend OC Revive to anybody seeking help and understanding and or stabilization in their substance use or their mental health recovery journey.

| Located in Murrieta, California, Ranch Creek Recovery is a luxury alcohol and drug rehab center that provides addiction treatment to men and women aged 18 and older. They also provide specialty tracks for first responders, individuals living with dual diagnosis, and the LGBTQ community. Detoxification, residential treatment, and outpatient treatmen | Treatments Programs Payment Options | What you need to know about Ranch Creek Recovery:They accept health care insurance. Katie was great in helping me find the right healthcare provider and coordinating enrollmentPRIOR TO ARRIVAL:coordinate which house you will be staying at (Bass or Dorrien), what day you'll be arriving, how you'll get to the program, pack a week worth of clothes including a bathing suit, books, booklight (if you plan to read, because all lightbulbs are the dimmest possible), and alarm clock (unless you like counselors walking into your space, waking you up randomly).UPON ARRIVAL:You will need to be dropped off (there is no personal parking or vehicle storage). You'll go through a search (appropriately, light pocket check and bags emptied) all electronics will be confiscated (headphones, phones, chargers, etc) and stored in a locked closet. Full inventory documented for all items. You will have up-to 3 days to DETOX as needed where you can sleep and rest privately. I personally got bored very fast and decided to join the group early rather than just sleep, but the option is available as needed.ONCE SETTLED IN:There is a 7 day blackout period where you are not allowed phone or computer use and can not have visitors or communicate with family/friends (emergency exceptions). There are typically 4 (one hour) group sessions daily, during which either worksheets are used from various therapy resources, or rehabilitation-related YouTube videos are shown. Counselors rotate based on internal scheduling. You'll have 1-2 private therapy sessions scheduled each week for one on one with Leena or Christine both are great to work with and talk to one on one. Meals are scheduled 3 times a day, residents are responsible for cooking their own meals and can "graze" in making snacks/meals as needed.DEPARTING:A close-out assessment will be completed prior to your scheduled last day with an emergency safety plan for sign off. A pick-up time will be scheduled, all itemized inventory reviewed with sign-off. an IOP Intensive Outpatient Program will be offered through RCR Ranch Creek Recovery and/or a plan for after care reviewed.NOTES:Phone use allowed 1 hour a day at night after dinner, following a 7 day blackout period. Group sessions can be "boring" lots of downtime, lots of staff turnover. There are two houses BASS & DORRIEN.Bass is the main property and where groups are held.Sleeps 6 residents. There are 3 private bedrooms each with a queen bed (one has it's own bathroom, the other 2 share a bathroom), and 1 oversized bedroom with 3 queen beds, another full bathroom by the living room. big screen smart tv, L-shaped old sofa [over-due to be replaced], matching captains chair with footrest [also ready to be replaced], eloquent dining room (dedicated as an art space), enormous dream kitchen with separate pantry room, food shopping is done once a week with a list (residents responsible to cook their own meals), Pool Table, Ping Pong,, Pool (ICE COLD), Jacuzzi (turned on Friday night only, no lights), garage with some gym equipment (you can use during free time), and a large sunny well maintained backyard is accessible.Dorrien is the "overflow" smaller secondary house about 10 minutes away. Also sleeps 6 total. 1 large bedroom with 3 beds, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 master with a queen bed which shares a jack-and-jill bathroom. This is, by far, the best recovery center that I have experienced and heard of. I have been sober since I left Ranch Creek 3 1/2 years ago. They saved my life physically, as I was about a month away from being put onto the liver transplant list, they saved my marriage and relationship with our four children, and they saved me emotionally, as Dr. Dena was able to get some of my issues to a conclusion without me using alcohol to numb the pain. I do the work every single day, but I wouldn't be here without Ranch Creek. They definitely do it right!

This place has saved my life. The counselors, the nurses, the teachings (tools), and the environment were amazing. They were very patient, caring, and understanding. I learned so much there and gained a whole new self identity. After inpatient, they offered me an outpatient program that you can partake either in-person or via Zoom. That is so necessary and beneficial as well. I would suggest that anyone who wants and needs to get their life back or reshape who they are for the better to give this place a try. I live life through new eyes and with a healthy mind. You won't be disappointed.

When I first arrived at South Shores in May of this year, I felt truly broken. I was completely disoriented after having traveled cross country and terrified about what would come next. I was in poor shape spiritually, emotionally, and physically, and missed my family desperately.I never expected to find my joy again, but with South Shores' help, I have. The staff were amazing and immediately made me feel safe and helped me adjust to life in treatment. I can hardly name them all, but Billie, Edgar, Lisa, Jos, Matt, Tina, and the whole staff there truly saved my life. If you're feeling hopeless and that you can't recover, call South Shores.I have been sober seven months today, and have an amazing sponsor and sober fam here at home. My health and fitness are great, and I don't feel broken anymore. To say I am grateful is an understatement.Leigh-Anne Gaumond

It feels weird posting a review of a rehab, facility, huh? Well, if it helps make anyone feel more comfortable and confident in seeking help, I guess it's worth it. I did a medical detox from benzos here. The staff are all wonderful, caring people, who take good care of you and try to keep you comfortable and safe. With their treatment, I felt no withdrawal symptoms and aside from some drowsiness, no side effects. The only possible complaint I have is the food, but it kept me nutritionally satisfied, and that's enough. It's not a vacation. If you feel like you need to make a change in your life, or got referred by your doctor or a family member, I fully recommend the place. Recovery is hard, but they'll do their best to make the initial (and scariest, IMO) detox process as easy and comfortable as possible.

Best call I ever made. Not only did they help me through detox, but I was also prescribed depression medications that really helped be during the process. In addition, you are taught how to maintain sobriety. The homes are always kept clean and comfortable and hold at least 8 clients. There is one on one therapy sessions with a certified therapist. The group therapy sessions are kept small so you're not lost in a crowd of people. You are taken to actual AA and NA meetings in the area. You are also taken on weekend trips to a store to purchase personal items, clothing, and snacks for yourself and to the movies, beach, hiking and other fun activities. The staff is genuine in their care for you and give you personal attention. They brought my energy level back up and I feel normal again with more energy and I made numerous new friends that I still keep in contact with and I consider family. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs help.

Treatment takes place on a ranch s | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Pros: Caring Staff, Balanced Groups, Decent Food as far as rehabs go. Visits are allowed on weekends after 7 days.Cons: Occasionally some clients that need special mental needs met slip in the cracks and it is difficult to replace them where they need to be.It seems like corporate has the budget in too high of a chokehold, I can't imagine 50+ men at a rehab do not facilitate a higher budget than what is currently allocated. Clients shouldn't be able to feel this.If you are not keen on a lot of men around you, consider other options with smaller populations. If you are heading here without a choice, talk to your counselor about any accommodations. If you are looking to get sober, this is a place that runs a dog through the facility and tries to take measures to better facilitate it to those that want to make a serious change for their lives. If you have derailed your life and hit rock bottom, got felonies, or you just got out of prison and have conditions, this is definitely a good spot to put your life back on track. If you are going to rehab for the right reasons, you will not have an issue with 90% of the staff. Most treatment options felt like just like they were farming us for the money, this was NOT one of those facilities.Even if you don't know where you are, give this a shot. I'm glad I did!

I have been to alcohol rehabilitation learning some of the same things but this program actually clicked. I have to treat the mental to treat the addiction. I was in Fallbrook, CA. This time I fully understand my mental and addiction illness. No words can describe the amount of tailored help and understanding all staff has. most are in recovery and only another recovery person can understand what one is going through. My family member is currently in treatment at AMFM and so far has really enjoyed their experience. They said clinicians are top-notch, the food is incredible (a chef cooks meals daily), the program is structured and efficient. We spoke about 10 days within their admission and they already felt the progress of healing, not to mention the tone of their voice was upbeat and promising. They are so grateful to be in the program and our family is grateful to AMFM for the compassion and dedication of their clinicians in helping my family member grow and heal.

My son was at this facility for about 45 days and discharged recently. The staff were kind and efficient and took care of everything he needed on time. Specially, Andrew (project manager) and Shannon (case worker) tried to find a right place very hard as a aftercare program for my son even though it passed over scheduled discharging date. They were responsible and reliable. Thanks for your work ! Andrew and Shannon !!

The 10 Acres Ranch staff made it a extremely easy process to get admitted really quickly. The staff were very knowledgeable and had excellent past experience. The food was great with Chef Mike on grounds. Dienna and Alejandra always went out of their way and stepped up anytime I needed help with Court and Work. It was also very nice to have two outings per week and LA Fitness gym daily. Sobriety has been the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I would give 10 acre ranch five stars, and I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking to change their life.

Just back from a 21 day stay at the Chapters Beach House and I can definitely say it was a transformative experience! I was a 3 time dropout of a local outpatient program and didn't want to go to the "institutional" type of inpatient programs that lock you away like a prisoner and you get outside a few mins a day to smoke. Being from the East Coast, the warm and sunny environment of Orange County definitely helped (i spent A LOT of time on the deck and/or in the hot tub just relaxing, thinking, reflecting, planning for individual/group sessions, or doing workbook assignments for the next day), but it was the overall experience that made a difference. The small group setting of a max of 6 clients allowed me to develop strong bonds with people I consider lifelong connections and family. The clinical staff, especially Ligi, Jess, and Michael are amazing. They each get 20 out of 5 stars! I specifically want to recognize a few of the operations staff - Raif, Tyler, and Edith - with whom I spent a lot of time and credit each of them for being a huge part of my positive experience. I also want to thank Teresa, the Executive Director, who took the time one evening to have a conversation with me about some feedback I wanted to provide to enhance the client experience for future clients. Thanks again to the folks I called out above. I miss you all and don't plan to see you ever again..unless we pass each other on the street! :-)

I'm so thankful for the team at NMW. I came from out of state after seeing a friend of mine get clean here. I'm now 6 months sober and I'm back to loving myself and life. Juanita and the intake staff make the process with the insurance companies and arrival seamless so you can focus purely on recovery. The staff, main facility, housing, programs and activities are top class. I really couldn't say better things about their program. I wish I would have made it years ago. If you're on the fence like I was don't wait another day, week, year and just call them. You will not regret it.

At the time in my life when I needed a place for healing this name came up immediately! At that time I thought it was too good to be true. I had never been to a treatment center before and did not know what to expect. If that is you, just know that it is real and absolutely amazing! They have someone on staff in particular who is truly an angel. Don’t get me wrong all of the staff are incredible but, this one lady, Juanita practically saved my life. From the initial calls to get me there to being in touch with me at each airport that I had to transfer from, Juanita showed me how much she cared about me. In saying this please keep in mind she did not know me from Adam. She simply knew I was broken and needed help. She will forever be my guardian angel! The facility itself is beautiful. The location is great. The therapy is second to none in my honest opinion. I learned so much about me and what broke me. I wholeheartedly recommend NMW to anyone that needs recovery including mental health and or addiction. They will see YOU the individual. I truly believe in my heart that they are not in it for the money. They are doing what they do to save lives and show us all that there is healing and a bright future ahead of you no matter what has happened in the past.

I recently went through residential treatment at Rancho Milagro and this place helped save my life!! I was treated excellent and the facility is awesome. The staff was very professional and they treated me with the utmost care. I would not have made the steps I have made in my recovery from addiction without the team at the ranch. It is my opinion that Rancho Milagro is the Malibu of Riverside County and I would refer any of my family or closest friends to them if they needed help with addiction in a safe and caring environment.
