Was a patient here a few times. When you're in a mental health crisis, K3 was amazing to me. Wonderful, compassionate staff, great groups, etc.. When you're hospitalized for medical needs, they are also extremely compassionate and actually care about your well-being. It's a great hospital all around.

I want to thank the staff and people at the Binghamton location. 2year 5 months ago I walked into their facility and it was the first rehab I've gone to where I stayed. The people there were caring and really sweet. I owe them 2years an 5 months of my life so far bc they helped me get clean. Even when I'd just sit there coloring bc I was shutting down mentally they were great. I've colored them so many things to hang up and show future people that it does help.

I have been here a few times.. the staff here is amazing!!! From coming in the door to you go out the door every one of them was very professional and they really care about you. I wanted to let them know that they saved my life and just wanted to say thank you!!!!! I'm going on five months clean and will never go down that road again.. they have even called me since I have been out to see how I was doing. It's a very clean place I recommend this place to anyone. They have a cousler named Patrick he is the best..

I have been using family and children’s for the last 15 months. My first therapist unfortunately moved out of the area so I was put on a wait list. She was absolutely amazing and so helpful, and got me through the abusive relationship I was in. Fast forward to the beginning of September I received a phone call saying how there was someone available for me to see again. Perfect timing because me and my ex had broken up a week before hand and I was in a bad mental state. I then started seeing Bailey. She’s an intern but she has a very successful career ahead of her. She helped me through the beginning stages of my terrible breakup while validating my feelings, coaching me through the struggles of the breakup, and much more. She was absolutely wonderful. I was put on Lexapri through Holli and for the last month I’ve been on it, it has helped tremendously. I feel like an entirely new person. Hopeful, Excited to see what the future holds, and all around genuinely happy. Thank you ❤️

Clearbrook has been a great experience. I learned alot. The staff has been nothing but kind and professional. The BHT is awesome. J have to mention one tech in particular, Bob goes above and beyond for all clients. When asked he is prompt on acting as quickly as he can to accommodate the clients. Thank you Clearbrook for everything.

Coming here was great. The food and kitchen staff are better than most restaurants around me. And the counselors, behavioral health technicians, and nursing staff (both shifts) are great. They really care and are a big help. Sarah, my counselor, was such a huge help and support. I definitely recommend coming here. On another note, the main Dr. should be replaced, but the D.O.N. and nurses fight to get what you need. Thank you for helping me on my new journey…

The groups led by Christina, Ariel, and Jenna on topics like codependency, neuroplasticity, and shadow work were insightful, informative, and helped me better understand myself and my recovery. The house staff, especially Nicole, Tiffany, and Mariah, made me feel safe, supported, and truly at home. Pastor Laurie also had a profound impact on my journey, helping me strengthen my faith through her Christian group and the Recovery Bible she gifted us. Being able to connect Scripture with my recovery was incredibly meaningful. A special thank you to Sandy, who runs the program. She is genuinely one of the kindest, most compassionate, and selfless people I’ve ever met. Her heart for helping others is evident in everything she does. Most importantly, I left Serenity with lifelong friendships, a stronger foundation in recovery, and hope for the future. I have grown tremendously, and I will always be grateful to Serenity Mountain Recovery Center for helping me begin this next chapter of my life.

It's everything I imagined it would be. Spiritual growth and personal growth I have received. My counselor Jenna (God bless her) has working with me patiently through my different stages of sobriety. It was great for me personally i came out of juvie and went to the adolescent unit and i was filled with good energy and memories i had fun with all the other kids there and the staff was great my personal favorites were mrs dorothy and mr james they were great emotional support and good people to really talk about your feelings and how certain things affect you. I was there for my full term and despite other “reveiws” i did not smoke any cigarettes or anything like that and i felt like i didnt need to either. Something tragic happened when i was there with an adolescent but even then it was so easy to talk about it and get over it without feeling like i have to drink or smoke. Thank you huntington creek now i know i can rely on this establishment when i need them

The staff there truly cares about everyone who walks through the door. Countless rehabs have sent me home with only a weeks worth of medication for my mental health. This lead to relapses and self medicating. I let the staff at Huntington know my issue and they took it seriously. My counselor James understood my needs and sent me home with refills for my prescriptions allowing me time to find a primary care/ psychiatrist. If you want to be around love and people who care about you then this is your place. I watched these people come in daily and fight to save lives. They are hero’s not just staff.

I have OUTSTANDING Dr's, EVERY SINGLE person, from workers, nurses, aides, Dr's ARE FANTASTIC! I had an AWESOME Primary Dr. (Dr Sandra Balas who sadly resigned in August 2-25 and since, I had 2 of the MOST ARROGANT disrespectful MISERABLE Dr's I've ever encountered, but now I have Dr Rutkowski and I am THRILLED! Genuine man, straight forward, treats me with respect, listens and seems to be my "forever" VA Primary, I HOPE! The Pain Management team is 2nd to none, and I sincerely mean that! I am a SEVERE chronic pain patient, with SEVERE spinal destruction, 24/7/365"headaches" (no one, including the best headache specialists around has a CLUE!) but the pain mgmt TEAM (it is a TEAM!) is sincerely THE BEST I've been treated by, something I am kind of an expert in since life as i once knew it came to an INSTANT end on Jan 18, 2004. EVERYONE I deal with is PROFESSIONAL, and I don't have ONE Dr/therapist I dislike! My lone complaint is the ****** n charge of the ER downright REFUSES to treat my "headaches" (seen the best, no known cause, no cure, requires IV pain meds when oral ones fail to work which is when it reaches or exceeds/8/10 and HE IS ALLOWED TO! Calling my Congressman, Patient Advocate (told me to leave him alone" "I'm a waste of his time" (because I called my Senator!) but I've been REPEATEDLY REFUSED TREATMENT, given a Tylenol, icepack and LITERALLY thrown out. OK, I have ONE other complaint....the Adminstration side? When you find a DEDICATED person, they will bend over backwards for you but without that? WOW! WHAT A NIGHTMARE, especially as a new to the VA person. My advice to every veteran, retiree, disabled veteran is this: GO! You will be SHOCLED at the professionalism, the abilities, and the fact that the people you MOST NEED to rely on, GENUINELY do everything they can to make SUIRE you get EVERYTHING you need. Everyone from the therapists to the pharmacists TRULY CARE, and not going due to hearing "horror stories" is REALLY causing you to miss out on MOST OF YOUR CARE being handled by some of the BEST Dr's/people I've encountered in over 22 years as a disabled veteran! You will not regret this!

Went in for updated ID card as a walk-in. Got right in and out in a flash. Card processed but told I have to wait for it in the mail. Facility exceptionally clean as I toured sections of the building including museum and canteen. All staff very friendly and helpful. Everybody I walked by said good morning. Something that's unheard of these days. Museum very honorable and amazing.

Hi. Recently had a heart cath done there! I would like to thank the three nurses on duty for them for being them. They were the most professional/knowledgeable/kind considerate/ lady’s I have ever encountered!! While having an emergency with another patient they still found time to take care of the rest of the patients,while dealing with this. In particular one girl who has only worked there 3 months had more knowledge and understanding,and compassion than someone 2 times here age. They were all fantastic and must say worked there butts off to make sure everyone was cared for as if you were family. General hospital be very proud of these lady’s!!

I have only been hehe a week now. Although I do not want to be on a program like this, and am embarrassed to be, this one is like DAY, the other one being, NIGHT, in comparison!!! I was mad and upset having to take this route a couple years ago. And my longterm partner made the call. We ended up at this other one that was actually even further from our home. And from the MOMENT WE WALKED IN, I WAS NAUSEOUS AND DISGUSTED! I'm so happy to have finally decided to have made the change already. It's nice and cleaner. Smaller. The staff is better. And the program too is more LOGICAL. I haven't been here long enough to say more. But, already, I'm so much more impressed. And mad at myself that I didn't do this at least a year ago. It took the other place screwing me over to make a change. Yet the entire time I talked about THIS PLACE. LOL. UGH. And there are signs when I walked in this door that I am supposed to be here. So, I guess this was supposed to occur. It is what it is.

Update: I had two more children here with good experiences. The only thing I would say is that I was not able to see a lactation consultant with my last baby. My baby was born Easter weekend, so I didn't even get to see an lacation consultant that Monday of discharge. When I had my first baby, there were three LCs employed there. Now, I think there is only one. I'd highly recommend that management would hire at least a second LC to be there on the weekends. The LC is available by phone after discharge but in person help would have been great! Moses Taylor is the place to have your baby. I had a great stay here when I delivered my baby in January. The staff are nice, and I had a beautiful clean room in the Mom/Baby section. This was my third baby delivered here and if we have anymore, we plan to deliver here again!

Anyone that gave dats anything less than 5 stats did not take their recovery seriously and blames dats for their mistakes. I've been attending for three years and i can't put into words how they've helped me. Both of my counselors I've had sine may 2020 "Lauren and especially sherry connelly" have done so much for me and I wouldn't be 3 years sober without them.
