clearbrook laurel run was truly such a great experience. all of the staff down to the kitchen staff are truly great wonderful and really care about your well being. the facility is really nice. special shout out bib logan & ron. they truly make you feel so comfortable. the only complaint I had was the cleanliness could have been a little better. all in all a great experience and I think everyone who comes here should take it seriously

My counselor at marworth was Kayla who was exceptional going above and beyond to meet my needs. Also Alana who does the discharge aftercare went out of her way completely just to help me find a place to go down South she spent hours of her time when there's a full house at marwars. I couldn't thank her enough. She's also very beautiful lol The nursing staff was generally great, and most were supportive and respectful. A couple could be a bit difficult at times, but overall, the team made a positive difference in my stay. Your fed very well. Staff is great all around. They also have a Shield program for firefighters, police, EMTs, and vets. You will get know Emil a councelor who is incredible. The best meetings I went to where in the Shiels meetings. A great place to go and get your life together and move on happily and sober! God Bless

The staff is awesome, as is Dr. Abidi; efficient, kind, empathetic, and highly skilled. Nurse Stacy was the best. It was like having a family member care for you. And, a shout out to the two young people who staffed the front desk at the hospital. They were upbeat and smiling. One of the two is a handsome young Yankees fan who has an infectious personality and who was able, in the short time we interacted with him, to completely diffuse the tension my husband and I had with respect to my upcoming procedure. I don't think people realize how important that first contact is. It sets the tone for the entire experience. So thank you to those young hospital representatives. I have no notes. UPDATE: I went to the E.R. on 6/8/2026 with a broken foot. All of the E.R. staff was attentive, responsive, empathetic, and caring. (There were a couple of unhoused people, who clearly were dealing with severe mental issues, who were patients; and I was blown away - and relieved - by how kindly and patiently they were treated; and happy that a social worker worked with them to address their immediate needs.) Angelica, among others, made the entire traumatic experience so much easier for me. I was admitted to have surgery the next day; and the medical nursing staff on the floor, the wonderful lady who cleaned the room, the anesthesiologist (with whom I interacted because he gave me a nerve block in the knee prior to surgery), the food coordinator (I'm a vegan, and she handled that beautifully), and - of course - Dr. Sweet - made the entire experience as free of stress and pain as possible. Highly recommend this hospital.

I want to thank the staff and people at the Binghamton location. 2year 5 months ago I walked into their facility and it was the first rehab I've gone to where I stayed. The people there were caring and really sweet. I owe them 2years an 5 months of my life so far bc they helped me get clean. Even when I'd just sit there coloring bc I was shutting down mentally they were great. I've colored them so many things to hang up and show future people that it does help.

I have been here a few times.. the staff here is amazing!!! From coming in the door to you go out the door every one of them was very professional and they really care about you. I wanted to let them know that they saved my life and just wanted to say thank you!!!!! I'm going on five months clean and will never go down that road again.. they have even called me since I have been out to see how I was doing. It's a very clean place I recommend this place to anyone. They have a cousler named Patrick he is the best..

I have been using family and children’s for the last 15 months. My first therapist unfortunately moved out of the area so I was put on a wait list. She was absolutely amazing and so helpful, and got me through the abusive relationship I was in. Fast forward to the beginning of September I received a phone call saying how there was someone available for me to see again. Perfect timing because me and my ex had broken up a week before hand and I was in a bad mental state. I then started seeing Bailey. She’s an intern but she has a very successful career ahead of her. She helped me through the beginning stages of my terrible breakup while validating my feelings, coaching me through the struggles of the breakup, and much more. She was absolutely wonderful. I was put on Lexapri through Holli and for the last month I’ve been on it, it has helped tremendously. I feel like an entirely new person. Hopeful, Excited to see what the future holds, and all around genuinely happy. Thank you ❤️

The staff there truly cares about everyone who walks through the door. Countless rehabs have sent me home with only a weeks worth of medication for my mental health. This lead to relapses and self medicating. I let the staff at Huntington know my issue and they took it seriously. My counselor James understood my needs and sent me home with refills for my prescriptions allowing me time to find a primary care/ psychiatrist. I stayed here and I had a rough time, but only due to the fact I was homesick and anxious. The staff there got me through one of the worst times i’ve endured due to my withdrawal and they gave me meds that helped me so much. Mr brian, Mr. Gary, Mrs Michelle, and Mr brandon are amazing. Mrs Michelle is like a mom and she is so kind. Mr. James (Gritty) is the coolest counselor ever and by the second week I felt like a different person. They are so kind, and have been through some stuff themselves and you can learn a lot from them. Mrs Jenn, my counselor was a doll and she keeps it real with you. I had amazing talks with her and she even gave me a little strawberry that I can keep for ever. She constantly texted the second shift staff and asked if I was okay. The kids there are so funny I actually cannot. MRS DORTHYYY SHE IS THE BESTT I miss her!! If you are scared I promise you this place is the best option.

Every single tech works there because it’s their passion not for a paycheck. && it shows in everything they do for you.. blessed to have met all of them. I truly enjoyed my experience at Serenity Mountain Recovery Center. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was peaceful, welcoming, and incredibly therapeutic. The beautiful mountain views, nature walks, fun outings, and amazing women’s meetings created an environment where healing felt possible. My counseling sessions with Jenna were life-changing. She helped put my mind at ease, introduced me to CBT in a way I could truly apply, and supported my personal growth every step of the way. The groups led by Christina, Ariel, and Jenna on topics like codependency, neuroplasticity, and shadow work were insightful, informative, and helped me better understand myself and my recovery. The house staff, especially Nicole, Tiffany, and Mariah, made me feel safe, supported, and truly at home. Pastor Laurie also had a profound impact on my journey, helping me strengthen my faith through her Christian group and the Recovery Bible she gifted us. Being able to connect Scripture with my recovery was incredibly meaningful. A special thank you to Sandy, who runs the program. It's everything I imagined it would be. Spiritual growth and personal growth I have received. My counselor Jenna (God bless her) has working with me patiently through my different stages of sobriety. I have OUTSTANDING Dr's, EVERY SINGLE person, from workers, nurses, aides, Dr's ARE FANTASTIC! I had an AWESOME Primary Dr. (Dr Sandra Balas who sadly resigned in August 2-25 and since, I had 2 of the MOST ARROGANT disrespectful MISERABLE Dr's I've ever encountered, but now I have Dr Rutkowski and I am THRILLED! Genuine man, straight forward, treats me with respect, listens and seems to be my "forever" VA Primary, I HOPE! The Pain Management team is 2nd to none, and I sincerely mean that! I am a SEVERE chronic pain patient, with SEVERE spinal destruction, 24/7/365"headaches" (no one, including the best headache specialists around has a CLUE!) but the pain mgmt TEAM (it is a TEAM!) is sincerely THE BEST I've been treated by, something I am kind of an expert in since life as i once knew it came to an INSTANT end on Jan 18, 2004. EVERYONE I deal with is PROFESSIONAL, and I don't have ONE Dr/therapist I dislike! My lone complaint is the ****** n charge of the ER downright REFUSES to treat my "headaches" (seen the best, no known cause, no cure, requires IV pain meds when oral ones fail to work which is when it reaches or exceeds/8/10 and HE IS ALLOWED TO! Calling my Congressman, Patient Advocate (told me to leave him alone" "I'm a waste of his time" (because I called my Senator!) but I've been REPEATEDLY REFUSED TREATMENT, given a Tylenol, icepack and LITERALLY thrown out. OK, I have ONE other complaint....the Adminstration side? When you find a DEDICATED person, they will bend over backwards for you but without that? WOW! WHAT A NIGHTMARE, especially as a new to the VA person. My advice to every veteran, retiree, disabled veteran is this: GO! You will be SHOCLED at the professionalism, the abilities, and the fact that the people you MOST NEED to rely on, GENUINELY do everything they can to make SUIRE you get EVERYTHING you need. Everyone from the therapists to the pharmacists TRULY CARE, and not going due to hearing "horror stories" is REALLY causing you to miss out on MOST OF YOUR CARE being handled by some of the BEST Dr's/people I've encountered in over 22 years as a disabled veteran! You will not regret this!

Went in for updated ID card as a walk-in. Got right in and out in a flash. Card processed but told I have to wait for it in the mail. Facility exceptionally clean as I toured sections of the building including museum and canteen. All staff very friendly and helpful. Everybody I walked by said good morning. Something that's unheard of these days. Museum very honorable and amazing.

SAFE is a great resource for families and it is great that the founder was able to start this service in small towns were services are lacking and severely needed. SAFE is still a fairly new service but has expanded their services within a short time and is always open to new ideas. The staff is kind, comforting, and friendly. Anyone that gave dats anything less than 5 stats did not take their recovery seriously and blames dats for their mistakes. I've been attending for three years and i can't put into words how they've helped me. Both of my counselors I've had sine may 2020 "Lauren and especially sherry connelly" have done so much for me and I wouldn't be 3 years sober without them.

I always go to this Dunkin before school, and they always have everything i want! They will also make my specific drink orders in a pretty fast time. The only downside is that the workers sound like they don't want to be there and overall seem rude and don't fully pay attention, but still the quickest Dunkin near me.

Hi. Recently had a heart cath done there! I would like to thank the three nurses on duty for them for being them. They were the most professional/knowledgeable/kind considerate/ lady’s I have ever encountered!! While having an emergency with another patient they still found time to take care of the rest of the patients,while dealing with this. In particular one girl who has only worked there 3 months had more knowledge and understanding,and compassion than someone 2 times here age. They were all fantastic and must say worked there butts off to make sure everyone was cared for as if you were family. General hospital be very proud of these lady’s!!
